My go to UPS store! Sometimes the service is slow, but its always personable and efficient. Highly recommend them if you need UPS services in the area

I needed an item picked up at a residence and then shipping to me. I was really over a barrel.I trusted Joe and his staff to take good care of me and my possessions.Great Job, Great people, I can not recommend Joe and his store enough. :)

If you want your passport renewal application, along with all of your personal information, sent to the wrong address, then this is the UPS store for you!My passport wound up in St. Maarten via Miami, and NOT in the passport office in Philadelphia.My passport application--along with the entirety of my personal information--old passport (still legally valid), photo, Social Security number, address, phone, emergency contact--was sent to the wrong address two days after I paid for a passport photo and postage at this UPS store.The postage I paid for was a USPS Priority Mail envelope. However, when it showed up in St. Maarten it had a UPS Ground label on it--for a box weighing 23 pounds, see photo below.To be clear, this store supposedly made a label for my envelope the day I was there, July 24th, but never put that label on my envelope. The tracking number I was handed still says the package is in pre-shipment.This negligence on their part, as they are acting as postal and UPS agents, is unfathomable. Putting correct labels on the packages is their business.I called the store to speak with the owner, and no return call.I was extremely fortunate that the woman who received my passport was a truly decent human being. When she saw the contents of my package, that was addressed to her, she immediately contacted me due to the seriousness of this UPS stores mistake. She and her daughter have helped me immensely, and my passport application and old passport are now back in my hands.I would suggest this store take their business of handling packages more seriously otherwise why run a UPS store?

Ive never had an issue sending packages at other UPS locations, but my first visit to this store I dropped off a package to a gentleman right before closing, telling him it was USPS. He ASSURED me he would make sure it would be sent out the next day. LOW AND BEHOLD, my package mysteriously gets delivered to somewhere in Signal Hill...when the shipping label clearly showed it was meant to go to Indiana.Really unfortunate, people need to try a little harder at their jobs.

I just left this store. I believe it was the owner who assisted me. I got in and out of the store quickly and he was very nice and helpful. A little but of kindness goes a long way, especially in the world we live in today. I will go out of my way to use this store for my shipping needs.

Service is nice. Just they close way before the time on google maps in weekend. I went there a few times in the weekends, some times almost 1 hour earlier before, still ends up like closed. Maybe due to COVID-19?Edit:Updating my rating to 5 star due to the nice service and updated office hours

New business just recently opened. The owner was extremely helpful finding some extra material to protect my laptop and didnt charge me. Excellent service!

The local UPS store I frequent is UPS off Pine Street. During the protest a few months back, the store was unfortunately looted. Tsk Tsk. While that store was inoperable for a short period of time, Joe, the owner, had gone above and beyond to make sure all post box holders from the Pine location were still able to retrieve their mail & packages. He rerouted all of our mail & packages to Signal Hill & made it all so easy for us to pick up. He really takes care of his customers!
