My parents went there for remote car starters and the person who helped my dad was very knowledgeable and made his day. Showed my dad a fault in his truck (my dad babies his truck so it was mind blowing to him) and even calibrated a solution just for my dads truck. They genuinely want to help and arent just in it for the money. So thank you to the person that helped them. They can’t stop bragging about you guys.

We went to another place to originally have DVD player replaced, the company was horrible and installed a machine that was 12 yrs old, charged me 630.00 and then wanted to charge us to have it removed and was a nightmare for two months . We called Scott last week and he made the time for us to come in this past Tuesday . He removed the defective DVD player and installed a new one that we purchased and it works perfectly . He was extremely professional and informative and so easy to work with . His prices were extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend going to him if you need anything installed .

My 13+ year old Viper remote no longer worked even though the battery was fine. Not wanting to invest in a whole new remote starter system on a 17 year old car with almost 200K miles, I contacted Scott Rosen who invited me to stop by and he was able to set me up with a new transmitter! I was referred to them as I had a car stereo that needed install. I went there by appointment to see if the stereo I had could be installed in my truck. Well let me tell you. They were AWESOME! Not only did they let me know it could be installed, they did the install at the same appointment. The guy working the desk (I think was the owner) was incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and super honest. He didnt try to up sell me anything. I thought one of my speakers was blown but they listened/tested it and assured me it wasnt. I bet 90% of other places would have said Yes and charged me for new speakers. The tech doing the install was nice, professional and knowledgeable, as well. Also, while I was waiting, the owner was showing another customer some speakers and a stereo. I believe he sold him what the customer wanted/needed and not just the most expensive equipment. I was blown away by this. I am happy these types of honest people and businesses are still around these days. Needless to say, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND them!

I have a 04 Volvo S60 and i needed a navigation installed, As hes asking my car model & before opening the box he tells me he wont install the nav b/c of how difficult the job would be. Oh and no amout of money would be good enough.

I tried to change the battery in my remote starter key fob and totally broke it. I had it installed at best buy many years ago. I called them regarding fixing it and they quoted me $40 for the fob and $60 to sync it to my starter (and that it would take 1/2 and hour to an hour to do... yes, I know, that sounds crazy). I took my car to Scott at Sound Sensation and in maybe 2 minutes he had soldered my fob back together put in a new battery and only charged me $2.50 for the battery. Super knowledgeable and friendly and not looking to screw people over. I like this guy. You should too !!! I would give him more than 5 stars if that was an option.

Scott did an AMAZING job on my Lexus. He put in a full JL Audio system (JL Audio C5 front and rear, JL Audio RD900/5 amp, JL Audio Fix86, and JL Audio 12TW1 12 ported box). No one takes more pride in their work than he does. He did a full consultation with me prior to make sure he knew what I was going for and wanted/needed. He NEVER sold me, he was just interested in what I wanted to get from a new system and we talked options. I was overly impressed with the job itself and the attention to detail. Everything looked incredibly professional, was lined up and center perfectly, done with care and thought, and expertly installed. I did have a problem with one of the tweeters, and just a quick call to Scott took care of it, he got me a new one via JL Warranty, popped it in, and I was on my way. So not only are you getting a top tier professional job, the work is backed by Scott who will absolutely take care of you. Hes a great dude and someone who Im glad I got to meet through this job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A few years back I bought a pick up truck with remote start installed and was told it was installed in Auburn so if I had any issues I could get it checked out. Well lo and behold had a problem but forgot who installed the system. I visited sun and sound, nope and couldnt do anything with it, went to Rayco, same results, the only place left was Sound Sensation. These guys said no but still jumped up, went out to the truck checked it out without hesitating, diagnosed the issue and reprogrammed the remote starter they dont even install or sell. They did all this in a total of maybe 15 minutes and charged me 20 dollars. This is the kind of business you should spend your money at. Good people, fair price, obviously very knowledgeable and instantly willing to help. Highly recommend!!

I wanted to replace the horrible factory speakers in my 2013 Outback but did not want to use any of the back cargo space for a subwoofer.Scott recommended the Alpine reference component speakers (SPR C-60) powered by the Alpine Amp (MRV-300). We agreed to add dynamat in the front doors.The installation is perfect, clean, absolutely neat, no delays, no added price surprises.The result is absolutely pure enjoyment! Fantastic powerful sound for my ride with no distortion at all. It is not easy leaving the car now.Thank you Scott!
