BOULEVARD COLLISION WAS A RECOMMENDED BODY SHOP AND GM APPROVED REPAIR FACILITY BY MY CAR INSURANCE. THEY PAINTED AND REPLACED MY FRONT BUMPER AND FRONT HEADLIGHT. THE PAINT JOB WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND THE REPAIRS WERE DONE IN A TIMELY MANOR. I’LD DEFINITELY BRING MY CAR BACK HERE AGAIN! #💯

They caused more damaged to my car and told me it was a customer courtesy to repair for the damage they have caused. They dont wash your car after they repair them. I wouldnt recommend them.

I’ve gone to Boulevard Collison Center for any and all my repair needs. Service is great all the estimators are great always give updates on every step of my repairs. The wonderful ladies in the front are always so helpful! They helped make everything smooth especially with any insurance hiccups I had. Car looks brand new I’m extremely satisfied with the work done! Definitely recommend!

Took my car in for its oil change and waited just about 2 hours. Overall it was fine but I did notice they did not fill up my tires to the recommended 35 psi. But it car was washed and my experience was fine.

Boulevard went above and beyond on my car. My car got backed into and the fender was damaged, a pretty small job in terms of accidents. When I picked the car up, it looked even better than before the accident. In addition to fixing the damage from the accident, they went around the car and fixed chips/scratches with touch up paint, replaced a parking light bulb that was out, fixed a molding, and re-glued fabric on one of door panels that was coming off. Just minor, small fixes that I was putting off, but they did it all without me asking for any of it. Troy was my point guy on all the repairs for the car and he was very friendly, helpful, and did an awesome job going over all the repairs.In addition, the service was great. They got me in for an estimate right away, ordered the parts, and I dropped the car off a couple days later. Three days after that, the car was done. No hassle, great communication. Everything about this body shop is a model other body shops should strive to work toward.

That estimated so high that the insurance had to total my case. Now, I have no car, and lost my job. All and all, they left me with absolutely nothing.

These guys did a great job getting the dings and dents out of my car. And did a beautiful paint job. The best part, was the price. Very reasonable, and the service was excellent.

This place seems promising until I got my car finished. The guy that was in charge of my car specifically was, Roger, an older Caucasian male. For some reason theres some chemical stains on my hood, right side passenger mirror, and my brake light on the right side had spots on it that couldnt be wiped off. I called Roger and said whats going on and if he can look at it and fix it and he wouldnt even give me the time of day. He kept denying it and said no no no no no no no and was treating me like a kid. I personally know some things about cars myself but of course Im going to contact him because it was his fault and why should I pay for extra damages out of my pocket when Boulevard Collision itself caused the damages while my car was in their care. Being treated like a child and not getting quality service is the worst. Initially what I needed to get done was fixed but it was a Mickey Mouse job so I had to go there to complain and then Roger did fix that and then next thing you know Im getting my car back with new damages that they wont take care of- it was in their care. Again, let me reiterate, all he kept saying was no no no no no. Would not even let me speak. Boulevard Collision itself, they make themselves out to be very professional however my personal experience with Roger is very disappointing. Its not like you can ask to speak to a supervisor because they will ask you specifically who works on your car and that person was Roger so they will transfer you to him. This situation is just unfortunate. You know how when something is wrong with your car and people take it to the mechanic shop and youre worried about them ripping you off yes I definitely feel ripped off.

Unfortunately I have been in several accidents over the years, not my fault. But every time I have dropped my vehicles off they came back always 100% to my satisfaction.My sister originally recommend here and luckily so does Mercury insurance.I would Highly Recommend Elbert Merino as your estimator, advisor, your go to person.Even though I insisted my car didnt have to be washed, the guy who washed the vehicles- dont know what happened. Elbert personally washed my vehicle starting he just could not let me take my car dirty.5 starts+

This place does not give customer updates. Turn in my car 3 weeks ago. Always had to chase them down to get an updates. Not once had they call me back to inform me of any updates. Come on Tina!!are so busy that you can’t give me a one minute phone call update?Basic customer service 101 of keeping the customer inform. F

I stopped by Boulevard Buick to check out their used cars. I was assisted by George Lopez who was very friendly and eager to make my shopping experience enjoyable. I agreed on a vehicle and purchased the car.I later discovered a problem regarding information that was given to me about the car. I revisited the dealership and talked with Chad, the Sales Manager. I was not happy with the mistake that they had made and I voiced my displeasure to Chad. He apologized for the mistake and asked what he could do to make me a satisfied customer. He acknowledged that a mistake was made on their part and wanted me to leave the dealership as a satisfied customer.I was satisfied with the solution that he offered and was impressed with how Chad tried to make me feel like a valued customer. It is pretty obvious to me that Chad will do all that he can to keep his customers happy and satisfied. I would not hesitate to have future dealings with this company.

This place is a RIP OFF!!! Do not take your car here! We were recommended by Schaires Nissan 6 years ago for vandalism on our pathfinder. They TOTALLY RIPPED our insurance company off to the tune of over 5 grand for SUPER SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. They sprayed only one coat of clear on the front quarter panel which has now peeled off, they removed the dashboard and didnt fully connect the air vents back, and after my request for them to not buff the car I get it back and one half side of the car had swirl marks that are still visible to this day. This company is in this for the insurance money and nothing else. BEWARE!!

When I had service related issues, the Service Dept was always there for me!!! I was always treated as a preferred customer and greeted by my Service Representative. Bill Ren was the Service Representative that always handled my cases, he always made sure I was in good hands... He was always available by phone, his follow up was thorough and communication was precise. Bill always made sure a loaner car or rental was available so I wouldnt be without a vehicle while my car was being repaired. I never felt neglected and was always treated as a loyal customer... Duringthis time I got to know him personally and professionally. Furthermore, I would also like to express my complete satisfaction with this dealership s sales staff. I would only say that the Sales Manager Chad Charron and his team are some of the best guys in the business.
