A great place, nice, clean fast-paced in & out in no time

I went to the web site to set up an appointment, went wonderful. Had to wait 1 week until my windshield could get fixed. That day I mad arrangements for my kids to get picked up and the car sat at my office from 12-5 like planned. I received a call in the morning stating arrival time would be between 2-4, great they are coming early. Received a text at 3:30 saying Julio was arriving between 3:50 and 4:30. At 4:15 Julio called and told me that my insurance was rejected and that I will owe $380.00 he arrived. SHOCKED!!! I called my insurance company who stated the claim was never called in, they approved my claim right there while I was on the phone. I called Safelite back and spoke with an upper and they stated that they couldnt see my information to see what happened and would have to get back with me, no im sorry nothing. Waiting a week and not filing a claim is unacceptable. I called K&K the next morning and they are coming tomorrow..

This company has came out to my home twice and has done nothing, they promised to come out a third time to complete the job and they are late for that appointment and when you call you get attitude, I will never use this company again
