Nick was absolutely excellent at helping us move our travel trailer to their lot. Allowed us several day to bring and try to park our trailer there. After that success, he explained very clearly all the required paperwork. He is friendly and helpful.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Jessica at CubeSmart. She was helpful and patient as we went back-and-forth on what size unit we needed and the cost of monthly rent is affordable and fair. The whole establishment is very clean and well maintained.

This is by far the worse staffed CubeSmart (Scuffletown Rd Simpsonville SC) we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The staff, Ash Mann and Veronica, are rude and nasty to the customers. We have rented from CubeSmart in the past and have never been treated as horribly as we have since these two ladies began working here a couple of months ago. The previous staff was great. We will be moving our units and no longer do business with this location. My advice to others - RUN away from doing business with this location.

Sorry this review is for Scuffletown Road Cubesmart not Grandview. Stay away from Ashley Mann at Cubesmart on Scuffletown Rd.I agree with the previous reviewers as Nic & Daniel were great. However there is a new sheriff in town and her name is Ashley. She is rude, raises her voice at customers, and harasses you about money even though you have paid monthly for years. She will cost CubeSmart a lot of business.

The facility is clean and smells great. The clerk was cordial and frank.Pros: I did like that you can reserve a storage and speed the process up online before you come in to the main office. I did like that the first month was free, the catch is that there is a administration fee and you also have to purchase insurance (cheapest is about $10 with about a $2,000 coverage) or provide a letter from your insurance company showing that outside storage is covered on your policy.Cons: I do not like that there isnt 24 hour access unless you pay an extra $15/mth. I feel like that should be included since there are camerasome on the premises. I also did not like that a lock wasnt provided to you. The good locks can be purchased in the main office for an extra $15 as well.

Highly recommended, Neal and the other staff are very friendly and helpful, property is keep clean, climate control works great.
