Im unhappy that I have to write this review, as our first experience was great, but our second was very unsatisfactory. we went in to order a Jeep Wrangler, all was going well until a manager or a supervisor, joined our conversation. I guess he was brought in to help us understand pricing and breakdown the information that was presented to us. I dont have a lot of knowledge when it comes to car sales and price breakdowns so I was eager to hear him out and have him explain, but instead of being helpful, he was rude and made unnecessary comments. I had recently bought a gladiator from another dealership. I was trying to explain to him how I was able to get a good deal on my vehicle and was confused on why the deal they were presenting me was a lot more and completely different. Granted I know we were talking about two different vehicles, mine was a gladiator and we were interested in a wrangler. But instead of helping me understand why the prices are different and why the prices werent matching, he made a ridiculous comment trying to be smart and belittle me. Like I said, Im not an expert when it comes to sales, but I went into the dealership eager to hear out options and to hopefully make a sale. Instead I left very unsatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere. I know at the end of the day Im just one customer. But if any other customer or future customer interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership reads this, I hope you have a way better experience than I did.
I dropped off my car 6/9/2021 to get serviced and change the weather strips from the top of the car. Today They text me and said my car was ready to be picked up… when they gave me my car I immediately told the tec that the weather strip was not sealed correctly and that it was loose and not glued down he said they would order new strips. I was driving on the freeway and the strip completely unglued and was hittin my roof and scraped it. How can they not check something so simple ?? This is the second time the service department does not do something correctly and I have to bring my car in again. What a waste of my time. Please do better. I’ve bought 3 cars from you guys
I take my Jeep Gladiator to be serviced and always have exceptional service. The gladiator comes out like new and the staff is always helpful.
My experience at Glenn Thomas was the best car buying experience that I have been part of. My rep, Anthony Tony was just awesome. He was non-pushy, calm, transparent, and welcoming. Even though he was selling another car at the exact same time as my appt. he never broke a sweat or stressed out. We brought our new Husky pup in with us, and they treated him with love offering water, pets, and treats.The bottom line is this. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted and what i wanted to pay. Tony worked with me and we landed incredibly close, close enough for me to drive away in a brand new 2021 Wrangler 4XE Sahara. Its by far the nicest car Ive owned, and I am now a Glenn E. Thomas lifer.Will be calling Tony today re: new steel bumpers. :)Do your research, let them know what you are looking for, and ask for TONY! You wont be sorry. :)
Wow, I was Really Impressed over my experience at Glenn E Thomas Jeep during my auto purchasing. I would like to start with Monica M, she was wonderful and helped through the complete process. I inquired about a Jeep, she verified it was on the lot, and she met with me by setting an appointment and was completely helpful. 2cd was Luke C. who worked out the deal and was totally up front with all the numbers ( No Smoke and Mirrors ). 3rd was Kim in finance who got all the papers done, in a no pressure atmosphere and made us feel at home during this process. Finally, again was Monica who wanted to make sure we were all set and 100% comfortable before leaving. This was the Best Experience I ever had at a Dealership, and I was even in the auto industry for over 25 years myself. Keep up the Great Work Team and you will have customers for Life. Great experience. Really, the whole process was the best I’ve had. No joke. Sonya was great. Helpful informative and most of all zero pressure. She helped me after the sale with a few things that she didn’t need to, but truly appreciated. And of course, my new 4xe is on the road (and off) for fun!

Glenn Thomas in Signal Hill has always been much more friendly to me than Scott Robinson in Torrance. I bought the Jeep GC at Scott Robinson but they are always so busy and their service reps not great. Sometimes even rude. But Glenn Thomas service reps have always gone above and beyond, incredibly professional and friendly, kept great communication, done great work quickly. Never had an problem scheduling a quick appointment getting or getting quick work done. They have earned my repeat service business because they actually listen to me and it feels like bringing my car there is not being taken for granted. Keep up the great service! Props to all.

Short version: Tony was great!!Longer version: my husband and I were in contact with Monica, she unfortunately, wasn’t in the day we could visit the location. However, Tony was excellent. (And up to date with our conversations with Monica which was my appreciated) We told him we had 2 hours to work with and while he used every minute of that 2 hours, he got it done! I couldn’t be happier with the trade in value I was given and the fairness and great quality of my new vehicle!Thanks guys!
I took my wrangler in for an issue that was causing excessive wobble on the freeway. I paid $100 for a suspension inspection. They told me that the problem was a worn out steering stabilizer. That didn’t really make sense to me, but I ordered one anyways. When I climbed underneath to install it, I could clearly see the actual problem. The bushings on both sway bar links were broken. On one side, the nut had fallen off completely and on the other side it had backed out to the point that it was extremely close to falling off. I don’t understand how they could have possibly missed this if they had even bent down and looked underneath the vehicle. What a joke.

Here is my experience with this dealer and then you decide for yourself.I contacted them regarding a Jeep renegade for my daughter that they had two of in stock.We had already found a good deal that she could afford on this exact car in San Francisco, so I thought I would check closer by to see if we could get close to the price.On the phone, I discussed what we wanted and spelled out the deal we already had, but that it was farther away and I would like to buy from a dealer closer by.I had a written quote and the original sticker for the car from a reputable Jeep dealer in the SF area, which I shared with the salesman at Glenn Thomas Chrysler. He gave me an out the door figure almost the same as the deal up north, so we agreed that I would come in the next morning to look at the car.After deciding the car would be perfect for her, I sat down to go over the numbers, but EVERYTHING WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. Without just saying, Sir we cannot come close to those numbers, and allowing me to say thank you for your time and leaving, they kept me waiting for almost FOUR HOURS, and asked for personal information that I don’t like giving out not to mention checking my credit (which is over 800) a total of SEVEN times. I finally had to stop them from helping me!Then, after all that, they came back up with a monthly payment over $50 more per month than the original deal.I am very disappointed with how they do business there and told them so and after some word games I was told that they have been in business for 100 years which just makes me think that after a hundred years they should have learned how to treat customers and know how to make a sale.Thanks For Listening,Dave
Customer service was great. Made appointment and it was crowded but you guys handled everything accordingly! Only problem is the part that was replaced under warranty was just as bad as original one (front window cowl) ! Absolutely horrible design that needs to be fixed! It’s been a major problem on many Dodge Promaster Vans. Thanks.
My wife had an appointment at 12:00 for wheel alignment, tire balance, rotation and oil change we get here at 11:40 all the way from Bakersfield because that’s where we live now and they told her there is at least a 2 hour wait for an oil change. Then what the hell the appointment is for we bought the truck here before we moved to Bakersfield. We drove down there to Long Beach to buy new tires last year please stop sending my wife emails about free wheel alignment check and other deals we are very disappointed so please no more emails from you guysSincerelyMr ibarra
Ed was very helpful. He made sure any issues with my car were addressed successfully while clearly communicated status updates and repair options along the way. I was expecting the repairs to be costly, since my car was already out of warranty, but Ed went the extra mile, and found a way to minimize the costs for the repairs, which was definitely the cherry on top.
Worked with Sonja, excellent experience. Went in to purchase a used Challenger R/T (2014) but ended up purchasing a certified used 2019 Challenger R/T with than than 4000 miles, and it was a true 6 speed!! The entire process was super easy and quite quick. David, the finance guy, was wonderful as well and explained everything flawlessly. If ever given the chance, I will absolutely recommend Glen Thomas Dodge. We actually drove down there from the high desert, about 81 miles one way and it was well worth the trip!! Highly advise avoiding this stealership. They will lie to your face, they absolutely do not care about morals and ethics, and will do anything to maximize profit.I went in in July to factory order a vehicle, they ran my credit and their salesman Hassan (do not do business with this liar) told me I was approved for the 0% financing incentive as long as the promotion was still available at the time of delivery. I was given a retail purchase contract that had my total sale price, with 0% APR.When time came to pick up my vehicle, the promotion was still active, but instead of sticking to what I signed in the contract they again pulled my credit multiple times, and shoved an outrageous monthly payment that came out to $10,000 over what I signed for in my face, along with changing the APR from 0% to 5%. So in essence, a classic bait and switch.Nice try guys. 100 years and this is how you do business. How embarrassing!
Really disappointed in this place lately. Last service they removed the coolant cap and forgot to put it back on. Overheated about 400 miles later when it boiled-off towing up a hill. Literally just flushed, refilled, and insisted it was all OK. Still smells like burning coolant, and really no concern that they may have shortened my engine life. No compensation or extension of warranty. Nothing but oh, sorry for that, itll be fine. Whatever.
Bought a car there and what a great experience. Sonja was awesome. Took me through the process with patience and never made me feel pressured. Never tried to force me into things I didn’t want or hide in extra fees, etc. The whole staff there is great. Makes me want to buy another car! Seriously go here before trying any other dealer. I purchased a Grand Cherokee High Altitude from this lot and I absolutely love it! Before visiting this dealer, I had never even considered purchasing a Grand Cherokee, but Hugo and Jarrod listened closely to my wants and needs and paired me perfectly with the Grand Cherokee! I was referred by my sister Zatanda whom said they good sissie.I was so pleased with the services given. I had been driving my car with the heater on for over a month so I really thought I would have a lot work. Ricardo called me said this is problem and the price was even great. I visited this location on 7.3. Spoke to Bryan de Luna. Was interested in the jeep wrangler that was in transit online. Came ready to buy the car. One of the representatives told me I could purchase the car before it arrived which I was willing to do. However Bryan de Luna said I couldnt buy because the car was too far away for me to buy it. He made me wait a whole week until it became available. Stopped responding to my messages. I called talked to another representatives and the car was sold way before he contacted me. He made me lose the car. Im not sure if it was because I didnt want to finance and preferred to pay it at full. Very unprofessional that he didnt even reach out to . I had to find out by someone else the car was sold.

My car is making a sound when I brake so I ask for a inspection on it and they said there’s no problem but my car still makes the sound so I’m not sure if they checked!.same day I ask for a diagnostic on my fuel cap light and they weren’t able, they ask me to call another day to make a appointment so here I’m trying to make a appointment!..

I did not purchase my vehicle here but I wish I would have. I bring it here for all it’s service needs and the service department is top notch. I had a little paint work issue recently and they took care of it no problem. It was still under warranty but they just made it hassle free. Beto at the service department offered me an uber, refreshments, and gave me full updates. I just felt taken care of which I hear is rare now a days at a car dealership. Also, the older gentleman, I forgot his name, who works the express service, he’s awesome too. He never has an attitude, he’s always smiling, chill, friendly, and he always complements me on my car. Great guy.I’m very grateful to have these guys so close to home. Will continue to get my Charger SRT serviced here for many many years to come.
Made a deal over the phone, wasted my time and ran my credit, bringing it down a bit, filled out all the paper work and started my 5 hour drive to pick it up just for them to call me saying the car already been sold to someone else. Thanks for wasting my time lowering my credit score :)
My initial interaction with this dealership was good. The. It all went downhill from there. Was shopping around told them they had two vehicles I was interested in. Told them was going to shop around and test drive will come back with a preapproval from my bank. So far so good. The car I really wanted got sold out from under me, to bad for me. So I came back with a pre approved check from my bank. Talked to 2 people over the phone got a rough quote before hand. Told them lets start the paperwork and see the real numbers. Young sales man writes numbers on a blank paper with a price $130 more a month then I had discussed before. Then he starts talking over me and down to me when I explain that cant be right. Then he tries to say he did that since we were taking so long to fill out the paperwork. Sitting here now for over 30 min waiting for real numbers might just walk out.Update: Complained to management, apologized time and got us a new sales person. After review the terms were as we discussed before, and we are signing paperwork now as I type.

Had a great car-buying experience! Because of the current events, it took a lot longer than maybe it should have because they only had one person in finance but everyone was super nice and treated me well. Once I go to Alice in finance, she moved me through quickly and was an absolute doll. I always have a good service experience at this dealership, as Ive been a jeep owner for 9 years. I love my new car and Rafael and Tony were easy to work with and Tony continues to help me with all my questions that come with a new car. Will always go back to them!
I negotiated and scheduled the sale of a $62k truck over the phone. I specifically asked to verify the tuck had no damage and operates properly because I am replacing a 2019 Ram on a lemon law. I was told there were no problems. I drove from San Diego after picking up certified funds to pay the total sale price.The truck was in service when I arrived.I went back to San Diego. The dealer is working with a local San Diego dealer so we will see if my time was wasted or not.

Glen E Thomas (and Brad Davis) was the only dealer who consistently followed up when I inquired about ordering a Ram 1500 in February. So they got the business. Though we didnt get the order in til September, Im glad I waited, as I was able to order a 2021, rather than the 2020 I had planned on. The price was fair for both of us, and Hugo Paredes kept me informed throughout the process. This dealer rocks!!

Ive been looking for a used car for my son.We went to 8 different dealers and they all had hidden charges, accessories, etc...I made it very clear of what I was able to pay at this time and they all gave me the sure no problem...I was a little hesitant when I came across the advertisement from Glenn E Thomas Dodge in Signal Hill. I drove there since I was in the area and was greeted by Monica M. She was very nice and sincere. I asked about the advertised vehicle and with in 5 minutes she confirmed that was all correct and the price was right on.We went for quick test drive and I was SOLD.One slight issue on the way home with the alarm system but Monica went out of her way to guide my son at 11:30pmand the issue was resolved very quickly.Very Special Thank you!Lucas and Monica

I’ve been here many times and I’ve had to return because my rubicon has a water leak that is a manufacture problem. I was told that it would take the whole day maybe longer one day and today I was waiting for 3 hours to just have Ric tell me they need to order the weather strip for my car. I had put some adhesive to try and stop the leak but when I brought it in ric kept saying I should’ve removed it because his guy didn’t want to remove it. The adhesive is like tape and easily comes off. He wanted to keep making it seem like the adhesive was the problem and me waiting around for 3 hours wasn’t. Great way to make it seem like it was the adhesive. The rep that “helped” me was Ric Colangelo.

From beginning of the start of our interest in purchasing a vehicle the service was great. Communication from dealer was Amazing. They went above and beyond in making sure we got into the vehicle we were interested in from the beginning a 2020 Dodge Durango. We drove 200 miles from where we live but the drive was well worth the reward. Sonja was Amazing and couldnt ask for better service .

I bought a jeep here back in 2014 and it was a lemon, however it’s not the dealers fault, it’s a manufacturer defect. The service department was patient and put up with me when my frustrations were at their all time high when I had no car. I still come here for service for my sons Jeep. They aren’t pushy, they don’t try to sell you on stuff you don’t need and the stuff you do need, they list it, let you know and you are free to go elsewhere or not do it at all. I will stay coming here for service.

I arrived late on a Saturday, the person that Greeted me. Quickly looked up my account, based on the car tag. Set me up for the free oil change on my gladiator and asked if I wanted to have my car washed. Thank you. That is great service, I am very happy with my new truck and with your amazing and quick service. I was out of there within the hour!
Had my oil change,and tire rotation today with Randy in service helping me. I have a 2008 Dodge Ram I bought new at Glenn Thomas. I was bringing it here for service for the first couple years,but had relocated to North Orange County. I started going to another Dodge dealer close to my house (I wont mention the name)with good service and then they moved to a new location and Thats when the trouble started. Outrageous prices for service, trying to get me to fix things that werent broken. Anyways,I went back to Glenn Thomas despite the long drive and individuals like Randy make it worth it. He saved me money by buying several oil changes in the future and hes just a kind person. Its service like service used to be. Thanks again.

I went to look at two different Jeeps yesterday and although they were nice they didnt let us test drive the car that i decided on. Also, it was in a back corner against the wall so i couldnt fully see the car so i asked if they could bring it out it seemed like they were bothered. I was ready to sign if they were willing to give me a good price but it was ridiculous and we have a 794 credit score. Went to the Jeep in CERRITOS for the same car and same price and they really took care of me and gave me a WAY better deal. Everyone there was super sweet there. Would not recommend Signal Hill at all.
