Their driver claims to have attempted delivery to my residence, I was home all day even miss a lunch date, then I had to go to the FedEx office for pickup and again waited 30 minutesto receive my package. Need to work on customer service. Also their drivers need to learn the laws about blocking traffic lanes and driveways. UPS & USPS dont do that but FedEx is a bad as Amazon (Almost).FIX IT !!!!!!!

Due to COVID required to wait outside in sun with several others. Only one person working counter at 11:30AM on a Thur. Employee was friendly and quick. Other customers were the delay asking same questions over and over expecting different answer or not having their paperwork ready.

My friend had a package delivered in his name to my address. Missed delivery, so he went to pick it up. The customer rep said he cannot pick up the package because the delivery address is different from his ID. So he asked the rep if I can tag along with him, so I can show proof of my address, but the rep still said No because it needs to be HIS name and HIS address matching on the delivery address. How does this make sense? I didnt get the reps name but it was the short, blonde, older lady.

Missed a delivery at home today so I went by the Ship Center to pick it up personally. Staff was very helpful, extremely courteous and professional. They were able to locate and get me my package really quickly and that was a very pleasant surprise. Nice effort at maintaining social distancing in and outside the store.

Don’t pay for 2nd day express especially when you don’t get your delivery. I legit waited all day for my package and no one showed up. And come to find out that the FedEx agent tells me that it was never scanned. The next day the tracking info says it was delivered even though nothing was delivered. I opened a claim and still have not heard from FedEx. Horrible customer service and down right horrible shipping company. I hope you guys go bankrupt soon.

Worst customer service ever. Would not process my package because their QR code system wasnt working. I had the tracking number and Alhisa refused to look up information so I could return item. This is the reason I use UPS and USPS. I asked for a supervisor and Alhisa said no one was available. She said, Ryan Trotter wouldnt be available for two hours. Conveniently just the right amount of time when they close. No wonder this place has a low customer service rating with representatives like this. Will not be shipping with this place ever and/or FedEx.

Very bad delivery service. On the 4th package on truck at 7am then back fedex center at 3pm. On the 5th package on truck at 8:38am then at fedex center at 11:53am. And someone was home all day both days terrible no more fedex

My package was suppose to be delivered on 11/13/2020. Someone from this office keeps delivering it but taking it back because it is not “safe”. This is ridiculous, I work from 7:30 am to 9:00pm. It takes me about 30 min to get to work. This means I cannot arrive to the office in the morning or at night and only on weekends. Also, it should be delivered since there is no signature required. This is ridiculous.

Place has been rearranged an more open and lit. Clean, organized and staff is helpful.Great place to go if needing to make copies or to use a computer terminal to accomplish a work related task.Well stocked in the things you need to ship.as well.Nice having a Fed Ex outlet conveniently located to this area and can handle most of your shipping needs on site.

If I can give this business zero stars, I would. Horrible FedEx drivers, paid extra for Next Day shipping and didn’t even get it the next day because of their lazy driver not even attempting to get out of the truck and attempt to approach the residence. He stopped for about 5 seconds, and began to drive off and didn’t even think about leaving a door tag number, and quickly put in the system that I wasn’t home. He even saw me waiting for him to approach my home, and drove off.

I went to pick up a package from this location 2 days ago but did not have my door slip. When I got there 1 found about 10 other people waiting and I was amazed at how well an employee there by the name of Ms Kathy Morgan (L6BA) professionally handled each person quickly tending to all their needs. She was able to locate my package without giving me a hard time for not having the door slip. Honestly I am yet to see such awesome customer service anywhere. Kathy is warm, articulate, efficient and very friendly. She is someone I would love to find at every front desk. Thank you Kathy for making the world a better place and for taking customer service where it ought to be.

This is where I had to go to pick-up my FedEx package that required signature for pick-up. It is a little drive from the freeway, but had ample parking out front, a short-line inside, and no issues with finding and providing my package. Nothing fancy, but it works. They also appear to be a drop-off location if you are looking to ship something via FedEx and are near here. If you have your tracking number, their system will actually show you if you package is back off the delivery truck and ready for pick-up or if it is still out on the truck. This was helpful for me because the slip on my front door said it would not be ready for pick-up until 6:30pm, but the tracking said it made it back to that location at 3 so I was able to pick it up much earlier than 6:30.

FedEx driver never called, or knocked on door, or rang the door bell to attempt delivery. Left note for pick up. I go and waste 25 minutes to get to this store. See a ton of employees just talking and one person working the counter. I wait 20 more minutes. While Im being helped they help someone else...ok.

Have to agree with a Chey, I’ve had the worst experiences with fedex deliveries. The drivers make little to no effort to deliver to my location because of a call box. They have thrown my packages at the doorstep because they are frustrated when I ask for delivery name confirmation. And the most recent delivery was left out street side for anyone to come and grab. Thank god I was home. Have filed multiple complaints with them and the reaction time from Friday’s complaint is so bad, corporate confirmed its still sitting in the station management’s inbox.

This Fedex Center has very worst service. Three times I am at my home but they kept a note saying (Delivery exception) Customer not available. The order was my medication which I have to take it on the day. Because of the worst delivery service I ended up delay in taking medicine. Again ended up traveling for 8miles to take my package wasting 1 hour traveling. UPS is the best service never failed but I don’t know what’s wrong with FEDEX totally bad & worst service. I would have rated zero star rather giving one star but system is limiting me to give 1 star. BAD BAD BAD service....

They don’t knock or even attempt to deliver if it requires a signature in Long Beach. I have a dog that goes berserk when people knock on the door so I will hear it. She was in the room with me while I waited for the package. This has happened to me twice now and based on the other comments this is a regular thing. Someone needs to be retrained, this is terrible. The lady at the front was nice though. Thank you for letting me vent, I will avoid fedex at all costs at this point.

Luckily UPS is awesome and delivers to our house everyday.We got an alert that they attempted to deliver but couldnt because the business is closed. So, I ordered phones from Verizon, they offered me two day shipping via Fed ex. Fed Ex got my package on Saturday morning at the local delivery center Signal Hill. They then did no deliver it on MONDAY OR TUESDAY.I tried to call the 800 number they say is for the Signal Hill office and I just got sent to a call center where the refused to give me the 800 number or help me get my package.What poor serves, I understand a package getting lost, but then FEDEX should have good support to help find it.

Was waiting for my cancer medicine had to sign for it. It was due at 10:30 the driver came a few minutes earlier which was fine. My husband and i were home both cars in the driveway, the doorbell evidently didnt ring ! He didnt knock or make any attempt to contact us. We heard him drive away, causing a big hassle trying to have him come back to deliver the Medicine! By calling Signal Hill office, we were out on hold 20 min. Has told call back! It took 2 hrs. To get any response Not the first time for rotten service. Will no longer do business with them, will happily switch to UPS.

First of all they delivered a package in the middle of a workday why would anybody be at home at 1:30 in the afternoon on Monday regardless I get their doors live they were already closed for the day at the location where I package is being held so I wait to the next morning to call them before so I can get my package and pick it up on my own I spent 45 minutes trying to get through to a live person just for them to tell me that my package is going to be delivered at the exact same time and that I had I cant even get it back cuz I have to wait 3 more hours and the guy had the nerve to tell me well you should have called us and I told him how his automated system it shipped a $2 system and he said oh yeah so I would never recommend this FedEx location dont bother with them all they do is give you headaches

Id give zero stars if possible. The customer service was horrendous. After waiting 5 minutes while 2 of the 3 clerks carried on a conversation, one of them asked, Have you been helped? Uhm, no! You just watched me walk through the door and didnt greet me or anything. It continued to get worse. After she couldnt find my package by pulling up my address, I had to search my own email for the tracking number. No apologies. Customer service etiquette is GREATLY needed here. Avoid this location at all cost!

Parking is a bit of a booger but they were very helpful and efficient. You may think theres only street parking because it fronts a busy street but go around to the back and theres a large parking lot. They have two handicap spaces fairly close to the store

After a long day at work I go in to this location to pick up the mail that was missed. Upon arrival there is a line everyone waiting patiently for their mail, she calls everyone up to the front by their first name once it’s my turn to be called she says “lady and her pooch” excuse me but that is very rude she just had my ID in her hand she can call me by my first name as well or a simple excuse me. Once I step up she asks for my last name I spell it out for her and she doesn’t ask nicely for me to say it slower instead she’s screaming and being very unprofessional. She’s also telling the gentleman behind me that he’s last in line when it’s barely 6:45pm mind you they close at 8pm. She’s rushing everyone and to top it off she has the rudest attitude. Fedex it is time to train your employees some customer service skills or don’t hire them at all. Very disappointed as a business women this was very unprofessional.

African American girl that was up front today 7/23 at 5:50 has problem doing her job. Was very rude to my husband because the pick up slip had another address and they called and told him it was at this location. She was very upset to do her job she looked and felt dumb when the package was there. She was surprised she said! People make mistakes and so does fedex no need to be rude and have attitude just do your job. Sorry if you had a bad day no need to take it out on customers! Be careful going to this location if she’s there.

I was home when the Fedex delivery guy pulled up next to my apartment. Its ground level and our back door is on the street. Theres a main gate to the complex and ten feet away from that is our back gate with our unit number and doorbell in very plain view. Our back door was also obviously open with the screen door shut. It was easy to tell that someone was home. I heard him pull up, then I heard him drive away. No knock, no ring, nothing. He could have even shouted through the open door and I would have heard it. My package was very important and I needed it ASAP. Now I have to wait until 6:30 and go pick it up myself. This isnt the first time this has happened. Whats the point of a delivery service if I always have to pick up my packages myself? From reading other reviews it seems that other people have had similar problems. Im not surprised. Can Fedexs delivery people PLEASE attempt to actually deliver packages before driving away?

Still awaiting my package. Tracker says delivery exception as customer not available or business closed. I live in a condo where the entrance is locked, my unit is in the very front. I did not hear the truck arrive, nonetheless a notice was not left on my door that an attempt was even made. This happened 2 days in a row. I would leave no stars if possible. First i live in a condo and they did not even attempt to call from the front gate. Waited till it got back to the ship center, tracking info said it arrived at 2:52 p.m. i arrived at 6 and lady insisted it was not there with attitude.
