Went to the Siloam Springs AR. store for a cherry picker for removing engines. They were out of both sizes I then asked about the engine leveler and well you guessed it they were out of those also. My thoughts were, as I said to them, you have a great location to open a tool store.

An associate took the time to help me out with items I needed that were out of my reach. Its sometimes hard when youre in a wheelchair. But love when an associate goes out of her way to help out .

Several times that we had been in they have not had what we needed. Cant order it online. Only sold in stores.

Good place usually find what I needed a decent price the tool quality has come up quite a bit if you just need something for around the house and youre not working in a trade some place where you need high-quality tours Harbor Freight tools are great for doing a lot of around the house jobs and a lot of their tools like the Pittsburgh brand have gotten a lot better quality.

Didnt really have everything I was looking for...I needed two large shovels and some concrete screws and they only had the shovels, but they only had one shovel on the floor. I had to hunt an associate down to even get a second shovel. The cashiers attitude left a lot to be desired and they seemed seriously understaffed!

The prices are nearly the same as name brand and they dont issues coupons anymore. They have done away with the policies that made us want to shop there.

Employees were super friendly and helpful. They offered to look in back when I couldnt find what I was looking for. That NEVER happens.

1 register open, all snarled up, lady came and opened 2nd register and took the dude behind me next... Stood there a few more minutes and left in disgust.

They didnt have what I wanted, but when it came in they held it back for me and called to let me know.

I wanted to update my review. The Siloam springs AR manager was veryavery friendlymfriendly and called me and said he would take trailer to Springdale store. I went to Springdale store. Employees there were great and helpful in taking care of my purchase.

Called to see if they had a trailer in stock. They said yes, but could not sell to me because they dont have a license to sell trailers yet. I asked when they would be getting a license they didnt know. I asked them to check other stores nearby. They didnt have any. I asked if they could ship one of there trailers to a nearby store, they said no. That is awful customer service
