This is my third visit in two weeks to this location. I used to visit the Staples in Worcester, but it has closed and this is the closest location for me. This is not a complaint about customer service. I have always been treated in a courteous manner. This is a logistical complaint. Every time I come in purchase some ink for my computer, the shelves are bare and I am told to come back the day after “ the truck” arrives. I realize that we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and many people are working from home. Perhaps you should consider ordering more ink than normal? Perhaps double or triple the order? Since it evidently sells out so quickly, I don’t think it will languish on your shelves and go to waste. When I last was unable to make a purchase from your store, I used the online ordering service and had it delivered to my home. I needed the ink immediately, but I was able to borrow some from a friend at the last minute. I spoke with a customer service representative to confirm the date of delivery, and mentioned that the store was sold out, again. I was assured that there is no shortage of ink in the warehouses that would prohibit you from ordering more ink to meet demand. During my last visit, a gentleman in front of me had the same problem with lack of ink supply, and he furiously told the associate that he has wasted his time and gas for nothing. He said he would shop elsewhere from now on. I fear you may loose a good number of customers if you are unable to provide a significant supply of the items you state are available in your store. People hate to have their time wasted.Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I have to think Amanda very much for helping me with a Copy problem and computer issue. I needed the lettering flipped to a mirror image and special paper for a craft I am doing. She was amazing. Everything I needed done she was able to do in a short amount of time. It came out perfectly, and I am so grateful you have someone so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful working at the Shrewsbury MA Staples. Thank you Amanda!!

I just wanted to share an experience I had at the store around 3:54 pm. I was purchasing a few office supplies along with a filing binder. Once at the counter, the cashier through all of my supplies inside of the filing binder and just assumed that I would carry my binder in the open out of the store.when I politely asked her for a bag- she put all the materials with an attitude and dropped the back as if she wanted to throw it at me. She should never assume that I don’t need a bag- the cashier was rude- I left the store and ask myself what is wrong with her? Worst customer service.

Was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was. Items may be cheaper online at times, but its nice to have a person help you and I saved a boatload by buying a floor model. So I saved money and dealt with a person.

I placed an order and in less than an hour it was ready for pickup 🙂

Ever since Staples converted to limited in stock supply vs on line ordering, they have gone down hill in service and quality. Trying to call a store to see if they have items in stock is a joke. Elevator music for 45 minutes and no one still picks up the line. Will NEVER shop at staples again. At least Amazon is dependable.

Its a Staples: consistent, no surprises, medium-to-high prices if youre price conscious but they have all the stuff for offices. This one is clean, friendly, easy parking.

Terrible customer service. Ashley T in the print center was extremely rude when I asked her why the copying machine was giving me errors. Instead of resolving my issue she walked off and shouted we dont refund for customer errors. I had not at any point asked for a refund, all I wanted was to make sure my copies came out correctly. There is no way that any store associate,especially a supervisor, should conduct themselves in such an unprofessional and unbecoming manner. Definitely the last time I do any business at staples.

Was at a job and needed a couple video cables and called to see if they had them in stock. The person I talked to said they had everything I needed and I drove there and found out they didnt have any of it. I asked to speak with the guy I talked to he had already left.

I went in to get a replacement printer for my 5 year old epsom, a young man Henry was very knowledgeable and very helpful but unfortunately they did not have any units in stock of the model we decided on !He asked his manager for help but he was useless unfortunately to help Henry close the sale !! Very disappointing!

I bought a paper cutter and tape, quality products and helpful employees. No complaints.

A Staples that doesnt take print orders via email, and also doesnt know that you should call and say that.

Young man who waited on me couldnt find ny rewards card nor did he offer to put my purchases in a bag!! Poor service

The Shrewsbury Staples was not helpful the printer I was interested in was not on display even though they had several in stock they wouldnt open one to look at. I had to go looking for someone to help me.

Staples does not have the QR code to mail packages to Amazon.
