I only spoke with a mechanic on the phone after having my vehicle towed there. He didnt try to help with the problem. He just tried to get me to pay a higher price for repairs. They also charged me $150 for a diagnostic, which my dealer said was unnecessary. It was because I was out of state!

Always been a helpful dealership location and service department. I just called today to price out and confirm diagnosis my non-functioning 2013 Ford Escape left front blinker. Josh and Vincent were able to quote me for the parts and labor within approximately three minutes, which took another dealership let’s just say too long and $120 to diagnose. Definitely going to bring the service back to Koons. Great customer service, thank you!Editing down to a four. They took entirely too long to do a routine brake service. And why would you turn one rotor and put a new one on the opposite tire. One would think the rotors should be best placed symmetrically.
