This particular location has some of the worst customer service Ive experienced. I love TMobile, but have walked in this store three times now without upgrading my phone. Each time, there has only been one employee, multiple customers waiting, and no acknowledgement towards everyone waiting on how long it will be. People dont have hours to spend in a store waiting to be helped. Staff your store appropriately and youll see your sales increase.

I went in to the store and Walter assisted me with device selection. He had a solid knowledge of tech and knew what devices to suggest based on my needs. Phone was reportedly out of stock, so I was told that they would have to order one. Furthermore, I was told that it would HAVE to be delivered to my residence instead of the store. Upon receiving a confirmation email that my device has been delivered in a scarcely worded email (it had not been delivered), I called the store that I purchased from to inquire about its location. Ashton answered the phone, and after I filled him in on the situation he said “uhh was it UPS or FEDEX?” I replied that the email did not include the method of shipping, only that it was “express shipping”. To which he responded without missing a breath, “I don’t know man I’m just a retail guy”. 👍👍. After digging for another few minutes I found a customer support line and waited on hold for 20 minutes. Rachel answered and after I filled her in on the situation she discovered that UPS did not receive the complete address and therefore could not deliver the package....... But that she would get me on the phone with UPS and we would clear up the issue! GREAT! Thank you! But wait...After getting transferred to Sheri at UPS, she tells me that she informed Rachel that T-Mobile has to be the one that adjusts the shipping address but that Rachel just went ahead and transferred me to UPS and disconnected knowing that she needed to do it.Not professional. Not helpful. Not recommending. They may be the “UN-carrier of cell phones”, but all I wish is that I could UNdo this experience.

I was treated great and everything was explained. I am not willing to give TMobile $30. per line to sign up for service. Plan and phones were a good price and rep was great.

Very disappointed. Costumer Service was lacking, no knowledge of current offers for clients towards new phone or services. No greetings, no interactions while waiting. Left after 15 minutes

Not exactly happy with T-Mobil. They will not unlock my phone. Which is very small for a large company to do. They act like one phone that will not have service is going to break them.

Highly unethical! I know that the major cell phone providers are all sales motivated but I honestly believed that unethical practices were a thing of the past. I was wrong! I went in to get the bogo iphone 11, the sales dude, went on to explain that he could work his magic and get me into the promotion. I would add an additional line(at no cost) and get the promotion. Well it turns out that was a scam! I have spent around 4 hours talking to customer service after customer service rep. I get the same old song and dance of getting a call back from a supervisor. I have yet to hear from anyone! Dont be fooled! Their promotions are not legit and will hook you into expensive phones!

No complaints until recently. Great service at good price for what you get, but keep eye on account regularly cause if u ask for insurance on your new phone and they neglect to add it, if you need it after a couple months you will be out of luck because. No cooperation towards any resolution will even be considered due to company policy. Customer service representatives always excellent, but they cannot override nonsense policy.My advice is protect that large investment with a good case and screen protector unless you want to possibly make payments for a year with a broken screen.

Best customer service I have ever had at a wireless place everyone there was in a great mood. All greeted as I walked in and and made the atmosphere amazing definitely will enjoy going back if I have today..... Thank you to the associate(Walter) that attended me. He was very helpful and patience even when out of his way to help me. Amazing crew T-Mobile!

Tmobile has the worst phone service my family and I have ever had!!! To us they deserve absolutely NO stars as far as we are concerned. They misrepresented their service and did not at all stand behind anything that they said! We are Verizon wireless costumers and couldnt be happier!!!

Everything I was told in the store to get me to purchase new phones has been a lie! My husband talked to the manager over ALL of Arkansas and he was a complete tool. Told us basically we were liers and that he is the highest person to talk too......so tough luck. Please safe urself alot of problems and DO NOT GO TO AN ARKANSAS TMOBILE STORE!!!!!

Horrible customer service. No knowledge of products or promotions. Hate having to interact with them with the exception of one. Prefer to drive 90 miles to Tulsa to do anything in store.
