Congratulations this place has won Worst Business of the year! This place is absolute garbage! The service is below par and the staff are unprofessional. I mean this is the worst maintenance department I have ever been to. Ive owned nothing but Toyota vehicles for over 20 years. So Ive been to several businesses. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my reservation. Gave all info to the service people and they lost my car for 6 hours and didnt know where it was. I spoke to several people after getting transferred four times. They rotated my tires but didnt inflate them. They didnt vacuum or even wash. They didnt even what to compensate me for anything. I would accepted a discount and accepted all the bogus services they pushed but they dont care. They are there to collect a check and care nothing about the brand. just horrible service. Im looking for a new vehicle...I wouldnt buy a strip of toilet paper from this location. Save your money and peace of mind and go elsewhere.

Extremely poor service. Every time I go, the workers refuse to help or acknowledge me and continuously put me with one man in particular, who wasn’t so polite himself. I had just got off the phone, and was transferred three different times without any notice, and the final lady was not able to give me a price estimate for my tires. I then decided to call back and was finally able to get a price estimate within a minute. I don’t really know exactly what’s going on with this place and these people, but as a customer I shouldn’t have to bear the brunt of it. If I come in for an oil change, for ex, I just want my oil changed. No attitude, no disrespect, just simple service, don’t even have to smile.

Why did I make an appointment to get an oil change for 7:30 AM only to get here and get treated like a walk-in? 3 hours later and Im still waiting, and no word when it will be done. What is the point in making an appointment if youre just going to be left waiting forever. Ive never had an oil change take 3 hours before, and now Im super late for work. It took nearly 30 minutes just to get checked in. Waited unacknowledged in the lobby forever while 20 employees seemed to just be strolling and fumbling around aimlessly. All the employees here only seem to operate in slow mode. This is ridiculous. Dont usually do this, but this is so frustrating.

Darcars Toyota service center doesnt value their customers. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere.First lets talk about the wait. Expect a long wait regardless of the time of day, but afternoons will be longer. You also have to wait for an advisor to check in and out. Mind you, they never have rentals available, the waiting room is always full of people, and they no longer offer a shuttle to the nearby shopping center. Also their car wash is NEVER working (according to them). After my last experience with them, I was fed up. I expressed my frustrations and received no accommodation so I vowed to find a new service center. After my experience with Darcars, I had low expectations but my new service centers customer service blew me away. I dont know where exactly the problem lies with Darcars, if its management or overscheduling but they definitely need to do better. I cant get back the time Ive wasted giving my business to Darcars, my only regret is that I put up with it for so long. Suffice to say, I will NOT be returning to Darcars Toyota service center.

I had an appointment but I couldnt remeber the time and I emailed them and they couldnt tell me someone had to email me back, so I live close by and I was there at 8am. I explained my situation and my appt was for 9:30. The lady helping me said that I cannot just show up and I would have to wait until 9:30 or 10. I sat and waited and at 8:30 my car was done and parked outside. I went to the person helping me and she said that as soon as my car was ready she would let me know and I waited until 9:17 to be called by her. Its ridiculous that I had to wait to get my car that was sitting outside ready to go!! Why would she make me ait there and wait almost an hour more? Because she told me I wasnt going to be seen early? You made your point lady,but you lost a customer for darcars!

The WORST EVER! Nearly took 5 hours to get a tire change! Employees don’t seem to be doing their jobs around here! There is no update on what is going on or how long its going to be. You are just expected to sit and chill until they tell you its ready which God knows when (might be in 5 hours or the next day). Employees are rude and have attitude when you ask for an update. Complete waste of time please avoid this location!

Came to do service my vehicle, Every time We come to do service, the car wash is down, always some lame duck excuse. Even employee here is not professional, talk rude.This is the only Toyota dealership service is closer to me, otherwise I would go somewhere else where they appreciate my business.

The worst customer service and repair job that Ive had in years. Brought my car there for repairs after paying $3,000, I informd Colleen there was a shop screw in one of my tires before I even open my door. Colleen told they would take responsibility and I should come back. When I came back and spoke with a manager named Mark, he completely refused to take any responsibility. Please avoid this repair shop at all cost! See pictures as well! Anyone viewing these pictures can see that this screw is recent versus one thats been driven over and pushed into a tire previously. My vehicle was in their shop for the last 2 weeks.

Jim and his crew was amazing! They took my car in on Monday and said would be done on Friday and it was! Prompt and friendly staff. Loved my experience. Had broken fender and scratches all on the drivers side and got it back today looking brand new!

I had a great experience from the time I drove into the garage and waited for the very knowledgable young lady to check my tires, to the time I met the very professional service agent. I was understandably there from 08:00 to 13:00 without feeling bored because of the clean and comfortable seating area.If I may add, I am an ex car-salesman for Darcars!My only slight disappointment was the cost Ihad to pay- but its ok.Thanks.

Great Service, i had a battery problem in my new 2020 Toyota Camry LE and when i came there and told the techs, what exactly going on, the problem was solved within 1.5 hours, since there were busy. Thanks For Your Service!Keep Up A good Work!I will recommend the service and sales!Also, all the sale reps are Amazing, the parking lot is full of so many Brand New and beautiful vehicles!

Ryan Saleh, is the man you need to see for great deals. Hes a man of his word, always willing to help you in every way possible. Goes out of his way to make sure youre doing good in terms of purchasing a car. I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE Manual in Barcelona Red and he made sure to do whatever it took to find me a manual transmission. Excellent customer service!

I worked out a quote for a vehicle with this dealership via email. On the day I came in for a test drive I found out the vehicle did not have the premium package that was advertised on a popular 3rd party website. I told the salesman I was still interested but I had other cars to test drive with the options I was looking for before I decide. I asked for the quote in writing so I could come back later if I didn’t like the other cars and he said he didn’t think he could do that. He tried to reassure me that they “would honor the price in the email, no problem”. I insisted on the written quote and after he spent 15 minutes writing a few numbers on a scrap of paper and speaking to the manager he informed me the quote I got from him was actually a “typo” and the price was over $4000 more then originally quoted. This is why people don’t trust car dealers, and if I was you I wouldn’t trust these people either.

Jason in the service department does not need to work directly with customers. He is rude and curt. If you care anything about the future of your dealership you will act now. Not surprisingly that all of the negative reviews that I have read speaks to the same levels of details.

This is my 5th time returning to service for suspension issues (under warranty) with my golf. They created a brand new issue, and now they are claiming they can’t look at my car because the technician that worked my car is not here- though another technician is here. Everyone here is unprofessional except for the sales team. The sales team helped me while service has kicked me to curb. GOODBYE DARCARS VW OF SILVER SPRING. don’t do business here. They are CROOKS and they don’t care about you after you buy a car.

My experience was unacceptable and the service department manager Mr Gray is very inconsistent, if he tell you one thing please question it and go behind him and double check I was bill and extra day for a rental when I was notified at 3:28 my car was finished, and the previous day I told Mr Gray that I don’t get off until 3:45 and I would need a extension on the rental he told me he would take care of it, got to pick my car up and was charge and extra day..

Darcars Toyota Silver Spring is a big big ripe off . I went to service and had my vehicle checked. They stated my brakes where installed incorrectly. They charged me 89.00 and said if they need to be adjusted they would do as they did nothing but take my money. I had just bought new brakes, rotors and a filter from them total 395.00 . Come to find out the brakes was defective. Than the said to have the company who put the brakes on to pay them to correct the error of the brakes. When all along the brakes where defective .Please think twice before using their Service at this location. Save yourself money and time . I even bought a extended warranty from this Darcars and will be asking for a refund.

Worst customer service. Went to the dealership hoping to get the proper fitting part. When the counter tech went to the back to look for the part, he and his coworkers had a good laugh at my expense about how I was “stupid”, “didn’t know what I was talking about”, and that my Jeep must have been a “SUPER limited edition”. What they didn’t realize was that I could hear Every. Word. They. Said.Worse, when I called the guy an @sshole for insulting me, he threatened to put his hands on me. Long story short, I’ve gotten better help at AutoZone

BEWARE of this place and its management!!Demand and read all paperwork and offers!!They offered me a 0% APR credit card to pay for the expensive repair of my car, and then unknown to me, submitted the application for one that charged over 20% APR and said I had been approved.When I asked for documents that stated the 0% APR, they admitted that that is not what they had submitted for me .They, then, said they could not cancel the application or apply for the one I wanted and so, how was I going to pay for the repair?!!!The incompetent manager( Mehdi Keshti) had the nerve to suggest that I call a relative or friend to apply for the card!!He kept insisting that I should use the card that I had been approved for ( with the high interest!)I told him that it would only make HIM happy and that I was taking my car home and I would post this review to keep others from getting caught in these maneuvers...and I did!!

I was called on a # from this location that my car was ready. As I could not get there by 6pm that Friday, I called the same # and spoke with a representative who assured me that they were opened on Saturday at 9am. I got there on Saturday by 9am and found the place closed. I called the same # and was told that I had instead called the tech road location and could only get my car on Monday when they reopened. Meanwhile that is the very same # posted online as the # for Darcars collision center Cherry Hill road.

I just called the Service Department and asked them how much they charge for a regular service like oil change and tires rotation, they give me a price of 120$ which is two times more than other places.

I have been there for my Toyota RAV4 fixing and I had a horrible job done. They said it takes about 10 days but actually takes them 20 days. Call me and arrived there pay my deductible and then when I see the car, there wasn’t done any job. Do not give your car for them ! Period
