I came to Prestige Auto Body to replace a part on my BMW automatic tailgate. The customer service with Wen was amazing! The work was done so well and is guaranteed. What a GREAT BODY SHOP! My bumper had nearly fallen off almost two weeks ago, and I just happened upon Prestige on a Saturday afternoon AFTER they had already CLOSED... Despite my lateness, though, Aldo and Carlos had my front bumper back in place within 10 minutes!I love this place! Prestige was great! They worked well with my insurance company (State Farm) to get me back on road quickly after being rear ended. Their quality of work is superior and they were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed of the progress along the way and even managed to complete my car a half day ahead of schedule. It looked better than new when I received it! The whole process was very simple and took minimal effort on my part. Id highly recommend their services especially if you are a State Farm customer or in the Silver Spring area.

This is the very first review I have written and I apologize to Prestige Auto that I have not done this sooner. A few years back when I owned another car Prestige repaired it They did an excellent job. Now years later I have another car that I had purchased almost a year ago. My car was hit while it was parked. My car was towed to a place that I thought that my insurance company had recommended which was a half a mile from my house. After a few days i found out thru the insurance company that the shop that my car was at was the wrong preferred vendor. I then suggested Prestige. Win at Prestige arranged for my car to be towed to their site and also help to extend the rental car that I had been given. Also as always my car was repaired in an efficient and timely manner. Thanks so much to Win and the entire staff at Prestige Auto who are the epitome of professionalism and courtesy.

After I had a run-in with a parking garage pillar, I had dents and scratches to a door and quarter panel. Working with my insurance company, I called Prestige, got a quote and got down to business. Carlos took a look, showed me where work was done on my car before I owned it, and then explained what they would do.In the end, the communication with my insurance company was seamless and the communication with me was courteous, professional and timely. Excellent experience.Called on a Monday and I was fortunate to get an appointment that same day... they worked on my car and I literally got a call back on Wednesday noon (a day and a half later).Had to fix my front bumper and replace a total of 3 or 4 parts).They were great and provided excellent service. I cannot say enough how much I was impressed by Prestige. I brought in a 2001 VW with a misaligned--and at the time burned out--headlamp. I had previously taken it to a mechanic and the dealer to fix the alignment, but neither was able or willing to do it. The dealership told me that old cars, like old people sag! Prestige could not lot locate a new headlamp assembly since the part had been discontinued, but they stuck with me. Rather than let me drive away without a light, they took the car back to see what they might be able to do. They found a damaged radiator support that was affecting the alignment and were able to fix it. All in one day and for reasonable price. And, I saw one of the men in the shop give my car a reassuring pat. That is my kind of place. Should be yours too.

Great service from the initial estimate through completion of the job! The team ordered the parts immediately and kept the schedule that was originally discussed. They worked quickly to get us back on the road. They were reasonably priced and easy to work with. They were very honest with us and didnt pressure us into doing any additional work. We would definitely recommend them and return to Prestige Auto when the need arises in the future.

I got in a fender bender with my 05 BMW Mini Cooper S. The person who hit me was at fault, and their insurance company wanted me to use THEIR repair shop. I choose Prestige because it would have been the shop my insurance would have sent me to, and because of online reviews. I had a great experience. Jorge is very professional. I did have to pay for some previous damage to my car I didnt know about but the shop tried to keep the costs down. A week after picking up my car, I had a slow leak in my radiator that was probably a result of the accident. I brought the car back and they repaired it for free. I have no guarantees on any repairs because I didnt use the other insurance companys shop. But Prestige stands by their work and will fix anything THEY repair without question. This is a good honest shop to work with. You wont find too many auto body shops like this around.

When you go through the hassle of having a car accident that last thing you want is to continue being aggravated with insurance companies, repairs and rental car companies. When I arrived to Prestige I handed my keys and my problems literally!!! Its a one stop shop! They have everything in there: auto body repairs, inspections, mechanic work. People are knowledgeable, efficient, quick, excellent quality and friendly!....Ive been taking my car there for more than 6 years and I couldnt be happier. I rarely recommend places to my friends, Prestige is the exemption and I dont regretted it, everyone is happy with them.

Insurance covered the error you made. You gave me back a non drivable car, and the error occurred due to something you did while fixing a different problem. Then you tried to say it wasn’t your fault? I got the issue you created fixed somewhere else and then insurance covered it.
