Had an appointment at 2pm mentioned that my car didnt go back to way later. Manager Jeremy(sp) apologized didnt charge which I thought was awesome! Had a two hour drive back home. He also informed me that a part that had cracked could be replaced under my warranty. Sorry if I got your name wrong but I appreciate your service and patience.

This dealership is horrible. I have waited 2.5 months to get the plates and title for the vehicle I purchased from them (bought out the lease). Still waiting for the plates. They won’t answer their phones (besides the lady at the desk). Always goes to voicemail and they won’t call back. Don’t ever use this dealership.

Worst business ever. Good luck getting anything done with them. Terrible customer service. Dont know what they are telling you to do. Litterally the worst business I have ever done 2 weeks to make a deal get done i put a deposit on 2 cars that got sold even when I had a deposit put on them. Then told me to get a check then said it was my fault because they didnt get the right thing so let a deal go because I supposedly got the wrong thing. Will definitely not do business.
