Love this location so much!!! At this location the decoration are so gorgeous!!!!... they have a fire place and water fountain plus all the Christmas trees, Hanukkah decoration and a place where you can take a picture with the Grinch!!!!..and of course all the stores, I was like WOW! They did a great job⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! ..

Always amazing! We regularly place orders for custom cookie cakes. The owner is attentive and makes things happen. The decorators can create beautiful cakes. Here is an example. We sent a picture and the decorators made something awesome!

My absolute favorite Mrs fields, always clean and the cookies and brownies are always fresh and delicious. The staff are always friendly and professional and personal. Especially tony he has a great work ethic and a outgoing and friendly yet professional personality. Always greets you with a smile and a hello great customer service here.

I regularly get Uber delivery requests for this location when it’s closed. Please turn off your system when you close so you don’t waste delivery drivers time and income.

We asked for a cookie cake for my son’s birthday with a Mario theme. They did an AMAZING job! Our family was blown away. Thank you for making a 6 year olds day!

I use to work for this store when I walked into it today it was a breathe of fresh air because because of all the new updates that have been done we sell bubble tea drinks we sell cookies frozen yogurt we have drinks in the fridge also we sell frozen drinks plz stop by at Mrs.Fields I love this place its an awesome place to chill at my name is Atourina Yonan plz stop by the shop we also do cakes for special events birthdays anniversary whatever the event is.

Had two Uber orders where I got the wrong items. Then called and the manager made sure everything was taken care of and the cookies were GREAT! Great customer service!!!

I walked in today and was welcomed by Kenya. She was very friendly even though she was working without other help. She was very kind to decorated me a cookie cake right there and then because of my unavailability to pick one up tomorrow. She did this and took care of other customers at the same time without getting flustered.

I ordered a custom cookie cake. I sent the owner a picture of what i needed. They didnt do it. On day of pick up he said i cant fix it- ruined my party. Mind you i confirmed like 5 times what i needed. What was horrific is he said BRING IT BACK SO HE CAN RESELL IT!!!!!!!. He also didnt give me my money back. I had to rush and go get another bakery to do the job. The owner really should be inspected by the health department.

Not sure what happened to Mrs Fields. Been about 10 years since I had them. Quality has definitely dropped off. Cookies were very thin and not as good as they used to be. Not worth the $2/cookie. Wont be returning.

Such amazing cookies and the gentleman working tonight was helpful.However the woman working was terrible! Answering her cell phone and screaming at people on the phone with customers in the store was not cool!!

Extremely disappointed with the assistant manager, Kenia and new owner Dave who would not share his last name. First, I ordered a cookie cake for my daughters family graduation party and all was fine. One week later I ordered another cookie cake for my daughters graduation party with her friends. I spoke with Kenia and ordered the cake on 5/28 for June 1. This time she share with me that I have to pay now instead when I pick it up, as it was the new owners policy, Dave. I was confused since I didnt have to do that a week before, but I gave her my credit card, information for the cake, and pick up time 12:00 on June 1. My mother-in-law went to pick up the cake after 12, and it was not ready. It was not made, as there was no order! The order was found, but it wasnt run through the credit card so they didnt make the cookie. My mother-in-law was doing us a favor by picking it up as she lives in Skokie and we live 30-45 minutes away. She was quickly picking it up then going to the hospital to visit her son and then bringing it to our party. After an argument, Jose, the manager said that the cake will be done in 1 hour. It was not ready until after 3:45!!! For the inconvenience of so much lost time, my husband who was in the hospital actually did not get to the party, nor did the cookie cake with my mother-in-law until the end of the party. This should not have happened. I asked what could be done because of this inconvenience. I was offered a few extra cookies or 10% off of the order. I was insulted. When I talked to the owner, Dave, he actually told me he has taken business 101 sarcastically. I was surprised that the cake was not given to my mother-in-law for free (It was a $35 cake) or some other compensation for the lost time. Kenia did not put the order in because she did not run the card. Dave admitted to this mistake and finally apologized, but he could only take off $5 from the order. I was insulted and surprised that he felt business 101 class and his years of being an owner that he would never give away a cookie cake, as that is not his policy. I didnt care about the cost of the cookie cake, as I was more insulted for the sarcastic tone and rudeness when speaking/yelling at me. Im sad that such a great business now has to be run by a person who is not thoughtful or kind and would never put the costumer first, even when he finally admitted it was their mistake. The cake was supposed to be ready at 12, and we didnt get it until 3:45 which messed up the timing for my husband and mother-in-law to be at the party. This was not OK.
