Great selection for workwear and western apparel. Tools, animal feed, knives, landscape equipment. It goes on and on. Definitely gonna be a regular a shopper.

I enjoyed my recent shopping trip. I looked at chainsaws and accessories, work gloves, t-shirts, axes, bb guns and much more. Prices were good. Inventory levels are great. I ended up buying the multiple pump air rifle that I always wanted as a boy.

It was so hot inside we just had to leave ! 55 degrees outside and we mentioned the heat inside to a couple of employees but they paid no attention

I just stopped in, about 15 minutes after the store opened. The bathroom was blocked off, and the doors to the patio/outdoor garden area was locked. I called the store, and waited a little more than 5 minutes, still no one came to open the doors. The store almost never fails to disappoint. Nine times out of 10, no exaggeration, when I leave this store, I still have to go to Lowes. Im on my way there now.

This place was filthy, there mouse and rats running threw the store on the shelves and across the floor. There rabbit petting zoo was nasty and the poor rabbit is covered in flees. The cashier didnt have a clue, rang up my stuff then had to unbag it to see what he had scanned and what he missed. Total disaster. It wasnt this bad a few months ago.

I like Atwoods for the feel of the place. Country and outdoors seems to breathe from this store. Good clean place. Prices are good on many items, for instance surprised that bags of flour were similar price to Walmart. Not enough car batteries. But neat to see chicks and stuff kids can usually pet them... its a fun, country store

Good place for what a person needs..

I had contacted a gentleman, I believe by the name of Brandon a week or so ago, asking about some specific 5.56 ammo and seeing if he could get with his buyer to find out if it was something that could be ordered for that store, so that I could pick up a few boxes.It is an ammo that shows available through your site but not for online ordering currently.He said he would get back to me, I had not heard from him so decided to stop by there today on my way into town and check the status. When I asked for him I was at first told by a young lady that he would not be able to help me, as he got into trouble and could not sell guns. I explained to her what it was about and could I talk to him.When he got to the counter, he was making one excuse after another, what it boiled down to was he said someone took his note, so he was unable to call me. When I pressed him about if he had even tried to contact his buyer about that specific request, he had not. He kept trying to say he was unable to get a hold of the buyer. But he in fact had never tried to contact him about my request.So he went behind the counter and looked up a number, dialed it, or what appeared to be dialing it, then said he could not get a hold of him and that it was something they normally stocked but would just have to see what comes in.Here is my issue. I hate excuses and poor customer service. He provided both of those in spades.The reply should have been; I cant seem to get a hold of him but I will get with my manager and see if we can get an email or some other kind of contact and let me get your name and number again and I will assure you I will get back to you within xx days with an answer.Instead, he took the lazy way out.There are too many other options out there. I purchase various goods and clothes from your store, probably not as frequently as some, but certainly more than just a couple of times a month.If an associate does not understand the term customer service they need to be educated what that term means and how your company defines good customer service. If after they have been taught, perhaps reminded etc... and they refuse to provide that level of customer service, they should be given the chance to prosper elsewhere. Someone else that needs and wants the job and is willing to perform good customer service is out there that will take their place.As I was leaving, he said something such as Sorry we couldnt help you. My reply was Some actual follow up would have been nice and left.You are getting 3 stars due to the customer service I have received from other associates the times I have been in there before and shopped.Regards,A former customer

Rene and staff were thorough walking me through my very first gun purchase. This 55 year old appreciated their friendliness and knowledge.

Atwoods is a chain store with a friendly local staff. Always look forward to the free popcorn as you walk in to shop. The staff is very knowledgeable of most everything in the store. If one dont have an answer there is always someone on hand that does. I like the friendly neighbors who are always happy to chit chat about their projects or farmers who like sharing their days plans and projects. Kinda like a meeting place for the locals to swap ideas and outcomes of some of their past experiences.

I love to wander about this store! Always something interesting to discover. Early in the season, they have great plants. Today I was looking for a fun pot for a cactus, but didnt find one. Still, they have great taffy, and a wide variety of other things!

I have been followed around twice in this store by some lady employee who I guess thinks I look like a theif. Today I tried on a pair of boots that I decided to buy so instead of taking them back off I put my old ones in the box, put it in my cart and continued shopping, I noticed a short while later that I was being followed around by a seaky employee pushing a cart and whispering into a radio. Took a minute but I figured out she thought i was going to try and steal those boots even though I had put the box in my cart. When I got to the register she slowly cruised by in her best CIA mode and radioed the boy by me up front and asked him if he had eyes on me! So he moved away a few steps and whispered back to her...probably wont go back.

I dont have much need for farm supplies. But their sporting goods and clothing are great.

Atwoods in Siloam Springs is just what it is, a farm and feed store that has an additional selection of clothing and guns. If I had to say something that they good improve is their shopping carts, the ones they have are in disrepair.

The staff is very helpful will literally walk you to the item you need. Very nostalgic atmosphere I just like going in the smells. Very diverse inventory and they have popcorn when u walk in for free

I go to Atwoods more than anywhere else. They always have what I need to keep my small farm going.

Prices are good, edit: customer service is terrible. They will let the line get half way to the back of the store with one register open. I come to this store multiple times a week. Today 8-28-20 I came i to the store 2 times and ended up walking out both times because of the insane amount of time it takes to check out.

They have a great selection of pet stuff and a variety of other things.

With the way the country is right now it is hard for companies to get things right now and the prices are going up

I often forget about them having a store in Siloam Springs and thats too bad because they have a wide array of products usually at very competitive prices.They have a very good selection of things for your domestic or farm animals. Their prices are competitive and reasonable.

Love going and visiting Lamar (their English Lop). Love to looked at the art that they have, usually good Amaricana art.

Has alot of knives but no longer carries sharpening stones.

Didnt have the fly traps I wanted, the flea poison for the yard didnt do ANYTHING. Neither did the $40 dog oral flea medicine...but they dont refund your $$

Store was busy & was a mess from all the shoppers. Out of a lot of product on sales floor, not being stocked back near as fast as they are emptied. ... Xmas time always brings bare shelves.In a whole, Dollar Tree is a life savor for a lot of folks on a tight budget. In a pinch, you can fix it at DOLLAR TREE

I always get a box of firestarters for wood stove here because they work well. They have reasonable prices on pet food, seasonal items, work safety vests, etc. Usually have the best heavy flannel shirts that I wear as light jacket in Fall & Spring. Staff answers questions and helps me get right parts for things like lawn mower. The go to place for everything from farm items to feed, seasonal items to boots.

I got a great deal on 100 pound propane tank. Very happy with price and service. Kelsey and Kayla was very helpful

Good quality pet food that you cant find at other grocery stores in town! We only buy our cat food here. Love that they bring in foster cats available for adoption. I can also find pretty much any non-grocery item I need here for home, grill, garden, and even clothing. One downside: the wait to check out is always long.

I used to love this place until I bought a pair of Ariat work boots back in November, They started coming apart at one of the seams. After I had only worn them maybe 12 times. I took them back to get them replaced and because it was more than 30 days since I had bought them They would not replace them, And I have not heard anything back from the manager in 2 weeks. So Phooey on Atwoods and shame on Ariat, I wont buy any more of your products.

I like Atwoods they dont bother you while your shopping but there is always a person around in case you need help. I find many items that I dont find at other stores and the prices are just as good as other places including Walmart. Sometimes even better. Staff is friendly and helpful and I have never went there for an item and tent didnt have it. That in itself is great.

This place is so cool its like five stores in one. Theres hunting stuff, their stuff to fix your car as a with gardening clothing, feed and tack. All kinds of really cool stuff.
