I was just in the store and a woman asked for something they didn’t carry instead of leaving it at that the owner pointed her in the right direction! Good customer service, friendly and sock knowledgable!

I can say enough about the exceptional service provided by Motsu Socks. I live in New York and ordered online for a family of four in California. Although they dont offer a gift wrapping service, I asked them to wrap each pair of socks individually in tissue and to label them with my friends names, if possible. My friends sent a photo of the beautiful wrapping and labeling they did. They truly went above and beyond what I expected and I am so grateful. Next time Im in South Carolina, I will definitely make a point to visit the store in person. In the meantime, theyll be my go-to for creative sock shopping online.

I visited today, they carry diabetic socks $12.99, compression socks, and Breast Cancer awareness socks $7.50. Recycle used socks and donate to the homeless shelter. Handicap accessible and parking. Affordable pricing. You can also place an order on line.🐩🐾 Went again today they have afterpay. You can charge $100 and pay only $25 a month and take purchase home pay later. I took a trip to South Carolina over the weekend to visit the Motsu Socks store. I made over 3 stops and each time I would think of someone new to buy socks for! For gift purposes, each personality was represented under one roof/store! How often does this happen? Can I be honest? When I heard they carried socks from ALL over the world, I had see these socks. This was my main motivator!Candace, Calvin and Sandra were so welcoming, and attended to me personally - I loved it! Since I had purchased a bunch of pairs, I asked them if they could mail them to me. They printed the label right then and there and shipped them off the same day. Who does that!??I also met Jordan, who is in charge of Social Media and Charlie who is in charge of Marketing. What a team!Topped it off with meeting these two little rascals that had also stopped at the store! So full of energy…. Was it the colorful socks that are displayed 360 degree panorama style in the store? Maybe! Lol, I asked them and Sandra to take a pic with me to remember my trip! :-)Nevertheless, this store is a must visit! The collection of socks is second to none.

Great place to buy quality socks! The prices are super affordable and there are many socks to choose from. We had a chance to meet one of the owners - she was friendly and well versed in her trade! I have always loved funky socks.* My favorite gifts on the holidays were always the fun socks in my Christmas stocking (no pun intended 😜🧦), so when I went to the grand opening of this store last year I was in love! Just stopped by the shop for the very first time and Candace was INCREDIBLE! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, a 10% discount for my first visit, and they donate socks to homeless when you make a return! 10/10 would highly recommend stopping by for a visit. Fantastic socks, fantastic prices and best of all fantastic service. Miss Candace was so helpful and attentive to detail. Had great conversation and will definitely be back. They have a wonderful program that if you bring in old socks they will recycle them and donate new socks to local homeless shelters. Stores like this will always best online purchases. You just cannot get the same experience elsewhere.

Update to original review below: After my less than stellar review I received an expansive email on the store policies regarding masks and Covid. Apparently it was an employee who didn’t understand the policy or the plan and masks are optional. The response was more than satisfactory- so now I have to say that customer service is over the top. And in this day and age- that is unusual! So you having ROCKIN’ Socks and great service. Thanks for allowing my freedom to opt out of the masks. I’ll be in soon to drop off the donation bag and to pick up some new snazzy socks.Dig the socks but not the store policies. Dropping off a bag full of socks to donate- they collect them there. I looked on the front door for mask policies- and there was none. As soon as I stepped inside I was asked if I had a mask. I do not. I am unable to tolerate the mask due to claustrophobia and difficulty breathing. If you require it- please post it on entry to your business so I don’t need to waste your time or mine. Thank you.

I wish I could give Candace a 10 start, she is an absolute sweetheart. She was very engaging, knowledgeable and genuine. I don’t normally leave reviews but decided I had to leave one for her. I read somewhere once that “people don’t care how much you know, until they see how much you care” this is her. You could see that she knew her products but also cared enough to spend time with me to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The passion behind how she talks about her boyfriend (the owner) and supporting his dream is remarkable. Thank you Motsu Socks for bringing style and comfort to my feet at an affordable price.
