Professional company. Had good all around experience starting at the store with salesman Manny, to delivery(had the mattress within 3 days of the purchase). The mattress is probably the most comfortable one Ive ever owned. Its what Verlo calls a V7 and its two sided. Ill be curious to see how long it lasts.

I had never heard of Verlo Mattresses before visiting my brother in St. Louis. I tried their mattress and slept so great I had to come home (needed to replace a mattress anyway) and made my appointment to visit a store. I didn’t plan on buying at first but the “no pressure” salesman was great! I tried many beds and finally found the one I liked. Just got it delivered yesterday and had a great nights sleep. All went very smoothly from purchase to promised delivery date and time. Delivery was on time and very smooth. The drivers set up the new mattress and cover and were polite and helpful. First night sleep was excellent.

We just received our third mattress from Verlo. This new one will replace one we bought 18-20 years ago and that we love. We think we shall love this new one even more. Whoever is in charge of hiring the delivery drivers needs some coaching and mentoring on hiring drivers. I was driving through Cermak Rd near Austin Blvd heading west at around 10:45am on 7/2/2020. The Verlo delivery vehicle was constantly switching lanes tailgating other drivers and myself, mind you I had my 6yr old in the car with me. I don’t need a mattress now but I will make sure never to do business here.

I love my Verlo mattress. Bought it years ago and when I called about a comfort adjustment I was able to get it adjusted to cradle my aging body. Great company with a personal touch. Rod took the extra time to address my concerns.

I found the lone sales staff here to not be at all helpful with my questions about different kinds of mattresses. His answers were mostly one or two words. After trying out a few of the mattresses, which were primarily the old-style with metal perimeter frames and network springs, and looking at the steepish prices, I knew I could do better elsewhere.

Verlo is a local company, which I like, dedicated to making a great mattress. We worked with Manny at the Skokie location--very friendly and low pressure. Each mattress is specifically made for each customer. If you end up not liking how it feel, theyll take it back to retune it to fit your comfort!

Dont let the other mattress places make you believe that no one makes a mattress that can be flipped. Verlo still makes it possible so that your mattress will last longer
