Nice to see the old Radio Shack logo. Was in town visiting relatives and stopped by for an iPhone charging cord. Unfortunately we could not find what we were looking for and the only employee was with a client the entire time and did not engage or greet us. Ended up purchasing from Walmart. Store seemed somewhere cluttered and could use a makeover. Not like the old Radio Shack I remembered with the Ding Ding sound as you entered.

So I went in today to let them repair my phone screen and they did that but now my front and rear camera dont work and they forgot my sim card and the whole metal slide piece it goes in. Will be going in tomorrow Tuesday in hopes I can get that back I spent over 300 dollars in the store hopefully they can make it right

Great place for DIY electronics/ batteries/ and more. They also repair electronics.

The radioshack store has a wide arrange of items from headphones to speakers and they fix phones laptops desktops great customer service

These people were pretty great. My grandson needed some of his electronics fixed, which here thought her knew what was willing, they fixed them and then explained to him what was actually wont. My grandson went there many times and every time they treated him with respect and didnt treat him like a kid. They taught him things about electronics. If I ever need something fixed or need things like solder this is the place I would go!

I purchased an outside TV antenna from Radio Shack and had them install it for me. I was thoroughly satisfied with the antenna and the installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible customer service! Owner disrespectful and rude. Tried to add a “service charge” for help with phone purchased there. If good customer service matters to you I would drive to Rogers!
