Was in this store on 8/22/21 to buy my son some cleats. Not sure if it was the manager or not but he went above and beyond to get us what my son liked and the right size. Great customer service!

Went in to a store with 3-4 employees working and only 1 other customer in the store. Had to raise my hand to get help for my daughter who was wanting to try on shoes. After several trips in the back to get the correct sizes, we were then told by the employee on the 3rd trip back out that we couldn’t try on WHITE tennis shoes, as it was store policy. Not a good, common sense policy! What about returning white shoes? Is that allowed? If so, let’s think about this. So, we could try them on AT HOME to see if they fit and then return them if they didn’t work? I’m so confused!

I would give 0 stars if i could. My GF puts in for the raffle on a normal basis. She finally wins this week. She calls to set up the appointment and they tell her we dont have your size. Sorry. Now everyone knows how hard it is to get simple pair of jordans so of course she is upset. They tell her the district manager will call and fix it. No call!! At all! Complete lie. They couldve let us pay on the phone and shipped her the shoes. They couldve sent her to a different store. Instead the keep say the manager is gonna call. Yet to get that call. This place has lost my shoes in the mail. Now they lying on the raffle. If i could bet on it. I would say a employee got those shoes and put them up for resale. Insane!! Now some guys telling my girl that nobody stole the shoes but he is messaging from the store. They are a joke. I will post it on my social media. This place a be closed soon. Cause they know it all.. Lol what a joke. Customer service is a joke as well. We won. And they wont make it right. Rip off just to get people in the store

Horrible experience I won a raffle for a pair of shoes the number isn’t correct. Drove 1 hr 49 mins and wasn’t able to get the shoes

Needs to fix things, how does a picture surface with list of names, numbers, and sizes get created before the raffle is even drawn? Store favors resellers to the point where your average buyer can’t win any raffles or get leftover sizes

Probably one of best Hibbett’s I’ve been to. Great selection. Chase did a great job helping me find me a new pair of Nike’s.

Great people there. They were out of the shoes I wanted and made sure I got them ordered. Will return to this store for future purchases. Keep it up!

Love this store and the new manager Cheryl. My daughter came in and picked out her own sneakers. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would! By far the worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time. Went to look for a particular pair of shoes today with a friend. We werent greeted when we walked in, we werent greeted or approached, and no one asked if we needed help in the 20 minutes we were looking at the shoes. We had to approach the associates for help. There were 2 women associates and 1 male associate and as we were looking all we heard was talk of strip clubs getting drunk, etc. We finally approached and as we were asking the male associate he walked away and all the women did was kept chatting amongst themselves. At this point I was fed up with everything about our experience and I sat the shoe down and walked out. If you are looking for a welcoming and fun shopping experience, you wont find it here. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND anything about this Hibbett Sports location. I will also be contacting the store manager directly and customer relations. So annoyed by the whole experience.

If you have to get sporting good and you are in Simpsonville, and youre unwilling to drive to dicks or academy, then I guess you can go here. The stores fine, but there are better (cheaper) options a few minutes away.

Selections are ok, prices pretty competitive with the bigger sporting goods store, friendly staff

The Simpsonville Hibbets is a great store. Management is amazing and the staff is so helpful. We love this store!

I went to the store and didnt have the typical experience that I am use to. I am normally greeted and asked if I need any help. Well, last night I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. The store was dead, as a matter of fact, we were the only ones in the store.Today I called the store and asked for the manager and was told by a female that she was the acting manager. I then proceeded to tell her about my experience from the night before and her ONLY response to me was oh okay ... Then she hung up.I didnt expect anything other then her to say that they would try harder next time or that she would talk to the person from the night before

This store has really gone in another direction from what I am used to seeing at other Hibbett stores. They didnt have one running shoe for kids. The manager barely knew what I meant when I asked for a technical running shoe. It was kind of sad.

Great if youre into basketball or football, just disappointed they dont have anything hockey related.

One of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had ! Store canceled my order without even properly looking for the shoes . When I called the woman said “oh here they are you can reorder” . Now I am having to wait 1-3 business days to get my money back . This is so awful definitely going forward with a report to corporate and the BBB
