Great selection of flavors but the staff made the rating. Such a friendly and fun environment, was entertained the entire time as my 2 milkshakes were made! Will becoming back for sure!

This was the first thing I seen that morning. It was nice. I have yet to try their ice cream, but I sure will. It looks so good.

Terrible experience! I came here for the past two days in a row and I encountered the same gentlemen that works the night shift (about 11 at night). I greeted him and he didn’t even turn back to look at me. I greeted him again, & he still didn’t say anything. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! He was so rude & disrespectful. Will never come here again!!!

This is the 2nd time Ive ordered from this location and they have messed up my order twice! I will never order from them again!

Unhappy that they do not carry our favorite ice cream flavor. The only place that we can get Chocolate Moose Royal is in the Piegon Forge area of Tennessee. We still keep trying but are always told WE DO NOT CARRY THAT FLAVOR. THE COMPANY WILL NOT SEND IT TO US.

Went to this location on 7/28/19 between 6:00/6:30p with my son (6 yrs old). Ice cream was ok...one freezer was broken, so selection was limited. Thats understandable, machines break down. However, staff was playing inappropriate music behind the counter on smartphones, dancing. Definitely not age appropriate for my son and I dont think the management would approve. Thats why I was specific about the date and time of our visit, hoping video can be reviewed. Im not a hater of music, or young people being young. However, staff at a business should have a standard of professional behavior that considers their patrons right to visit the establishment without being offended. Common sense...

Nice variety of ice cream flavors and desserts. Place is open 24-hours so you can always fill the need for ice cream.

Nice flavor selection, Dunk in doughnuts in same store, sweet tooth paradise. I got herbal tea and a doughnut and the boys got the icecream with sprinkles, great!!!

Free parking, decent scoops, late hours.
