Very friendly staff, and very helpful. My husbands truck broke down they even told me who was a good tow service. They got it fixed fast. We are from out of town and didnt know who to call to work on it. Great job guys!

Help me very much,I called needed help really badly and quickly, and they help me asap where the other shop told me to come and when I got there told me they didnt have time, when I come almost 40 mins away a nd had to be at work in w hours,all it was, was a 30 minute job, a wheel speed sensor,,thank you jvs

Theyve fixed several things for me. Including showing me something that was more important to fix than why I brought the truck in. They could have ignored it and waited for me to get into trouble and it would have cost me more, and made them more money. I never would have known. They have always been fair and friendly. Worked on my 81 Chevy pickup asked if I had experience they said yes and then tried to take apart manifold in order to replace a head gasket the result was the entire engine was ruined and I still had to pay them

Ive taken my work van in a few times and they do quality work at a fair price, and get the job done in the time they say it will take. I will now never take my business anywhere else and everybody would be wise to do the same. The lady that runs the office is very nice and seems to really care about helping people along with all the techs Ive dealt with, very professional and good people. Couldnt be more pleased with the service they provide.

I called to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at because it was making a humming noise going down the road, I had already changed the front wheel bearings so I figured it had to be one of the rear ones which I was unable to change by myself. They got me in within a day and was able to diagnose that it was in fact a bad rear wheel bearing and said they could have it fixed within a day. They was very fast and very reasonably priced, Id recommend them to anyone... 100% Satisfaction!!!

I’ve been waiting a few years to find the right automotive shop to work on my 06 BMW with reasonable pricing and quality work. I’m glad I checked out JNS. Seems to get good reviews and they are local and work on German cars. I’m very satisfied with the work they did on my car and they will now be my go to shop. We explained our situation and they all came through for us in a very real and timely way. They were kind, thoughtful, understanding, honest and the repair was a very fair price. Took my truck to get a new motor when we was told it was ready for pickup we get there and we had a check engine light still on was informed it was a purge valve that needed replaced but we would need to bring our truck back to get that fixed. Didnt even have our truck back for a couple days and its leaking oil. So we took it back in and had to have that fixed which was a oil plug and the main a seal. While it was there I asked them to address the purge valve instead they replaced a harness when we picked it back up we get almost home and the check engine lights back on after paying another 132$. Have it back for almost a week and it starts smoking which this truck has never smoked before or leaked fluids before so we was informed to take it back in they had the truck for several days and it turns out to be a valve cover and a hose so they fixed which cost another 196$ it now a day later and we have transmission fluid all over our driveway.. So now we are broke down not being able to move our truck cause we have leaking transmission fluid now which was never a problem till yesterday and have paid this place over 6000$ and we cant even drive our truck. Its been different issues every time we get it back from them. Im more than upset. How does a truck that had no problems with the transmission leaking or having issues all a sudden a day later have a huge leak where the engine and transmission connect. When before we took it to them there was no problem at all besides the engine. No leaks anywhere. Then to top that off they didnt even put our starter cover back on that they took off. So know we have that part missing. I feel like we was ripped off cause everytime we have a issue since we took it to them to fix which has warranty we still get charged more money just to pick it back up

Daughter goes to JBU and had a dead battery, owner Shane returned my call right when he opened on Saturday even though I had not left a message. We had the car towed in, Shane quickly checked to make sure battery and electrical system were OK, and said we were safe to drive 5 hrs. He was competent, professional, and kind. He went out of his way to give great service! We are committed long-term customers! -From a grateful Dad.

Taken my vehicle there twice. Could have taken advantage of me and told me something was very wrong and charged me for some unnecessary “fix”. Instead, both times they (SHANE) told me nothing was wrong with it and sent me on my way with an easy do-it-yourself solution. That’s when I decided I’d never go any where else but JNS. Trustworthiness is a rarity in this industry.

This place is THE BEST - they are fast, friendly, and very cost-contentious. We drive old Subarus and they keep our cars running! You will not find more honest or affordable mechanics anywhere, and they get our cars in and out on the same day. They also call us if they find anything else and provide updated quotes throughout the process, so there are no surprises and you know exactly whats going on with your car and how much it will cost. We are so glad to have found this place and 100% recommend.

Quick, and reasonably priced

Great work! Honest mechanics that will give it to you straight and are reasonable. They fixed a problem on my Nissan Murano that another mechanic had fixed twice before for less than a tenth of what I had paid the other guy to not successfully fix the same problem.
