This was a great location to choose a mattress! Great sales, and the service we received from Edgar was very informative and helpful. He asked us a series of questions to help us choose the perfect mattress. We also informed him about our issue with finding the perfect pillow. We have been struggling for months trying out numerous pillows only to be disappointed. He suggested one and our first night sleeping on them was a game changer.The manager was also very helpful and provided support to Edgar and assistance when needed.Definitely recommend this location for your sleeping needs.

Louis at Mattress Firm was a great help. He gave me a tour of the store and a educated explanation of what type of mattress would be good for me. I have been shopping around at different stores all through the city. The sales people have been pushy and trying to sell the most expensive Mattress they could. Louis did none of that he sold me mattress that would be best fit for me not the highest price possible. I thank Louis and Mattress Firm for hiring him and training him to be the beat Sleep Expert at the Firm.

Steve is A-mazing! My husband works shift work and I suffer from insomnia. We have been googling best beds for this and for that...and nothing beats an in-person visit to Mattress Firm! Steve was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and so helpful. He did not pressure us to purchase (which was part of our hesitation with in-store shopping), rather he advised us to continue our Best Bed quest by trying out different beds and suggesting valuable online resources for more information prior to us purchasing. Thank you Steve for being so helpful!

Derrick and Valeria both helped us select the right bed without pressure to buy or to exceed our budget. Theyre knowledgeable about all the science that goes into it. Wed buy from them again -- they gained our trust for the brand.However, I cannot recommend that you buy a mattress here. The staff are great. Nice people. Trying hard. But the company has them lying to customers.We were lied to when we were told the mattress was in stock. We were lied two twice -- weeks apart -- when they said it would be delivered.Ive taken two days off without pay to receive a mattress that is in fact not available but is just estimated.This is bad business and perhaps an illegal trade practice.Beware.

Luis knows a lot about mattresses. We came for a tempur pedic mattress and he did a better job explaining about the different mattresses than the actual tempur pedic store. He was informative without being pushy.

This store was great!Allison is an absolute sleep expert!They took me around the store and had me lay on different beds so that they could narrow down the exact bed I needed. I always thought a firm bed was the way to go, I was entirely wrong! After sleeping on a soft bed as was recommended by Allison, with an adjustable base; I no longer wake up with back pain!! I cant even begin to describe how much stress this has taken out of my life!The store was immaculate and smelt nice. I will absolutely go back once I get one of their new purple pillows!

Besides the deliver a broken box spring the sales guy whos name is kyle charge us almost 300 dollars more when i got there he gave me a price of 500 for each bed we went out for a while and when we went back he gave us a another price charging almost 300 more for the 2 beds we did not notice because we were tired of moving but a i notice a few days later

I had a fantastic experience with this store. I had a somewhat complicated order because it needed to be delivered by a store in a different state and Arnie was perfect in handling the whole process. He helped me find exactly the bed and mattresses I needed. Beautiful and so comfortable and fabulous sale prices. Arnie discounted some odd the costs even more than the sale. I saved $800 on two twin beds. Im going back to get new mattresses for two more beds. I cant recommend this place more highly. Also, this was by appointment during the pandemic and the store was clean and sanitized between customers. I felt very safe.

This place is the BEST. Ill ONLY shop from here for mattresses and pillows. Its such an important purchase that lasts a decade. Mattresses should NOT be bought online; Tad helped us out tremendously! The options are varied to all types of body type support systems, budgets, cooling, and moisture issue as well. We chose the best one for us out of 65 different beds (I counted). The adjustable base is a must try btw!

The sales person was doing their job trying to up sell me, but as soon as he saw I knew what I wanted he lost interest fast, and after seeing which mattress I wanted he handed me off so that he can go With another customer. Then while I was being rung out, the person there denied my tax exempt letter saying it was invalid because there wasn’t a real address, this was right after work so I wasn’t about to stay there and be a Karen so I just said ok, and paid. After I paid they didn’t even offer to load up my mattress, they kind of just left it there for me like I was their friend which was pretty disappointing.

The delivery service was horrible. They couldnt wait 5 minutes for the delivery, the app lied about the time they will be there at and they promised me to call me back about my matress delivery but they never did. They have not updated me on anything. And I have no idea where my matress is I paid 2 grand for that matress and the y couldnt even deliver it to me or have enough respect towards me to update me on it. Im going to go talk to the bank to get my money back, I wouldnt trust this place at all. Especially theyre delivery people, theyre very rude and impatient. Buy at your own risk.
