First time service experience I had with them was not good but the second time I went there was okay. Lets see if they keep up the good service....

I went into Long Beach Honda to check out the new Accords because I needed a newer car for work. I noticed a 5.0 Mustang on the lot and Kimberly let me test drive it. If the dealer asks you to buy a 3 oil change package, do not buy. I bought this package in 2019. In 2020, everyone worked at home due to pandemic. 2021, went in for my 2nd oil change, i was told my package has expired. Very disappointed with this dealer. I’ve been coming to this dealer since 2010. My husband also has a Honda. No way to treat long term customers for short term gains!

I was ready to give up after the town square experience with $9000 mark ups, sad sale faces, and no inventory, I thought Id try one more stop but it was closing time when I got there but to my surprise a great looking sales man came out and answered all my questions and showed me atleast 30 2022 cars on the lot. Then I was able to test drive and I was shocked at the sticker price. I immediately ask the sales staff to run me some numbers. The finance company bought my trade in and worked a lease exactly to fit my budget. I am truly pleased with everyone at LONG BEACH HONDA🌿🍃🌼🍃🌿

Ernesto was great about doing his best to stay within a price I was comfortable with, and dealt with me being stubborn about it with no issue. Very stand up guy, and I’ll be happy to come back to him for my next lease! The only downside of this experience was it took a good 3 hours for finance to get my paperwork ready to sign, I watched at least 2 people who closed deals after I did get dealt with before myself. That has no reflection on Ernesto, what so ever as it was completely out of his control, which is why I’m giving 5 stars still. If you need a new car or lease, go see Ernesto, he’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

Had one of, if not the best car buying experience from this dealership with Carlos. I called him over the phone and let him know what I was looking for, and within an hour I was on my way down there to get the deal done. The next morning I realized my windshield had two small cracks in, I sent Carlos the pictures, and Carlos managed to help me through the steps to getting it replaced. I went to just look at the Honda HRV, but of course I left with one. We were privileged to have a few salespeople help us find the perfect car for our family. We test drove the car and we’re headed off the lot when Adin (I hope I’m getting his name right) stopped us to see if we had any more questions. He took us on another test drive and talked us into working through the numbers. He was great! Then Carlos came in, gave a great price for our trade in and Nadir worked the final numbers that sealed the deal. It was truly a team effort and we drove off with a brand new car! Thanks to the whole Honda team who gave us great customer service as usual. This is why we’ll stay a Honda family.

Waiting, Waiting, Waiting. They may not know the customer service. They may just to want to make money. They may think the time is existing for them only, not for customers. I didnt ask for any discount paying exactly what they asked for. But I had to wait almost a week to get a confirmation, and 3 hours on the spot to sign the contract. They even didnt receive my call, and didnt tell me when they were day off making me spend a day keep calling them. On signing day, even with a prior appointment at a certain time, they have us spend total 3 hours, that is, 2 hour for document preparation for them and 1 hour for signing. It could have finished within an hour if they have prepared beforehand. I wonder all the Honda dealers the same. So disgusting. I bought, but I wouldnt recommend at all.

We went through the Costco auto program and ended up at this deals has a response. Everyone was vey nice and worked with us to get the best deal. despite the shortage of cars they found the car we wanted at a decent price

Long Beach Honda was one of the quickest buying processes I’ve ever been in. I went in interested in trading my 2018 Mustang for a 2021 Type R. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient. Just called to get some assistance and while waiting in line on the phone I kept getting restarted to the front menu. Total waste of time. Finally got to speak to someone who only transferred me to a voicemail. Also, a couple of years ago I had to come back 4 times for the same issue with my battery. Really annoying that they couldn’t fix it the first time. Not to mention that while waiting, the guys that worked there were inappropriate and behaved like high school jocks.

What can I say? My car decided it didnt want to live anymore but they resuscitated it in an amazing amount of time, professionally and politely. I have no doubt that they dealt with me honestly and fairly. Its always stressful to lose your means of transportation but they made the repair process seamless! Leo assisted me with my oil change very professional. Ive been coming here for my maintenance services for my 2014 Honda Civic since I purchased it in 2017. The staff is very cool. The facility is well maintained and clean. It has a lobby area with TVs while you wait. It is very spacious since it was remodeled a couple of years ago. Im very one satisfied customer.

My boyfriend and I came by just to check for an appraisal for my Mini Cooper. Not thinking of purchasing a brand new car. Ossy approached us right when we arrived and welcomed us! We did not feel pressured to purchase a car and was listening to what we wanted and was looking for in a car. Looked around for what was available and I have always been interested in hatchback cars. Ossy showed us their available inventory on the Honda Civic hatchback sport. He let us test drive the car and he throughly explained all the features that the hatchback came with. Went through the appraisal process. Was able to talk about the difference in leasing and purchasing. Ran the numbers and with the help of Ossy and his manager Nader. We followed through with the purchase and got my new car! Our experience was truly great here at this Honda location. SCAM. Terrible customer service. We test drove a used car and were interested in buying. All was good until we sat down with their sales agent. We negotiated their price (which was obviously inflated) down a bit, but only after so much back and forth to ask my manager. It was such a charade. They kept us waiting so long each time. We all know youre just having a chat back there. Each time he came back out he was getting ruder and ruder. But we eventually agreed on a price. Then, he didnt even ask how we wanted to pay, but proceeded to sign us up for financing, taking our socials and other details before we informed him we were paying cash. Eventually, about 45 mins into our chat, he produced the price breakdown and we see that they charge an extra 2,500 on each car for dealer installations, aka a paint shield and a GPS tracker. I told him I dont want either. He said they cannot be removed. He became very rude, said wed already negotiated down. I asked him to produce proof from the car listing on their website, or anywhere on their website, of these charges. He couldnt. He was very condescending and made out like every dealer does this and were going to get a rude awakening when we go elsewhere, even naming another Honda dealership which he said had crazy installation charges (I called them after, they dont). We left and bought a car at another Honda dealership with no sneaky add-ons.

Long Beachs response: Call Honda USA, get them to pay 80%, charge me less than $200, and fix AC with a smile. Kudos to Leo!!!

I was having problems connecting my phone to the car Bluetooth. One of the young service technician came out cleared out all the old phone. After asking me a few questions. This young man knew what he was doing. My phone was able to connect and use to the Bluetooth capability of my Honda Civic.So I could hear my own music playlist off my phone and in the cars sound system. It sounded Great while it lasted. Unfortunately for what ever reason the Motorola one 5G kept having problems not allowing me to hear the GPS navigation system or any type of music, plus I was no longer able to hear people when they would call me. Im a Cancer patient and need to stay in constant contact with my medical staff. Unfortunately Verizon/Asurion tech coach team is only resolution is to replace the device. I conditionally excited as long as they can get me a functioning working device that will connect to my cars Bluetooth system. After this 6 device being replaced I have informed Verizon/Asurion tech team that I need to spend more time with my family. Not the tech team. Great job Long Beach Honda for hiring smart technicians. Everything was done in less than 15 minutes.

How this dealer got this rating baffles me.I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change, or so I thought. A few days later I return for an oil leak. Turns out the service I paid for was never rendered ! Had I not returned I would have never known. Thats right, they never did the oil change let alone put it up on the jack but I was still charged. Management at the dealer ship did not even know how to address me about the situation. For starters it is illegal to charge for services not rendered, 2nd my engine could have been damaged, and 3rd they gave me an inspection print out that said my vehicle was in perfect running condition that was a lie and I was operating the vehicle on a faulty tire. I highly do not recommend Long Beach Toyota. If you seriously value your and your loved ones safety and lives I would seriously reconsider.

I came to this dealer just to check out a corolla I saw online. I was assisted by Hayden Garcia which was a really good experience, he is what a car sales man should be. Once I was in the financial manager’s office I was going over the paper work and I noticed a discrepancy in the trade in value they told me and what was written on the paper. In other words READ WHAT YOURE SIGNING. I’m sure it was just a “mistake” but those mistakes matter. I pointed it out and they immediately fixed their error. I’m so glad with the customer service that I received and would gladly come back and do it again

I secured financing through Hondas Shop Simple program, only to be told that LB Honda (regional partner) would NOT honor my order (even though exact vin of vehicle ordered was in stock) because someone would pay more money due to car/chip shortage, trying to sell me a new loan product which of course a few $$$ more. Totally unethical and possibly illegal, I am looking into this further and have already emailed the VP and ccd down the chain of command and tomorrow calling customer care and regional. Id advise that you steer clear.

We were shopping a car for my friend he was a first time buyer and had a very horrible service at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore - Cerritos we thought to give another chance before giving up on HONDA and visited this store. Trust me we had the best service ever and there three Management people who checked on us if we been taken care properly(we didnt tell them we had a bad experience prior).The sales rep was really helpful guiding us through out process explaining each step as well as getting great deal without on comprising on the car we liked. I feel Im an expert on car dealerships since Ive owned about 40 cars in the past 20 years . At least that many .. I think more :). When I heard that Carlos Aguirre was the new General Sales Manager at Honda, I followed him over there from his previous position at another dealership . It didnt even matter that I wasnt in the market for a Honda . I honestly dont trust many car salespeople and Carlos has always done right by me and my family . I wanted Carlos to find my dream car ... a matte black Audi R8. Two weeks later Im driving my new R8 and I am so happy . Hayden Garcia was a big help as well . He is a sales Associate at Long Beach Honda and kept me Informed every step of the way . This dealership is my favorite, and who knows ... I may end up getting the R Type Honda . The finance dept is headed by Abraham DeJesus who made the finance process very tolerable ( we all know how long that can take ). I cannot recommend this place ( and those three employees) enough . You just cant go wrong . They will get you the best prices in town and HONESTY !!!Thank

New Mexico customer, called John over the phone, he got me approved within the hour at 7pm on a Saturday!!! Next morning Nader finished the contract. Very surprised at how fast everything was done. Highly recommended!!
