I used another garage door company previously but had problems a couple weeks later. The other company attempted to manipulate me into more money when they didnt fix the original problem. I called Overhead Door instead and spent a fraction of the price and got my door fixed properly. They also quoted me a price before they did any work unlike the other company that I spent hundreds of dollars for pointless repairs. I will only use Overhead Doors from now on.

Service was fast. They fixed the problem. The bill was the issue. Seriously we paid for two techs when one did nothing. Labor was more than the part. Gas fee was also put on when they had to go through our town to get back home. That is the minor part. $400 plus for half an hour of work.

Excellent customer service. Had a broken plastic piece on the drive of an older door opener. Austin, the technician, manufactured a replacement piece for only a few dollars. Instead of telling me that the whole unit was now broken so as to sell a whole new opener (100s of dollars), made this new piece that worked perfectly. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, theyll have all of my future business.

Built new house 5 years ago came with overhead door openers on all 3 doors. Slightly after the 5 year warranty is up mother board goes out costing me over two hundred dollars for new board and service call. Now two months later the second openers mother board goes out as well. Thought overhead door had good products guess I was wrong. Went to Sears and bought a new opener for just over two hundred dollars with 10 year warranty. Never will buy from overhead door again.

Fast friendly repair service and reasonable priced

I have tried contacting this company directly for going on 3+ months now. All I needed was a garage door remote, and I had to practically argue with the guy on the phone over who was going to pay for it. I am renting here in vermillion, and our apartment manager had said that they usually go through Sioux city to fix garage door issues. One of the employees refused to take my word for it that our landlord had already given the go-ahead to order another opener. He even refused to contact the landlord directly to check for himself - and insisted that he would wait until the landlord contacted him. Even after my landlord contacted this company for the second or third time, they then transferred their work order to Yankton without letting us know. After 3 months of this battle I finally called again to Sioux city and they informed me to call Yankton to resolve the issue. I honestly havent dealt with anyone this unprofessional in a long time. Maybe they have plenty of business & stay busy, but I certainly will Never bring my business here again.
