Miguel is the absolute BEST service advisor that I have ever dealt with. I have owned a slew of different vehicles and have done business with multiple dealerships. Your store is not the closest location to me, but I keep coming back because of Miguel. He is very very great.

I bought my truck from Superior Ford and I have always had excellent service so when I bought my daughter a Chevy I wanted to take her car to Superior. There are no clear instruction on how to enter the service department, I had to go inside and ask what to do. The multi-point inspection took about an hour longer than at Superior Ford so we sat in the waiting room for two hours before the inspection was completed and then had to wait another hour to get the transmission fluid changed, I was disappointed that the inspection took so long,

I can not say enough good things about our experience with Del and Superior Chevrolet! From start to finish everything about our car buying experience was great. We drove 2 hours down from MO to get the car that we wanted and we were nervous that this was going to be like every other bad experience we’ve had buying a car. But we were wrong! It always takes a while for an oil change...45 minutes to 1.5 hours but your coke and candy help along with the tv in the waiting room and your staff are the best....guys are kind and super knowledgeable and respectful...I always use you for my oil changes

I went into the service department and was treated very rudely. This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from your dealership and have always been happy with your sales department,but your service department could use some help with their customer service skills.

Anything but a Superior Experience!Beware of the Bait and Switch!After calling this dealership for information on a new AT4 they had in stock, I gave them my credit card to hold the truck until the next morning. Seeing I sold my vehicle, I explained I was a cash buyer and going to drive 2.5 hours to purchase this truck. I received a call back that they would not sell me the truck for a cash purchase, but would only sell it to me if I financed the vehicle for 7 months. A dealer that wont take certified funds for a car?? Thats a new one...Upon calling GM corporate, this is not a GM policy, rather, the dealer trying to make money by financing and not honoring the advertised cash price on their own website...After giving them a credit card number, and supposedly holding a truck, they quit answering the phone. I only received a text of sorry, we cannot do the deal. No call, no nothing. Ive left 2 messages for the general manager with no call back.Ive bought many vehicles over the years, but this may be the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with in my life. They dont even have the decency to call you back!Watch out, theyll make a deal, take your money and back right out it!

Superior Chevy and Buick GMC in Siloam Springs has been servicing our vehicles ever since we bought a new car from them in 2014. Their service staff has always been helpful, professional and courteous. Over the last seven years we have only had three problems with the services performed and they were always quick to respond and resolve.I was a little disappointed after the last service visit when I found oil smears on my door panel, but it was easy to clean up and a small inconvenience considering how great they have been on everything else.I highly recommend this service department.

Service when I got to the dealership was excellent! Im please with the work done on my car. But when I called to schedule the replacement of a recalled part, I was told it had to be ordered, and I would receive a call letting me know when the part arrived. After a few weeks, I called the service department back, and they checked with the parts department which said that the parts were in. I never received a courtesy call letting me know the parts had arrived which caused a delay in getting my car repaired.

They did a wonderfull job and saved me a lot of money by finding out my cars transmission was still under warranty. Was very happy with my experience.

Listed online 2021 Chevrolet Black widow edition 1500 for 55,370. Green in color and when I called to buy it. They tell me its wrong price listed online. Its actually 88,000. What a joke these people are. Wont honor their price online. Typical sales people! Stay away.I have pictures of the vehicle and advertise price.

They said they could not replicate our issue which is very hard to believe. I am not even confident they ran all the diagnostic tests because as soon as I got back in my vehicle I had to alerts on my dash saying one of my tires was very low. Very disappointed with the vehicle I purchased from Superior and the service I received the several times it was in the shop being fixed. I will be taking my business to another dealership.

Fast service for oil changes, and warranty work. Very competitivly priced for it being dealership. Would have given more stars but when I purchased my vehicle it only came with one key. (Every car i have bought from a dealer always comes with 2 keys)They said they would look into getting me another one but no one reached out.. I feel like it was only empty promises to take my car and go.

This last Saturday we drove from Oklahoma to look for a truck. We pulled on the lot and was looking around when Del Choate walked up to our car and asked if he could help us. It was really good. The one and only problem I have is I live out of town now and need transportation back to work when I drop my vehicle off and some way to get it back to me. I do work in SS. That would help tremendously!!

First time service department . Was quickly greeted and taken care of. Got my information and what services I needed picked out. Took me to the waiting room and pointed out the drinks and snacks. About a 30 minute wait but wasn’t bad. Waiting area was nice and clean as the rest of the dealership.

I want to take the time to thank the whole parts and service department here at Superior Chevrolet Buick GMC here in Siloam Springs, thanks to the team work of the service writers of Miguel, Ivan, Rickey, and the service manager Paul, and the Technician Marshal I can now drive my truck safely while a smile on my face. I recently purchased a pop up camper for my family and decided to change all of the brakes and rotors on my truck to be able to pull my camper safely and with confidence. In the middle of me working on my truck I came across some issues that I did not have the time to fix, they finished the job for me on my truck and replaced a bad brake caliper and now when I drive my 2003 1500 truck it stops on a dime. All thanks to the service department of Superior Chevrolet Buick GMC in Siloam Springs I now drive my truck with a huge smile knowing that me and my kids and wife are safe driving my truck and wont be putting anyone else on the road in danger.
