I highly recommend this certified apple repair shop! Not only are they professional but they took the extra time to determine my issue (failed display) was an ongoing one with my model and contacted Apple and got it repaired at no cost to me ($775.00). Although, not the diagnostic fee ($75) which I still think Apple should cover since it was their issue to begin with. My computer was fixed promptly and professionally!! Thank you Macs At Work!!!
MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MACS AT WORK! After 22 hours, 6 days, and 5 senior advisors from Apple, I couldnt take it anymore and decided to bring my Mac into Macs At Work. Within 5 hours they had my issues resolved and their communication with me was outstanding! Its a week later and its working perfectly!I will never hesitate to have my Mac serviced there again. They were caring, and wonderful to work with!Robbi R
Macs at Work were amazing! My warranty was up but they helped me find an interim low cost solution. Wonderful lovely people. Communicative. Would go again.
Macs At Work was able to fix a startup issue my MacBook was having without having to do a system wipe and at a minimal cost! Very professional and fast service.
Excellent service and easy to schedule an appointment online. They ran a brief diagnostic to accommodate a time constraint which was extremely helpful.
Picked up computer got it home did not work they never pick up the phone stay away
Great repair price to give my very old mac some more longevity. Super customer service, very knowledgable and kind. They finished with my mac in just a few days! And then didnt mind that I didnt come pick it up for a few weeks! They had suggestions about what I could do to speed up my mac and ways they could help in the future and I will definitely be taking them up on it soon.
Best-kept secret. Now sharing! :-) Weve been Macs At Work clients for over a decade. We prefer them to the Apple Stores because they perform many repairs right on premises instead of shipping our units off to the depot where awful things can (and have) happened to our Macs over the years. They care about getting things right.Laurie out front at Macs At Work is terrific. Shes friendly, knowledgeable and knows how to make things happen—very important when youre having an equipment or data emergency.Highly recommended.
SUPER PRO WORK, Excellent customer service
Excellent quality of service. Definitely worth the trip! These guys are pros at what they do and actually very nice people. Worked with me on schedule as I could not leave my laptop in their repair shop for days as other Apple authorized repair shops required. Part arrived next day. Arranged for an appointment so that I could come in and wait as they did the part swap. FYI-other places or Apple store dont do such precise scheduling for repairs. Very reasonably priced too. Laptop is running fine. Im happy. Thank you guys!
I have used Macs at Work now a few times and can confidently say they are my go-tos for an issue with my computer. Not only is their work good and fair-priced, I especially appreciate the customer service provided. Laurie not only takes the time to slowly explain things to my not-technologically savvy brain, she also then will show me on my computer, well-beyond what I am paying the company for. I am so glad to have found Macs at Work.
Applecare made an appointment here for me when they could not rectify my problem over the phone. This is an Apple sponsored facility. I went in for a MacBook check- up. Lauren was knowledges and very helpful! My issues were resolved quickly and I left with additional tips for using my laptop!Besides appointments, Macs At Work offers walk-in service as well!I would highly recommend this place!
Save your money and time!! Charged $50 for diagnostic fee, only to overcharge you for service! My diagnostic was: short circuit in display cord, so replace display cord and display, fee: approx $700. Then I brought it to Apple at Solomon Pond, no diagnostic fee charged, was place under the backlight program and got a free of charge repair.Bottom line: ALWAYS GO TO APPLE BEFORE TRYING THIS PLACE. Apple may have some programs that could lead to free of charge!
I dropped off my macbook air yesterday for a screen issue. I just picked it up. They completed the warranty repair so quickly. They called me when they discovered what the problem was and they were awesome. They kept me informed about what was going on and they were happy to answer my questions. It was not my first experience with them, and I am sure I will be back! I got my computer back less than 24 hours later. It was wonderful to have it back and I was worried that I wouldnt get it back in time since I was leaving Sunday. Excellent customer service. I have been to the Apple Store several times and there is no way I could get such great and friendly service. I wouldnt have the computer back so fast if I had taken it to the store. I am so happy with the help and work I received. I will be back! (Hopefully not too soon!) :-) Thanks for your help and for alleviating so much of my stress yesterday!
Had a great experience here. My 2009 MacBook crashed for the first time (in 2018!) and I thought all was lost. Took it here and for $50 they diagnosed the problem (RAM failure) and were able to repair it for less than $100! They even installed - for FREE- faster RAM that they happened to have leftover from a previous repair. Amazing! The only downside was they were super busy so they kept my computer for 5 days. But for the excellent customer service and the unbeatable price at a local store, I am so happy. I will definitely be supporting this knowledgeable and professional local business again!
While it is important to note that this is not an Apple Store, Macs at Work provides local service and repairs. When my MacBook Air has issues, they were very nice, trouble shot the issue and were able to fix the problem. Thats what is is all about. I highly recommend Macs at Work.
I had a liquid damage mac that I brought to Apple to see what the price would be to get it fixed. It cost basically the price of getting a brand new mac, so I brought my computer to Macs at Work. They did the work for a lot less then the price it would cost to get it fixed directly from Apple. They tested all the components and made sure to only replace the parts that needed to be replaced. The turn around was fast, and the quality of their work was excellent. My mac is now as good as new. Would definitely go here again.
These guys are pretty solid. I sent my Mac here about three weeks ago, although it did take them a little while to fix my Mac and I had to give up all my data I would say thats a lot better than buying a new one wouldnt you? The lady at the counter is super nice. The price was absolutely reasonable. I recommend going here. support your local buisness!
I was very happy with my experience here. I had some minor computer issues and lots of questions and they quickly solved my problems and answered all my questions. I didnt have to drive to the mall and make an appointment with an Apple Genius. Also as a small business owner I like the fact that Im supporting local small business.
Computer repair services at a reasonable charge.
Used a third party charger purchased for cheap on Amazon and I thought I killed the battery on my macbook pro. The kind people at Macs at Work were able to run a few bench mark tests and reset the sensors, which fixed the awful noise my fan was making and allowed my computer to charge again. I wouldnt have known to do it myself, but it was simple for them and they didnt even charge me for the quick fix. Great customer service and I will come back again if I ever have another issue with my macbook.
Quick and timely. Went to fix mac screen. They did a basic SMC reset. Finished the day of drop off.
The customer service here was great! I highly recommend this business.
My daughter brought her iPhone 6 to Macs At Work on Monday because it was completely destroyed. BAD. They told her it was so badly damaged it would need to be shipped out and replaced for $500!! Shes a 17 year old kid and the phone isnt even worth that much. Upon further review, the Apple Store will replace this iPhone 6 for an out of pocket warranty fee of $299 plus tax. Why the $200 mark up? Ive tried calling Macs At Work since Monday to ask why it was so much but apparently they want you to leave a message and they will get back to you. Several phone calls have all gone to a messaging service. As an authorized Apple repair shop Im very surprised this is the type of service they are offering. By the way she had it fixed by 911 irepair in Auburn for about $100 in 20 minutes!!
Horrible experience! These people are taking WALK-INs for iphone battery replacement when actually its a drop-off service which will apparently takes couple of days unless you pay 30$ more to cut the line and do it first hand.
Best Apple MAC service and consulting! As the acting IT Manager of a local small business which was mostly Windows-based, I knew I could always rely upon Larry, Laurie, John and Bob for MAC needs. Not only did Macs at Work keep our MAC servers, (some admittedly long in the tooth) running smoothly but they were right there when needed for emergencies with the MacBooks and other equipment. Bob maintained a series of legacy FileMaker databases (some in another language) expertly and was instrumental in importing 20 years of legacy data from FileMaker to our new ERP system and designing a familiar user interface. I recommend them highly!
Brought my MacBook Pro in to Macs At Work after having it return from a battery replacement with speaker issues. I was looking at anywhere from a 5 day to 2 week wait to get it back if it needed to be repaired a second time. They took a look at it and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! Thank you guys!
Horrible experience, go here only IF you want to get RIPPED OFF!!
Bad service
