Bought a house these guys roofed. After numerous attempts to explain they needed to fix a leak on the roof they did they finally came out and caulked a hole and called it good. After wanting a more permanent fix they cut away a lot of the siding along the roof line for no reason. Now the leak is fixed and I have a bunch of my siding cut out. The flashing did not need to be replaced. Dont use this company they are shady and a headache now I have to somehow redo my siding with estimates of 7k or more!!

Guaranty roofing is always excellent they have put a roof on my house twice in 30 years I had a problem they came out and looked at it and took care of it immediately I love this place they do great work and theyre fast and efficient

Two trucks pulled up to do my roof in Early, Iowa filled with Hispanic workers that were meticulous, uniform, focused and in a time I could hardly believe, finished the most beautiful roof in one day! I have a small 1950s one story house and they completely cleaned up all trace of their mess. Very very impressed! Now I want my house sided.

I had a portion on my complex needing some siding work. Guaranteed roofing installed our roof. Once snow came, anytime snow began to thaw, there was a leak that caused water damage in 2 places in our home. One ruined a ceiling and wall, the other area has made a hole in the ceiling.Upon calling them to help, they sent guys out to check it out and “fix” the roof about 3 days later. The men had to return several times because every time water thaws, the leak comes back.The leak is where the roof meets the flat roof, and despite “fixing it” several times, it leaked again the next year.They don’t guarantee that. We called back and forth several times and they didn’t directly answer for weeks, but eventually said they won’t pay to fix the interior destruction the leak caused, and all we can do is keep calling them anytime it does leak and they will look at it again.The biggest issue is it continues to leak when snow melts, so we cannot fix the interior ceiling and wall until the leak is fixed.We’ve found a different roofing company to assist.

Came out next day and took care of me. Has repaired my roof on two separate occasions over the last decade and have not been disappointed.

I m at the Prestwick appts and guarantee is roofing here ....I have a handicap child who rides the bus and has an IEP for her safety to be picked up at her patio and dropped off at patio so driver can watch her get safely in her appt as the driver can not get off the bus and leave the other handicap children alone to walk her n her front door ...... guarantee has a tarp in front on my patio door blocking my daughter from getting out and throwing the roof down 3 stories all over my patio were it lands it lands .....her buss shows up this morning like it has done all yr to pick her up...my daughter says mom I cant go out theres stuff falling from the roof that could hurt me!!! I try to talk to the workers and as her buss is setting outside waiting for her I tell them she needs to use patio door but stuff is falling by her head .....they pretend they dont know English so funny enough halba espanol!!!! My child is Mexican so I speak Spanish and ask them again in Spanish and tell them I speak Spanish ....I tell them its dangerous for my handicap daughter to get on buss with roof falling at are head if they could move it down just couple feet over to end of building or even side of building they think I m a joke and say u talk to office u dont like it and as I m walking back into my appt they continue to throw roofing down as I m walking under it as they dont care..........

Called for an appointment but was never called back. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.
