Service Manager Ty and others went above and beyond when I experienced a big issue (manufacturer problem) with my new Grand Cherokee L that could have taken 3-4 weeks to resolve based on part availability, but he made it right and got my Jeep back to me within 24 hours and so far so good. Even called to check on me today to ensure all was still going well. This is my second auto purchase here and Superior sales and service definitely seems to care much more about the customer than others I have dealt with in the area. Very much appreciated. I will keep looking to Superior for my vehicles as much as possible.

They say their prices are the lowest around, which is true if lookin on the internet, but once you get there they had around $2,000 to the price. Went to look at a 30,9xx priced car and when I got there the real price was around 32,xxx. The manager gives you the run around and won’t answer direct questions. They also want to charge an additional 2,000 if you don’t finance through them. They seemed very shady and sneaky in my opinion.
Apparently im not good enough to get a vehicle there with money down for the first time.oh well it happens. Ill just keep tryng elsewhere. Nice selection of cars though.

Craig in financing was absolutely terrible. He did not want to make a sell at all. We asked him to run the numbers through a certain bank for a certain term and he insisted on working through Chrysler Capital and would not do as we asked. He only cared about the money he was making and not making the best deal for the customer. It is sad that we had a great salesman but the finance guy ruined the whole deal for everyone. His attitude was terrible from the start. He needs to find a new career because customer service doesn’t suite him well.
Aaron was amazing to work with through sales. Easily the best experience I’ve had going into a dealership and buying a car. Typically I dread the experience and have been putting off buying a car due to past experiences with other dealerships. Absolutely will be coming back when it’s time to get something new or when my kids get their first cars!

Last week I went to auto traders to look for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Found an overland with superior Dodge Chrysler jeep in siloam springs ar. I called and was told that it was already sold. Yesterday I received an email from auto traders on a price drop alert of 1750 on the exact same jeep grand Cherokee overland. I called again and was told it was available on the lot. And for me to come and see it. I arrived and the salesperson said that the managers wife was driving it and they needed to have her to bring it back. It took almost 4 hours and finally I was able to see the vehicle. In the process of buying the vehicle, the Finance person offered 84 months at 4.74%. I explained I would like for him to run it for 60 months to see if I can get the interest rate lower. He hesitated said he could, but it would not make the interest rate any lower. I again told him I would like for him to run it and with a different bank that I banked with. He left and came back after speaking with a manager and said again he could but it would make the rebates go off. I explained there was no rebate and they didnt even honor the price drop. He again said that he could but it would not help since the rebates would not be there. At that point I stood up and left. There were several people come in to the door to see if there was any issues, explained the situation. The finance person said that he offered to run it for 60 months for me and I did not want it done. Told them that I had two other people with me and they could vouch for what he had done. Craig was pretty awful to deal with and I would not recommend goinjg to superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep for any vehicle

My wife and I drove 2 1/2 hours and ended up purchasing a very nice 2019 Dodge Ram. (Truck prices in SW MO are WAY TOO HIGH so I shop out of state for trucks.) All staff that we came into contact with were very nice and professional. I had to do a little haggling to get the price where I wanted it, but hey, isn’t that just car buying? Financing was a breeze. We were in and out in 2 hours. In the end, I would buy a vehicle from this dealership again in the future. Good job!
I was traveling to the area from Illinois to visit family. I scheduled an appointment online, before I left Illinois, for an oil change and tire rotation. The online quote was $129. I took my truck in, got the service done. I decided to buy a hat for $16 and had it added to the bill. When they presented me with a bill for $232, my jaw about hit the floor. When I told the service guy, “That’s quite a bit more than the online quote.”, he completely ignored me and asked for a credit card. I paid it because I was already late for a lunch with my daughter and didn’t have time to argue about it. But when I move down there, I will never use them again. I trade my truck in every two years and do all my maintenance at dealerships and this dealership just lost many truck sales and maintenance from this guy and everyone I know in the area who drive Ram Trucks.
We did have some problems with the service people but the manager does take care of it and makes it right if you let him know, we are very pleased with the outcome now after working with the manager. He went above and beyond to make it right with us!!

Purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from this dealership in November 2019. Great experience dealing with Pat and others involved in the transaction. Only mistake I made was financing the car thru an outfit called TDAuto Finance. They provided quick approval but a year later when I decided to move the loan to my local bank they refused to accept the payoff due to the bank sending the payoff to the address that was printed on their monthly statements. Due to their delay tactics, I have had to make two additional payments to TD Auto after securing the refinancing thru my local bank. Also, since they delayed closing my account, I had two loans show up on my credit report for the same vehicle - causing my credit score to drop. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these unscrupulous loan sharks. Secure your financing before you ship from a reputable source.

It should not take 2 hours for an oil change. The excuse is that they had to go downtown to pick up synthetic oil, but we made an appointment in for a synthetic oil change yesterday so they knew they would need it. Why isnt the synthetic oil in stock at this shop? I received the coupon for the synthetic oil change from this location so why would you advertise something you do not have in stock? The General Manager did not have an answer to this inquiry.

I found some unrealistically low prices on Autotrader for this dealership. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I sent an email questioning the pricing in order to let them know they had inaccurate ads. I suspected just a typo. I stated this in my response to the first reply. I received three more emails in response. One of which was a scan of two window stickers for Jeep Cherokees, when I was inquiring about Ram trucks. I did not get a single response to my questioning of the pricing. Funny thing is, the last one even asked if I had questions. Since none of the replies I received even acknowledged there was a mistake, I can only assume the false pricing was intentional, in order to generate a list of contacts. I will not be one.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option!! Was told I was approved yesterday afternoon 2-19-20 for a jeep Wrangler I wanted! My wifes and my credit was pulled and had a trade-in value for our trade-in jeep compass @ $2000. Jacob the salesman came back with you are approved after involment with the manager. The details given to us was 383 a month payment @ 9.6% interest for 72 months with our trade in, no cash down @ 5pm on 2-19-20. On the phone by Jacob.M wife and I set off to the dealership this morning 1.5 hours away from our house with our trade in. Arrived at the dealership 10:20 am today 2-20-20 to test drive and finish the paperwork that was pre-approved, according to the sales man Jacob & manager Cody supposedly. On 2-19-20. When we arrived @ 10:20 am 2-20-20 our salesman Jacob was not there nor Cody the manager who approved our purchase. Another salesman told us he would take us for our test drive. Before we could leave the parking lot, Jacob showed up and got in for our test drive. After the drive we returned to the dealership and went to Jacobs office. Where he told us our approved credit check and loan offer had expired. After less than 24 hours??? He said he was going to have to run credit again. As my wife and I started to receive email alerts for inquiry about our credit on credit karma. 6 emails each sitting there waiting. Then a manager came in and showed us what loan we were offered (not Cody the manager) for $100 more a month payment and 17.89% interest. For 60 months. He was trying to talk us In to this new deal, even though we were told we were approved the day before. We walked out! After running our credit 6more times today for both of us. Lowered our scores now. I feel like these people stole from my family. Telling us we were approved after running our credit already. My wife and I missed a whole day of work, and a tank of gas, and now lower credit scores, because the same place ran out credit 6 more times today. After giving us a guaranteed approval and specific details less than 24 hours ago. So beware of them. Lying, Cheating, Theifs. As I see it they took 16 hours of wages, a tank of gas, and 6 hours I could have spent with my children.

Be aware: This dealership’s advertised prices are their adjusted prices, NOT their actual selling prices, which are higher. This makes it confusing, a bit misleading, and obviously a cheap way for them to lure potential customers to dealership. They’re not willing to honor their own internet prices even when it’s advertised as ‘the dealer’s asking price’.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee here and worked with Lane and Cody. I had some initial concerns about the towing capacity of the Jeep and whether it would suit my needs and Lane spent a lot of time researching to make sure the Jeep would work for what I needed. The buying process was very quick as far as these things go and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them if the need arose. The service manager seemed very knowledgable and helpful, as well.
