Great Auto Body shop
Great work and good people never a good thing when you need your car fixed but always feel good when you leave
Great service here!
We brought our car in Friday last week to have our roof repaired. It was scratched and dented in one little spot due to loose gutters at my husbands work. After getting the damaged assessed, it was determined that it would take 0 days (less than a day) to repair it for a little over a thousand dollars (paid through my husbands work). That 0 days will be a full week tomorrow. Not only that, the staff is so rude! They dont communicate at all. We were told to expect a call today by one of the workers who stays late, and after the call we could come pick it up. We didnt get a call, so I had to call. No big deal. Then the guy who answered (tow truck driver) said he would find someone to call me back about the status of our car. That never happened! I called back, and all of my calls were forwarded right away! I get being busy with other cars, but be honest, and be friendly. If I wouldve know it would take so long, we would have went somewhere else. We have a child and thats our only vehicle.Update: We have our car back. Whoever painted it did a great job! Only 3 stars still, because of bad customer service.
Very nice people. I wish i could tell yall how they did work wise but my car was totaled out. But i would definitely use them again!
These people were great they picked up my vehicle and had it to me at a scheduled time . the gentleman was very polite and didnt get mad I had to pay some of it with loose change
Great collision center. Great workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Good work. Moderate price but cheap bodywork is not desirable.

Very nice an friendly folks an they did an awesome job on our truck. Thanks
A friend hydroplaned and wrecked my vehicle in Siloam during a violent storm this Spring. The police had to call Siloam Collision to tow it because they didnt want to. When it was done, there was a $400 tow bill to take the vehicle about 6 miles!Following the tow, the bumper was bent so the vehicle was not drivable. They explained that they were a State Farm Preferred Repair Shop and that they could take care of everything. They also said that the vehicle was almost definitely totaled. For them to prepare an estimate, they needed a signature. I waivered, but they said that they could not estimate it without the signature. It took over two weeks to get all the estimates they needed. I called them three times and each time I was put off and they promised to call me as soon as they knew the final amount. I have never received a return call, not once in about 2 months and at least 7 attempts.About 3 weeks after the accident, I received the estimate in the mail from State Farm, again without a call from Siloam Collision. The estimate showed that the damage was equal to Fair Market Value of the car, but State Farm had it overvalued, so it was a couple hundred dollars from being totaled.I decided to take the settlement and scrap the vehicle instead of having it repaired. I called Siloam Collision and they informed me that it was already fixed. I said that must be a mistake because I never authorized it. I negotiated with them for weeks and made several very fair offers to make the situation right, but in the end I was told that if I tried to fight them on it, “they would put a lien on my vehicle and then they would have a new car.” I continued to fight it, but because of my signature for the estimate State Farm ruled that they had the right to repair it if it was not a “Total Economic Loss”. Even without my permission! The State Farm manager stated that what they did was “within the rules of the policy, but was not in the spirit of the policy. Further, it is plainly un-ethical and their status as a State Farm repair shop is now under review.Later I found out that they had discounted their estimate to keep the car from being totaled so that they could make money repairing it. Absolutely making money at my expense. Instead of taking a $5,000 payoff, I am forking over a $500 deductible. In summary, they did me an injustice in the estimate so that my car would be repaired, they repaired it against my wishes without my permission and then threatened to keep my car unless I cooperated with their ripping me off. All without being willing to return my call in more than 7 attempts.Buyer beware is an understatement!
Done well overall
These guys are great!
Great prices
Good job
