Fantastic. Was recently driving from Missouri to Montana when various dash lights came on my Outback around 5:15pm. Pulled off the highway and called Jensen. Even though their service dept had just closed Angie was fantastic and immediately brought me in the garage and found a few technicians to take a look. In 15 minutes they had it all figured out. Can’t thank them enough. They clearly went the extra mile for me.

Stopped by Subaru this afternoon to see if they could do an oil change. The service people are so nice. They said they could do the oil change while I waited. They even allow you to bring in pets. I am in the area visiting from Nederland Colorado. On my way back to Nebraska, the check engine light came on in my Subaru forrester. And I was very concerned. I contacted Jensen subaru. Who even though were booked and very busy that day. Made the effort to get me in quickly and check the codes for my check engine light. Hats off to Nolan was extremely professional helpful kind and was able to check everything out to ensure our trip back to Colorado was going to be a safe one. We couldn’t be more pleased. Went in for routine oil change for my Forester, and asked them if they could do anything about my cracked windshield and they ended up replacing it FOR FREE! AMAZING! You cant go wrong doing business with them, they are professional and caring!
