I stopped at the Autozone in Sydney. Needed my oil topped off. The guys were courteous and very helpful. They even put the oil in for me. I definitely appreciate that their nametags said. I m vaccinated!!!!

We usually have pretty great knowledgeable workers who help us here. Weve had pretty great customers service here. Id recommend this place.

Was in auto zone in Sidney this morning with my mom to get her headlight changed. Neither of us know how todo it so she asked the lady at the counter if someone could change it for her after she purchased it. The lady’s response was we can try I’m not sure we can, when she said that I New right away that it was going to happen. So she went out with my mother to look where it was located she told my mother that where it was she would have to take this off and that off and they are only giving so much time per-customer to do stuff. I personally think her customer service skills suck badly she should give the customer as much time as needed to make them happy,I also think she was afraid to get her acrylic nails dirty or brake one. Needless to say we probably would have gotten better customs service at advanced auto and she would of probably left with her headlight changed.
