They do a good Job in repairing, but their customer service is Zero and you can not negotiate anything, its one way communication either you accept the service or you leave.

Dont waste your time. Rates maybe attractive but customer service is garbage. Theyll tell you a day to drop off your car only to arrive and be told to come back the next day. Youre told to speak with the manager who doesnt seem to arrive when the shop opens nor do they answer the phone.

They does great work. I have used this body shop on 3 different occasions and been satisfied each time. The price is good.

They use parts from junkyard trust me you will regret after some days And if don’t believe just sneak one day when they bring a lot of parts from junkyard and if u ask me receipt the make fake one from other similar shopsThis not person comment and for they good thing my damages were minor but when I ask the owner he said he can only provide the receipt for insurance company or policy I didn’t arrgue since I had no time and mine was minor but I saw pickup car unloading Different parts for sure from junkyard. So just I don’t want to be cheated and no one too especially who is going to make major repairI hope it helps at least for one smart guy

They do an adequate job and they are inexpensive. This is where you take your older car that got dinged. I would not take a new car here if the repair was covered by insurance... but whenever I have a minor repair that I need to pay out of pocket... I go here.

They dont accept credit card, debit card or check. Only cash and they expect you to ask this like it is normal at this age for a shop to accept only cash. And they blame you for this. Who carries 100s of dollars cash? And no check no debit card. It is suspicious too. Unbelievable. They need someone who knows how to communicate and interact people.

I want to change my car bumper and he gave me an appointment. In the first appointment he said he is too busy in the second he is not show up his workers told me he went to bank. I left a message and my phone number he didn’t call me I called him back he gave me the third appointment. When I show up he told me his compressor is not good and he can’t work. I said “It may happen but you suppose to call me before I show up”. He said “you didn’t give me your number on my hand”.

They are not responsible and it had a different color paint on my car.

I showed up to pick up my car, this old rude man says he doesn’t accept cards, only cash, as I was about to give him my credit card. I told him I do t have any cash with me and why was I not informed before. He rudely responds saying “why didn’t you ask before?”... this was the second instance he showed how rude and and a pathetic customer service skill he has. Do NOT go to him!!

They do amazing work but the paint job not so much. I had my truck painted after 18 months the pain started cracking.

They did a fantastic job at a very readable price on 2002 Subaru. I am very pleased with the work and the price.

I have had 2 BMWs repaired there and they have done a great job each time. The color match is exact and the car is returned like new.The only think I would recommend if you are particular like me is to ask them not to wash it afterwards; cause they use regular towels and leave swirl marks (very noticeable in a black car).

I don’t really recommend fixing your car at this location. Last week I drop my car this place to get estimate (estimate is free everywhere) and M&D Body shop estimate my car and it was littler higher than what I expected (they use-to be reasonable but not anymore) … finally I decided to take my car without repairing the body damaged and they decided to charge me $150, when I ask why they just came up with storage fee. They were just mad I didn’t fix my car there and I had to call police and so on. I will tell you again don’t go there. Just find other place to fix your car.

Poor customer service owner bad

After an accident took my car M and D. It was the closest shop from the accident. After couple of day went back to get the car. There were more issues on the car the mechanic didnt see all the damaged part then I had to do a supplment which take another week. After the second week there were more issues. The mechanic the disgonasis the car has no clue. I am on my 4th week no car going back and forth.Places doesnt have enough parking space so most jobs are slappy. I wouldnt recommend that place to no one.

Places is always packed took two week to get my car. After I got it it makes noise every where. Old man is pissed. I would suggest this place they dont have enough parking to park in the front.

I had the top of my van painted and the hood do do bird droppings paint color fell off any rate they give me an estimate and they called and said it was going to take an extra day because they found more rest that went right through anyway. I thought the prices there was going to hit me up for a bigger price but they didnt they kept their word for the original estimate and the paint job was magnificent

These people are very rude, when they talk to you they walk away, dont even look at you. Thu demand your wrong. I took my car to get the bumper replaced and painted & they painted it all wrong, darker then the original color of the car. Took it back again & still couldnt get it right. I gave up because they kept fighting with me that even the front bumper was a different color when that had nothing to do with the rear bumper. PURE STUPIDITY.

Terrific job fixing scratches and dings on my cars paint. Very professional and reasonable.

Great work great customer service skills

This people are not trustful. They change the date of the appointment. They argue too much. They demand cash payment .I am not sure if they report their income to tax authorities.They say they have a warranty of their work but when you come the next day they want to argue.They speak abusive words.You dont have to take your care unless you need hassel and argument.They are really not nice people.

Dont go to this place. Very bad customer service. They treat new customer very badly.
