Without fail, the workers are friendly and helpful and a great addition to anyones day. This drink, Mango Dragonfruit Refresher is the bomb.com!! The entire experience sets the atmosphere for being productive in doing work! And I must be focused and productive!!

I normally go to the location on LBB & Willow, but this one is closer to home, however sometimes the drinks just dont taste as good. The wait time is longer in this drive-thru, but the inside staff is polite and moves at a good pace. I would suggest some employees need to smile more, but overall this is a good Starbucks to pickup a quick drink. Not the best spot to study, this location is small and the parking lot is busy. Dont forget mobile ordering is the way to go!! Download the app! Saves you the headache.

No real complaints with this Starbucks. Everyone is great here and the employees have great attitudes. Sometimes Im that annoying customer that asks for water when I pick up my mobile order and they never give me attitude like other Starbucks and their employees. I really like that I moved by this one. Thanks guys for always being upbeat, friendly and efficient.

I have gone to this Starbucks for awhile now and usually the service is very good. However, my experience with them today was horrible!!I went through the drive through this morning to get coffee and breakfast before I started work. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I get to the speaker to place my order and I get this Oh, I am sorry but we can only take cash right now. Well, that didnt help me because I do not like to carry cash on me so I only had my debit card.Why didnt they put a sign up at the very start of the line and of course I wouldnt have sat in line for 25 minutes because after I got the message I still had to wait for the car in front of me to get their order.Anyway, I wont ever go here again, so problem solved!

They have been out of the things I get regularly. But have been cool and apologized

Service is great. Food and drinks are great. But today I needed a drink carrier because I was walking. I didnt make it out of the parking lot before one corner spot of the carrier fell apart. So i put that drink in my pocket, which spilled all over my shorts and shirt as I walked. And by the time I made it half way the other spots also fell apart so at this point it was useless trash. Now I understand you dont make these carriers in store but you give them out for customers to use. So you are are just as responsible.

I had an issue with the app and there was no help. The person at the register was really nice but basically said there was nothing she could do. The manager on duty wouldn’t even take the time to help figure out the problem.

They dont have a few items that I regularly buy

Do not come here if you are in a hurry. The drive through here is the worst. If a few customers order food, you will be in for a long wait. On three separate occasions it has taken me 10-15 minutes to get a coffee with not many people in front of me. It would be way better if they had people pull forward and run their food out to them to keep the line moving. Going in is usually a better option, but the parking lot is tiny so good luck parking. I have had good, polite service on many occasions, but there is a guy there that is very rude every time. Unfortunately, it seems he may be a manager. I LOVE Starbucks and have never left a bad review for them before. This store is far from their best location to say the least.

Every time I have come to this Starbucks my order is made wrong. This time I sat there and watched the guy completely make it wrong, and when I went to say something he gave me an attitude. I order the same thing everytime I go to Starbucks (which is everyday) and I know how my drink is supposed to look and taste. My favorite part is when I told him that I know for a fact he didnt put in my 2 added shots of espresso and he told me I was wrong. I didnt have the time to sit there and argue with him because I had an appointment, but I guarantee you a cold foam cold brew with 2 added shots is NOT supposed to be all white and taste like milk. 🙄

You know when they came out with the eggnog coffee for Christmas. They had me I was in love. And this year peppermint I hate peppermint. Carmel eggnog put me into the season. I was even willing to pay. And now some seniors are on budgets me. I dont know I was disappointed in their choices for representation for the holidays.☕ I mean dont get me wrong I was there during the summer with a caramel frappuccino. Being on a budget you have to earn my money.🙃 Starbucks near really want to get people in you have a lot of seniors do something special for them and you got us for life or as long as were here.👵🙃

I was in line at 11:48pm and the line was big and they were taking so long once it turn 12 they turn off the menu light off and they stop taking order without even apologizing saying there closed already. The 3 car didn’t even get nothing because they decide to ignore the people .so disappointed I didn’t even get my coffee because they were so slow !

The coffee really calms me down and gets me ready for the day.

My drive was 25 minutes away and first time I got the a wrong coffee .. second trip over there wrong coffee .. I hate this place ..

Sorry Starbucks but this is the second time I order here and advise the cashiers that I have a free reward but still get charged. Please take time and listen to your customers. I had a whole conversation with the cashier regarding the reward due to me ordering Multiple items She advised me that the reward would go to the highest item and. And she still charged me for the whole purchase through my app

The staff is very friendly and kind, the service is great and they will serve you in a timely manner! The place is very clean and the bathrooms are so very neat and clean love, love, love the cleanliness of the whole entire place! A great place to visit!

I ordered a Grande WCM with no foam and easy whip. Once I was handed my drink I knew it wasn’t a full Grande. There was so much missing. I go to the SB in Bellflower right off the 405 North and I never have this issue but this is the 3rd time this happens at this location.

Current night staff dont care about this job or customers..... I get here over an hour before the store closes and the staff is much more concerned about the closing responsibilities they have to get done every night then they are serving customers... Visibility Chattering like children in the background to report to one another it looks like Im not driving away soon someone has to come back to the window to deal with me... And I definitely was not leaving because I ordered a drink with the word cinnamon in the name and I was handed a drink with no cinnamon.... Ya sorry not sorry Im sitting here at this window until someone comes back to correct this careless mistake..... So many better staffed locations in Long Beach... Avoid night crew here

This Starbucks at 2Cal plaza location is the best by far. The baristas are very fast and personable. They remember our drinks and get to know us.

Arrived at 10:13PM and the doors were locked. Although it is posted that this specific location does not close until 11pm. By the way the four staff members did not even bother to look up and acknowledge me standing there.

At a time when we should all be helping, this starbucks has decided to close its bathroom to the public, close its doors and only open a window.... no need to stop here, they seem to have figured it all out!

I live a bit out of the way of this store, but decided to change it up a little this morning. Im so glad I did! I went through the drive-thru and had a free drink reward, so I ordered my favorite drink and it is, honestly, the best drink I have ever had. The customer service was world-class, the speed-of-service at almost 7am was very impressive and my complicated mocha is perfect. I have found my new regular store!

Store hours are a bit misleading if you are wishing to walk into the store. On weekdays, the drive-through opens at 4:30 in the morning, but walking in patrons are allowed inside at 5 am. I only post this because I want to save you the awkward situation of trying to make eye contact with those wonderful Batistas.

I love this Starbucks its the only when I go to in the staff is so awesome. One day I came in and the barisdale behind the bar seemed to know I was having a badd day and managed to tell a really funny joke. They didnt have to tell a joke but they saw that I wasnt having a great day.
