Do not ever take your car here. No one answers the phones, mechanics know very little about their craft. Tries to reel you in, make you feel comfortable then will get over on you. My niece paid for parts that never fixed her car. She was given the run around for months & her car was running before she brought it to them now it does not.

An amazing experience. John owns the shop and he actually works on the cars too. They have state of the art diagnostic tools which saved me time and money. I highly recommend bringing your business hear.

Brought my 2003 BMW 320i here since I had a leaking schrader valve on my A/C system. John was super helpful with explaining the system and going above and beyond to get my car blowing 54° cold air. I am super picky with who touches my car, and I had 0 doubts about John and Tabatha as soon as I arrived. They made me feel right at home. Their restrooms are also spotless which is a huge plus! Thank you guys again, will DEFINITELY be back. 10/10!!!!

I went in for oil leak. They changed oil stand Gasket for $375.00 ( $12.48 for gasket and $360.00 for labor, drain plug $1.50 and $15.00 for labor). I was told wait two days then come back if any oil is still leaking. I took it back for oil leak. I thought oil leak test would be done (dye). I couldnt tell were the gasket was fixed it was covered with oil and dust. They found bolts stripped on valve cover and oil pan. I decline it.

Leo is the best! He took care of both my fathers and my mothers BMWs for years! I never had to worry about my elderly parents getting ripped off because he is one of the most honest mechanics out there! And nowadays that is a hard thing to find. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for caring so much about my parents. I was able to sell both of their cars in days because they were both in great condition and ran like a top. Thank you Leo and crew for taking care of my parents! I know he is going to miss changing my moms clock in her car when it comes to day light savings time!

Great place to take your bmw for repairs Long Beach bmw charges an arm and a leg for the smallest of repairs and these guys will go out of their way to make sure your bmw gets fixed and you’re back on the road happy as can be. I found my new mechanic for all my bmw needs.

Amazing place to take your Volvo! Everyone is not only super friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. All the work is done at a very reasonable rate, the best product and price are always sought ought, and they will save you from making a big purchase mistake by always making time to look over a potential new car for all common and not so common issues with that particular model and year - they know what to look for no matter what you bring them!I recently had to say goodbye to my 2000 Volvo S80 T6 - I could have fixed it but it was time for something new as I had already thrown too much into repairs. However, when I discovered Leos place, he set me straight with what repair was truly needed and at what cost - about 600 bucks versus over 4 grand at my disowned shop. While searching for my new car, they saved me twice from making an offer on a junk car, even the second car I brought them to be inspected they spotted major issues when I thought I had a definite winner. Leo and crew are the best, I will never be going anywhere different while I live in LA and own a Volvo.

Yeah another 5 star review, who would of thought!? Everyone working there is kind and friendly. I came in for a multi-point inspection on my acient BMW X3. These guys really went above and beyond for my car looking at every little detail I complained about. They have very reasonable rates for an honest skilled auto shop. The owner says he used to work at the BMW dealer down the street which adds that layer of trust knowing your car is in the hands of someone that was more savvy than the dealer to open his own shop. ASK THEM QUESTIONS, THEY KNOW EVERYTHING. The major benefit to using someone that knows these Euro cars, while being honest, is they will save you money over time. Before having your car diagosed anywhere, have these guys look at it first.Keep up the good work SHFAS!

SHFAS replaced my 2012 Volvo S60 front brake rotors and pads some time early 2019. Very satisfied with the work.

I first became suspicious when a new issue would arise a couple days after each visit. I remember calling after the first visit about a strange hissing sound from the turbo (not there before visit).. Leo told me it was normal and not to worry about it.. the next time I took it in, he says the turbo has a leak and Ill need to buy a new hose because somebody tightened it way too much.. I let it slide, giving the benefit of the doubt. After the next visit, my a/c goes out and steering fluid begins to leak.. LASTLY, I received my car back with a missing engine air filter and various loose connections in the engine compartment! I really wanted to like this place but simply cant afford to.

There are the generic know-it-alls that dont know anything about your car; then we have the sneaky but friendly kind, and the most common of all, the ones who are honest and competent for the most part, but dont seem to care for differing opinions.Leo is very rare: I just cant say I know anybody that talented who shoots straight. No reserved judgement, just smilesfrom the heart on everybody at that shop.It still baffles me every time I step foot in his Signal Hill garage--lack of pretense, I mean.LaDonna may fool you into thinking that shes an employee of the front desk variety, just as sweet as your mother, but dont let that deceive you: shes actually a living, breathing, and walking encyclopedia on BMW & Volvo parts.
