Great customer service with outstanding breakfast food, coffee in a variety of flavors and amazing smoothies!!! They have a really nice atmosphere also. Will definitely go back.

Surprisingly good. The breakfast sandwiches are excellent, much better than most coffee shops. Definitely worth a visit!

Cute little cafe at the corner of Rt 140 and Rt 9. Great coffee with several different options. There many choices, especially for Mocha. The cookies are also really tasty. The cinnamon twist and the oatmeal raisin cookies were delicious. We sat outside. The outside sitting area is closed off with shrubs so it is very private.

Had a triple shot white lighting. Very well made. And very friendly staff.

Always one of my go to coffee shops. Love the specialty drinks they make. Also the baristas are always so friendly.

Cozy small Caffè with really great coffee. The cappuccino was prepared very well with the right creaminess of the milk and the coffee itself was delicious.You can choose from a variety of sorts and roast of coffees, which makes it standing out from the usual coffee shop.

We stopped only for a moment, but its a really cozy looking cafe, with a good selection of coffees/specialty coffee drinks, a really good selection of teas, baked goodies. They also serve sandwiches and soups (We havent tried those this time). All we bought was very good and we will be coming back. 👍

Great little place. I sat next to the fireplace for an hour on the coldest day of the year and enjoyed an excellent cup of coffee.

Good coffee. Went the other day and just before closing. The barista didnt seem to be in a good mood at all but then again its the end of her work day so who knows what kind of day she had. The comdex brew was delish though and the price isnt too bad. Love to support local coffee companies!

This is a small place that has achieved great potential. Not a franchise, I believe the only have 2 locations. The ambience is gorgeous, they have a fireplace and serve great coffee and tea as well as delicious pastries, sandwiches, soups and other small coffee shop foods. It is also a very quiet place which I enjoy a lot.

My favorite local cafe. Always enjoy trying their monthly special drinks. Wish they had the banana blueberry muffins more often, it was amazing.

Good place to sip coffee and get some work done. There is an assortment of bakery items and bagels! Their latte menu is fun and unique, and most of their drinks are alright. Every now and then, their espresso drinks taste burnt depending on the barista, but theyre mostly OK! Also, not the friendliest or most skilled staff. It always feels like it is their first day.

Randomly stumbled upon this place looking for somewhere to work before a meeting in the area. Friendly staff, tasty muffins (I got the banana chocolate chip) and relaxing environment. Great place.

Wouldn’t recommend! Overpriced, bad coffee, bad service. Don’t waste your money. Came here and ordered my coffee, it rang up a different price. I asked the girl working and said the price on the menu is different. She explained “oh yeah we haven’t had time to change our menu but the price went up”, and charged me a different price then was listed directly in front of me on the menu. She then hands me it hot, when I ordered iced. Finally got my lattee and it was basically a cup of milk. We also ordered an iced coffee which was terrible, could not even finish it. Fresh taste of burnt coffee! Yuck!

One of my favorite cafes ever! Super comfortable seats in the back, a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, a delicious mocha and stunningly good pastry. The proprietor, Dee Dee, is warm and inviting. The help is top notch. Nothing but great things to say about Cafe Noir!

Great little coffee shop. The parking can be a little confusing if youre coming off route 9 (the main enterance is on route 140). I love their purple cow mocha. Very yummy! And nice seating and atmosphere!

I did a coffee run here once, but they didnt want or need a marketing planner. I thought it was lovely — English people would call it quaint. Its situated in a charming house with other small shops on either side of it. The atmosphere is perfect: quiet, peaceful, perfect for work or reading. They have these comfy leather couches that make you want to stay there all day long. And the coffee? Its delicious. Beautifully crafted and creamy. Downside? Café Noir seems like a misnomer. I pictured something a little more cutting edge, something that would match its name. But thats all I can come up with. Havent been there in a while, but Ill be sure to pay a visit if Im ever in the Shrewsbury area again.

Clueless staff. Yummy beverages, as one would expect from a Bean Counter satellite. Limited options compared to HQ back in the Woo.

Very kind staff. Great bagels and unique coffees. Comfy furniture including a couch and coffee table in a comfy setting. Regular tables and outdoor seating also available.

Probably the best cafe near me. I love the baristas and the drinks, plus the chairs and fireplace are hard to beat. Big downside is the pricing. Coffees and snacks are expensive so its a place best saved for a treat or an occasional visit, not a regular stop-in unless youre willing to regularly spend the extra money. My favorite drink is the frozen By The Fireside or the peach smoothie, but theres always more to try.

I was very happy to learn that there was a coffee shop right by my work. I usually buy white chocolate raspberry latte every morning on my way to work but tried this place instead. The drink tastes like sour perfume and the cranberry scone is the most bland tasting item that I have ever had. I highly recommend against this disaster of a coffee house.

Egg and cheese on a soft bagel mmmm, and all the delicious pastries makes you wish that gluttony wasnt one of the 7 deadly sins.

Cafe noir is one of the best coffee shop in the Shrewsbury area. Best ambiance to get some work done while enjoying freshly brewed coffee. A fireplace and set of comfortable couches are great additions. The pastry collection is awesome and always freshly made. Me and my colleagues keep coming to this place.

I adore this little café. My daughter goes to med school in the neighborhood and I was tired of bad coffee places like Dunkin D.... So one day, we were looking for a new place and we found this one. Now, we never go elsewhere. The coffees and smoothies and freshly baked muffins and cookies are fantastic! The couches and fireplace are cozy too... Just love it. Were back home now but when I go back to see our daughter... Guess where well go??!! LOL

I ORDERED A LARGE COLD BREW AND IN FRONT OF MY EYES THEY POURED IT HALF FULL OF WATER AND THAN FILLED THE REST WITH WATER. TASTED LIKE THE NASTIEST LIQUID I EVER HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE TO DRINK.

While its a nice setup and good coffee, it isnt a place to go for a fast cup. With the time.

Sumatra coffee is fantastic and their pastries are delicious, not too sweet but hit the spot! Raspberry crumble bar is my go to!
