I live in ConnecticutAgreed upon a price over text, even had my credit/financing done beforehand so when I went to pick it up all was left was final pen to paper.After Id been assured it was there for me, even confirmed THAT MORNING. So Im on the road FOUR HOURS into my drive (one hour away from the dealership) and I get a call its already been sold.So, Santiago Blanco, the manager KNOWING I was on a five hour drive, was completely alright screwing me over for a quick buck.So if you are considering buying from them, do so with a grain of salt, because theyre completely comfortable putting their commission over you.

My experience at the chrysler jeep and dodge dealership was amazing, i went into the dealership in distress because my car was breaking down and didn’t know what to do but was taken care of right away they made sure i knew all my choices, they made sure i loved the car i was getting before i even committed to one their team was amazing and they made my dealership trip absolutely painless and non stressful. they knew exactly what they were talking about, gave me all the information i needed, made sure my car was ready to go and cleaned . the experience they gave me was amazing and i definitely will be coming back here !

I had a great experience here with Miguel my salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable and above all not pushy. I didnt feel pressured at all. After visiting a few Jeep dealerships this was the best one by far. Their customer service was on point. Carlos made the finance hastle free. Miguel and his colleague dropped my car off to me and were both great explaining all the features of my Jeep. I was very impressed with the service received. My salesman was okay. Although I was buying the car, he directed all of the questions and information to my husband. The car was mine, yet he barely acknowledged that I was there. My major issues came after the vehicle left the dealership. The tag and title department didn’t send in the information to transfer my tags. I didn’t find out until I received a notice from MDOT stating that my tags will no longer be valid after two weeks. I called the dealership, and they said they would handle it, but two weeks later, I received a notification stating my tags aren’t valid, and my vehicle isn’t registered. The sales manager ensured that it would be handled by the end of the day, but there was zero follow-up. I wasnt able to drive my car for several days. I took it upon myself to go to another tag and title business and get everything situated. The lack of professionalism and communication is outrageous. I don’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Zac McManus was terrific! He spent a ton of time on the phone with me answering all my questions, and was able to meet me at the price point I requested (which was better than any other dealer in the entire DMV and PA). Additionally, I didn’t even have to go to the dealership. He brought the car to me and walked me through every bit of the process. When I said I didn’t want to be sold all the bells and whistles by the financing people, he made sure to talk to me about what I was giving up and then made it clear to financing that I didn’t want any of the additions which saved me a ton of time. He has since followed up with me and answered all my questions. For as long as he works at Darcars, and if the price is right, I doubt I will ever go to another car salesman. What a terrific experience!

This review is for their service department. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation, which are included in a service plan I purchased through Mopar. I also requested that they don’t change my tire pressure, Iike it as it is. They ended up only doing the oil change, not the tire rotation, and changed the tire pressure. Maybe they misunderstood me due to the mask and social distancing… Also, their service charge is not competitive at all in the region, their quote can be 20-30% higher than Criswell Jeep dealership in Gaithursberg. Not to mention Criswell has way better advisors. Do yourself a favor and go to that dealership.

If I had to choose a word to describe a place like this one, it would be client-oriented. My family and I bought a car a year ago, October 2018, and I have never seen people work so hard to get exactly what the customer is looking for. The car was perfect, still working to perfection and havent had problems with safety nor with mechanics. We were so grateful with the staff here that we went back last Sunday to get my aunt a car. We found the perfect match and she loves it. We will be back for more cars and much more business. Anybody saying that theyve had problems with cars or staff here, dont bother listening. If you need a car and you are looking for something specific, then come to this dealership, they will treat you like family and not only that, they will find exactly what you are looking for. A huge shout-out to Keiri in sales, Carlos in finance and both Sterling and Henry in management. I am an out of state buyer, Michigan to be exact. I have always had long and painful experiences buying vehicles in the past. However, the deal was done before we ever left Michigan. When we arrived multiple employees asked if we needed help and got us in contact with our seller Mr. Brown. We then proceeded to take a test drive and then upon return we went to the Finance Managers office and signed our deal. Our Deal was the same deal we agreed upon before we left Michigan. Im extremely thankful for the best buying experience I have had at a dealership. I will make the drive again in the future because the customer service was the best Ive ever received. They definitely dont deserve even one star. The dealership is unreliable at all. We were lied on the phone regarding the deal just to bring us to the store. Zachary the sales person promised us to trade in our old car and when we came to the store, spent 6 hours there, the financial manager told us that he doesnt know what we are talking about although the sales person assured us that the manager agreed to it. Besides that there were a lot of other things like changing the trim and the model without telling us. We found out about the changes at the end when we were supposed to sign the documents. Our credit score was checked for nothing reducing our score. It is important to say that my husband and I asked Zachary numerous time about trade in the other car and each time he told us I am gonna take care of you as I promised. At the end he said that his managers mislead him. Just stay away from them. Totally waisted my time, they ruined our weekend and checked the credit score for no reason. I cant believe that there are still places who treat people that way.

This is a review of Chrysler/Dodge Service department. I bought my vehicle (2012 Dodge Durango) brand new from their dealership back in 2012 and have been using the service department for many years now mainly for recall work. For routine maintenance I typically either do it myself or take it to a trusted independent mechanic. Over the last couple of years Ive taken my vehicle to their service center 3 separate times for the infamous fuel pump relay recall. Each time they would perform the recall and each time the recall (external relay) would fail within months causing starting issues and stalling. This happened again recently, which I confirmed by pulling the relay and noticed the same issues, so I decided to take my car in for them to take a look.They checked out my vehicle and Bryan Paige, my Service Advisor, came back and told me that the recall work is fine and my issue was 100% the fuel pump which would cost me almost $2,000 to fix! Not only that, he told me the technician checked my spark plugs and said they were all loose and could be easily rotated by hand and to fix would be another $600. I found this interesting because I did not have any misfire codes and I just had the plugs replaced less than 20k miles ago. I refused all services but was yet charged a $220 diagnostic fee because the issues they found were not related to the recall, even though I knew they were. I begrudgingly paid the fee and refused all other services and went home.I ordered extra fuel pump relays and that weekend I decided to change the relay as well as check the spark plugs myself just in case. Turns out the plugs were all tight and within torque specs!! I had a mechanic friend check out the fuel pump and said it was fine too!The folks at this service department are straight up liars and crooks! I would not go here for anything other than confirmed recall work or covered maintenance work and even then I would reconsider. Stay far away from this place. Im still in shock as Ive been a customer for almost 10 years all of which Bryan was there and he lied directly to my face!!

Went in for a fuse being out (minor issue) also i had a key made with them at this location and it was not cut right. you would think they would at least make thekey right for how much i was charged and i had to get the car towed there too so they had time to check the key but simply did not. so anyways, i was waiting there for a service rep and other people came in after me and got helped before me which wasn’t a big deal. however, another service rep came in and went up to the people already being helped when i said i needed help. so he finally gets to me after not doing anything for anyone else and i asked him to make an appointment since he wasn’t good for anything else and he got on the phone with another location only to not make the appointment and give me their number instead. so i asked about my physical key and he said he really could not help so just go to the other location because appointments are important to them even though he didn’t know how to make one-incompetence is the only word.

I get your busy.but the gentlemen at the service counter was rude and dismissive and condescending about it. Also wearing your mask on your chin is not wearing it properly. To anyone reading this. I have had my jeep serviced here for as long as Ive had it!Brian Paige has been my consultant since the days of color teams working from those curbside cubes.I trust what he tells me when I take my car in for service.He ALWAYS exceeds customer service and goes beyond to explain all the details of how and why the car needs service. While waiting for my car. I have watched him interact with other customers and he is exceptional with everyone! They all are appreciative of his knowledge and you see it. In Jan 2021, I went to get my Jeep Wrangler Sahara service for an electrical issue. The dealership returned my car of stating that the service was under warranty and I had to pay the deductible. My car continued to have the same issue. I returned the car. The dealership mention the mechanic forgot to tighten a wire and they would have it done today. I requested for the dealership to complete an oil change and tire rotation while they had to car. The service was completed. During the both service, DARCAR Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Silver Spring completed an inspection of the vehicle and identified no issues.Approximately two weeks later I was driving my vehicle out of state and the car began to vibrate. I called the Darcar Jeep Silver Spring informing them about the issue and they told me to go to the nearest Jeep dealership. The local dealership informed me that Darcar in Silver Spring forgot to tighten ALL the lug nuts on my Jeep after the tire rotation. My back tires had broken lug nuts and the wheel locks was the only thing holding my tires on to my truck.DARCAR Jeep Silver Spring COULD HAVE KILED ME!If one of those wheels would have flown off, I would not be writing this review. It took them 30 days to accept responsibility of the neglect. My vehicle was in another say over 500 miles away for a month. The Service Manager, General Manager, and Area Manager all said they would take care of the situation. “We will give you whatever you want because this could have caused you your life.”Yet, as soon as I asked for compensation for loss wages, time away from my family, and a refund for the service, they send the lawyers. What a way to treat a customer who have supported your for years.Darcar Jeep in Silver Spring caused over 5k worth of damage to my Jeep Wrangler.If you like paying for dealership service that can lead to you being a funeral service, go to DARCAR Jeep Silver Spring.

This is a complex review that began with us being extremely displeased with the Service Center but ended with us being happy customers. For several MONTHS our car was at the SS Service Center for a major repair that fell within the manufacturers warranty. We struggled for months with lack of communication and unresponsiveness from one of the Asst Service Managers. The manufacturer repeatedly denied our warranty claim (surprised? not really) and the asst manager put minimal effort into resolving this and helping a repeat customer. We were at our wits end and prepared to pursue a legal route. Thankfully, Mr. Iman Molkara, Service Director, entered the picture. As soon as he intervened we began to feel that our concerns were being heard! It took a few weeks, but somehow Mr. Molkara was able to accomplish what the other manager could not and our vehicle was repaired at no cost to us as per the manufacturers warranty. This review is 4 stars instead of 1 star solely because of Mr. Molkaras professionalism and his desire to ensure customer satisfaction. DARCARS, you are redeemed!

They even took my 16 year old car as a trade. Also worth mentioning, the finance office staff was very easy to deal with, just a great all around experience. I purchased a vehicle from DARCARS Silver Spring about a month and a half ago. I love the car! No complaints about my vehicle or the salesperson who assisted me. However, the ladies that answer the phones at this location have THE WORST attitudes! I dont know who hires these ladies but they clearly need some customer service training. Its been three weeks since I was informed my new tags were ready. I asked for them to be mailed to me.I have yet to receive them! Ive been calling this location for the last three days to get some answers about the status of my tags and EVERY TIME I call some less than helpful receptionist with a horrible attitude answers the phone! So aggravating!

I purchased my vehicle a few years back it was a great from start to finish. I had forgotten that they had included a free hitch install on my vehicle as a part of the deal. With little hopes, I gave them a call to see if they would still honor the deal and to my surprise, they where more than happy to. The parts were ordered, the appointment was set, and the installation was taken care of free of charge to me. It’s great to know there are dealers that will honor their word even after years have passed, I cannot say i’ve had the same experience at other places. Highly recommend this location due to their friendliness, professionalism and dedication to customer service.

I travelled 3 hrs from NJ to this dealer to buy a lightly used 2019 Camaro .I dealt with Mgr Chris Dowdell via phone and email and setup a pickup date and time . I arrived at 10 am and secured financing and completed the paperwork and I was on my way home by 1215. Nothing but fraudulent dealings here. Bought a 2021 wrangler from them over online and was told it was keyless entry multiple times by Henry Argueta(Avoid this boy at all cost, will say anything to sell you a vehicle, make his commission and never answer a call again). Arrived post deposit to find out Henry had thought this whole time that keyless entry had meant push to start, and in fact the key had no buttons on it and was manual locks. This isnt even the main issue, this is something I could live with. What really gets me is once you purchase a vehicle from theyre sales team, they seem to never answer your calls or questions after receiving payment. It has been 4 months since purchasing a car from them and i am yet to receive my plates and every time Ive asked for a renewed temporary plate to drive, Im put on hold for 30 minutes+ to never be answered by anyone. It has now been 2 months with expired temporary plates and no phone call answers(Seems like the front desk lady flagged my number or something). Be prepared for being put on hold for hours after buying a car from darcars of silver spring. Here is a screenshot i decided to finally take. A one hour hold. This is not the first time i’ve been put on hold by them for over 30 min, I stayed on hold after being put on hold numerous times just to prove a point. These people are fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I am sadly stuck with them.

They dont do what they say. Nor are they about their word. They want to make sure they get your money 1st. I was overcharged the 1st time i went in. They charged me over $100 for their free 21 point inspection. Mind u i also got my MD state inspection from them. So to be charged and they coulnd explain why and im still waiting on my refund for over payment. Wouldnt recommend them for anything.

Do not buy from Darcars. Regret. Bad. Horrible service. I was here a month ago to service a Recall for this faulty engine cooling fan on my 2016 Ram ProMaster City. At that time, I told service advisor Brian that my door latch screws kept getting loose (noisy rattling) and the cargo light bulb needed to be replaced. He said he would order those parts. However, he left for the day before we could verify that parts order. I called & emailed. Every time, he was at lunch or away from his desk. After a fifth email which I send to him along with a copy to his supervisor, I finally got a response saying the parts were ordered. We made an appointment. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told that they could not find the parts (screws, bulb). So, we rescheduled for today. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. Brian came in there and said they could not find the parts.. .. AGAIN. I really get the feeling that, once you buy.. once they have your money.. they DO NOT CARE. This time, I made my displeasure known. Brian says he’ll call me when he can verify they have those 4 screws & that bulb. So.. we’ll try again. When I re-visit these folks a 3rd time, I hope I’m not required to wait another two hours. And I also hope they can find the bulb and the 4 screws. I’ll be surprised if their service department succeeds.

After those 3 appointment I called and spoke to the manager told him what’s going on he told me they will give me a call this week to confirm my appt that was supposedly set up by the own manager of service department and I been waiting for a call and nothing . What an outstanding service! I purchased my car from them today and left very impressed by the level of customer service received at this dealership. From the level of knowledge when explaining the different features of the two options I was looking at to the financing process, I truly felt like I was in good hands. I wish 0 stars was an option. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. My husband and I dropped our car off Wednesday for service and never received a call back from our service representative to let us know what was wrong with our car. When we were finally told what was wrong with our car, days later, my husband requested proof of the issue. When we requested pictures we were met with resistance. Once we finally got the pictures they were blurry and unclear. Because we couldn’t get better pictures we decided we needed to go in and actually see the damage and communicated this to our customer service representative. At this point we were told we owed over $400 on our rental car! I immediately called my service representative and was told that because my car repair wasn’t under warranty I was responsible for the rental. Not once were we told that this would be the case. When we went in to get our car and discuss our issues we were met by a service representative (our representative was out) who had no understanding of the situation. We asked her to call our representative so we could talk to him and sort this out she told us she already called him and got the information. We then asked her if she could call a manager which she again refused. She just kept regurgitating the same information “you can either pay or come back tomorrow”. We had already returned the rental car so at this point we were stranded and still hadn’t spoken to anyone that could handle our situation. She then proceeded to call the police, which completely had me at a loss for words. We were nothing but respectful and calm the entire time. But instead of escalating to a manager she thought it was best to call the police. After which she called her manager and spoke with them, but didn’t bother to extend that courtesy to us. I am highly disappointed with how this situation was handled. The sense of customer service here is non existent and I wouldn’t recommend this service team to anyone.

MILITARY BEWARE!!! These are predatory lenders spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They are not educated on military shipping or purchasing of vehicles but will tell you what you want to get you out the door. Very unprofessional staff especially the manager C.A. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and I could honestly say that Lemaye made it a great experience for me! He was great from start to finish. I really appreciated his patience, and getting me answers on a lot of questions I had, especially since the deal was done from out of state. What I like most about Lemaye is that he was honest with me the whole time, never once did he tell me something that he couldn’t deliver on, which is rare in the car dealership industry. I communicated with several dealerships, and I even got a slightly better deal somewhere else, but they lied to me about a few thing. Ultimately, I ended up choosing Lemaye because of his professionalism, honesty, and making me feel comfortable the whole time. I drove 3 hours from PA to pick up my Jeep, and Lemaye checked in with me later to make sure I made it home safely. He also said, if I ever have any questions I could always give him a call. Overall, this was a great experience. From top to bottom, the sales team and the finance team made buying a car a great experience. Yusuf and his manager were able to get to the price posted online and then we negotiated from there so they were straightforward and fair. The process took about four hours from start to finish including looking at the vehicle and test drive, negotiating on price, financing and options, and vehicle prep and delivery. Friendly group and I would not hesitate to visit again in the future.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a horrible experience at a different car dealer a week before calling Darcars. From the first phone call to the minute I left the dealership it was outstanding service. Zac was my car salesmen and he made sure to help me out with patience from start to finish. When I found out my car was the first car he’s ever sold I was so happy for him. Never would have known if they didn’t tell me. The finance manager was very helpful as well and came with a no pressure attitude. I walked out confident in my purchase and given extensive information on my new vehicle. Thank you all so much!

The service department did a Terrible job. I go in for a tire rotation and they mark the rims? Who does that? They said it would wash off which never did. Now i go to get a tire change and they scratch the outside of my rims when replacing the tire. luckily i always take before and after pics. My confidence is at 0 with this service. Im hoping someone takes care of this problem. I got an email that i would review with the Director on 10/17/2020 i have not yet. still waiting for a call before i act on it. unacceptable.

This dealership is hands down the best dealership ever I’ve ever been to. (And I’m from Detroit, where there’s one on every corner)They not only listened to me, they were accommodating and kind. I didn’t feel overwhelmed with stereotypical helicopter sales pitches. They answered all of my questions without hesitation or irritation. I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. I could not be more disappointed with this dealership. The level of customer service is not existent. I was shock about how unprofessional and dishonest they are. Good luck getting them to help you with a simple issue on the phone. It takes numerous follow ups by both email and phone, and constantly lie and beet around the bush. It is no wonder this dealership has a D- rating from the BBB. Actually that seems generous to me.

I wanted to leave a review because of how helpful the team was. They got the monthly payment from 280 a month to 200 a month and were really trying for me, even loosing money in the process. Because of my own fault I couldn’t purchase the car. I regret it immensely but there’s nothing I could do. Hopefully if that car (or a car of the same type) is still there when my finances are properly in order I will most definitely be returning to purchase it. I appreciate every single person who helped me and my brother and tried their very best and we apologize for how many issues came up and for wasting all your time in the end. WARNING: Do NOT visit this dealership unless you are SURE you want MORE inquiries than you can count on your credit report!! I am so disappointed with how I was treated leaving this place. I walked in, excited to get an upgrade to my Jeep (which I had purchased from them a little over a year ago). One of the financial reps told me that I could come back and get whatever I wanted. I decided to pay on it longer. Long story short, I walked into the dealership and he (same finance person) asked me for my social security number. I HAD JUST WALKED IN! This was my mistake. I shared with him my concern about inquiries and to my detriment, his help led me to get over 10 HARD INQUIRIES on my credit report made my DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Silver Spring and the banks they contacted! I have never had so many inquiries from any company, let alone a car dealership! This is incredulous!! I am finding out nearly every day as I check the mail that I have had way too many inquiries reported in my name. So, DO NOT GO HERE, giving away your social security number. Test drive first. Research cars FIRST. Ask for JEFF (one of the kindest car salesment there). If you are alone, keep your personal number to yourself, or you will also receive 10 hard inquiries or more! I will NEVER visit this place again.The distrust and the deception that I received, following my visit, was most unsettling. It was wrong and unnecessary. I shared my concern for inquiries and was given more than I had ever received. Never again. Be wise. Take a friend or go alone with a solid mind. ZERO STARSI dropped off my Jeep early Wednesday morning Oct 2, 2019 and was told the service department would have it for three days. I called three times Friday afternoon, left messages requesting a call back. No one ever returned my calls; no one every updated me. Friday evening around 6:30pm I drove out to the dealership but still didnt get any answers or updates from the service department. Tuesday Oct 8 I was finally called to pick up my Jeep. This was the FOURTH time DARCARS had my Jeep to fix the radio. The radio was worse than when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, I was handed the keys and dismissed, left to find the Jeep on my own. I had to ask someone else where it was parked. It was jammed up against a curb with the expensive, pristine (when I left the Jeep with DARCARS) drivers side tires significantly scraped. There was a thick 10-inch long gouge on the back fender. Intact personal items left in the Jeep were broken. When I retrieved my Jeep it was dirty with almost 50 MORE miles on it driven so hard that the cumulative gas mileage was significantly decreased.

So I bought a vehicle back in November of 2018 the sales interaction was smooth, I had purchase a warranty from the dealership. I tried to get help with getting a question answer 6 months ago as today I have not received an answer I went in 10 weeks ago to cancel it she said it had been canceled and when I called it said there was an issue and someone from the cancelation department had to call me. They promised I would get a call I never got a call now that I am trying to get a call back they said that they are not able to call me back. I do not recommend shopping here in general.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I wish I read the reviews before I bought a car for my daughter there yesterday. I bought a used Honda Accord and was told that the car was inspected and passed. We did a test drive and the car handled ok. By the time we completed the transaction the sun was starting to set. When my daughter turned on the headlights, one of the lights was not working. We asked the salesman to come look and he said all of the mechanics were gone and would not return until Tuesday (2 days later). We drove the car home and the next day the car wouldnt start. I called the dealership and spoke to a manager who asked me to have the car towed back so they could fix it. I informed him that I absolutely WOULD NOT tow the car back at my expense. He said he would have the car towed back and their expense and he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him again. I ended up taking the car to a local Honda dealership to repair the battery and run diagnostics on everything else to ensure that my daughter would be driving a safe car. These people are heartless and could care less about your safety. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Waw! When you have an appointment 7 days before! What a service! I drove all the way from DC., for the service, and they never called to let you know if the vehicle is ready or not. I had to go there back-and-forth. I spent almost $ 100, just for transportation/UBER. They can NOT even give a ride to a customer, at least to the Metro Station!

We bought a used Cherokee Saturday. The deal was a good one, the car was well maintained, Yusuf did a video walk-through and showed me everything about the car. Yusuf and Saji did an excellent job of giving us all information we needed up front so there were no surprises when we were finally able to make the three-hour trip to purchase it. During the time we were deliberating Yusuf remained in contact with us and answered all of our questions. While we were completing the paperwork, they cleaned it up nicely for us. Had my car serviced for oil change and o2 sensor, take it in at 10 am called at 240 to check the status, servicee manager busy never returned my call, i go pick the car up at 500pm they state the sensor wont be in until 230pm the next day. Returned they fix the problem I leave and now its a rattle in my door that was not there before and for them to check it out I would have to pay another199 for diagnostic because they did not work on the door.

I can really only give 4 stars right now to their New Car sales department. You can see a real difference from a few years ago and the new GM there is awesome. He has built a great team there and I truly recommend this location. The reason I can not give it a 5 star rating is that their service team is still not at the same level as the sales team. I understand that they have had a lot of turnover of their techs but I have not had a good experience with the service department. Brian is a great service rep and has always helped me to the best of his ability but his techs are a different story. I am confident that things will soon improve with the service department soon. It is great to see that upper management has already worked hard to change the sales team and now working on the service team.

I am very unhappy about the service provided from Darcars Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Silver Spring. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that I had a hole in the wheel wall of my tire with the pressure dropping rapidly. At this point I am confused; because I drove 20 miles to the location sat in the parking lot for 15-20 mins getting my infant daughter prepared. Before handing my key over it was no low air pressure indicators.i spoke with the service manager Brain Paige who told me it was impossible for this issue to occur in their shop. A very ignorant statement from the service manager to provide a customer. On the ride home my low pressure indicator display low pressure in a different tire that was replaced.As a customer all I want is a good, honest service and this location has failed to provide. I encourage all customers to avoid this location if possible.

My wife and I bought a car over Labor Day weekend. Jeff Gaola went above and beyond to keep us happy throughout the process. He is young, but has a long sales career ahead of him as he listens, reacts positively, and is willing to help. I recommend him if you get a chance to work with someone. Layla Pouya, the sales manager also was top notch even on a very busy weekend. She went above and beyond and was very willing to deal with us tough negotiators. She even offered and picked up dinner as it was late in the evening and we had one of our kids with us. I usually am very reluctant to do car dealer reviews, but I made an exception in this case because of the whole experience. Bought a 2016 jeep renegade for them and a about 3 weeks after driving the vehicle the car started smoking really bad and broke down I had to take off work and tow the car back to the dealership once there I expressed how unhappy I was was with the vehicle and also how unsafe it was specially having small children it was a very scary experience. Once at the dealership I asked could it be switched out for something more reliable they told me no and thats the chance you get when you buy a used car I was very upset specially since I was told that the vehicle was certified and was in the best shape apparently that was a lie so they offered to fix the vehicle and in two days I took off work again to go pick up the car even though I was upset with the out come at least they fixed the problem or so I thought until the following week the vehicle stopped working all together and the a/c also in the car didnt work any longer in 100 degrees weather so again a called back to the dealership and they told me once again to bring them the vehicle at this point I was furious, they express to me that they had some issues repairing the car the first time and that it had some recall parts all while stating that they wouldnt help me into a safer vehicle and that I would be stuck with this one and on top of that I should start paying the car note for the car even if is been in there repair shop all this time on top of it all I purchased this car in may it is now 8/13/2019 and they still have the car and its still not fixed I have been in rental after rental I have talked to every manger in the building and nothing has been done I say all this to say PLEASE DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DARCARS IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME OR Energy !!!! they have no regarded for the customers safety and will sell u anything to get you off there lot
