Felt the need to chime in with my experiences here after reading several of the reviews. I enjoy the experience with this pharmacy team better than any of the other ones I have dealt with in the area.I have been filling prescriptions here monthly since this location opened several years ago and I consistently find them to be friendly and courteous. Long waits are almost always a result of the staff patiently helping other customers who have questions. It may be annoying in the moment but I can appreciate them providing the same attention and courtesy to those customers that I would like to receive myself, if needed.Just my experience, but I would recommend using this pharmacy to anyone who asked.
Walgreens Old Orchard Flu shot: INEXCUSABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Dont bother making an appointment. I had an appointment at 9:20am, arrived 5 minutes early as instructed, ending up waiting for over 35 minutes when no other customers were ahead of me or needing assistance from pharmacist. I realize pharmacists are busy, but when customers are waiting with an appointment, the pharmacists should not continue filling their backlog of other prescriptions for over 30 minutes, especially when you have an appointment. Nor should they wait until there is a backlog of flu shot customers, which is what appeared to be the case. There was also no apology for the inconsiderate and unnecessary wait. Pharmacists name was Sarah.
Always have my orders ready, when they call, and they answer your questions about the medication💊 your taking. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.
Pharmacy workers are always rude, I cant believe how they work here, what about the manager, shes not aware of this situation. Management should take care of the situation. The ladies always scream and are so rude. They treated me so rude, they make me feel so bad.11:55 amOctober 12 /2020This review is for Pharmacy
Pharmacy staff is not very friendly and they seem to lack customer service ability. With all the options available for prescription needs you would think customer service would be important. Will be switching to another pharmacy.
I finally weaned off of the dangerous benzodiazapine, Klonopin with my physicians help after being addicted to it for over a year.It is troubling that the Pharmacist at this location told me that when you are on Klonopin it is for the rest of your life usually. She should know Klonopin was NOT designed for long term use. This dangerous drug was the very cause of the akithesia, anxiety and insomnia I suffered, especially as I tried to come off of it. Lisa Ling on CNN did a Special Report on Benzos as the next big crisis after opioids.Just like the opioid crisis, psychotropic drugs are also misleading and dangerous as are the professionals who give them out without warning you of the high risks involved and strong probabilities of poor outcomes, including insomnia, akithesia, homicidal/suicidal thoughts and actions, etc,They are also linked to the mass gun incidents across our country. These poisons disrupt your neurons and poison your mind and body. I will Keep sharing my experience to warn others and continue to sue the reckless doctors and pharmaceutical companies who harm the public. Shame on Walgreen Pharmacist(s) who fail to warn patients and push their drug agenda.
I am frustrated 80% of the time going here to pick up my meds. They have a couple of individuals working the counter that have no customer relation skills at all. They are rude, crabby, and disrespectful to the customers. I am stuck going here due to insurance. They are out of my meds and have to wait for them to get in, even though they are on auto-refill....
Its a store not much to it. Always have everything in stock and a nice clean atmosphere
