This place is absolutely trash with people working the bar with almost zero knowledge of what theyre doing and no desire to do better. The sanitation is appalling. Theyve been known to serve foods that should be cold that werent cold, they dont clean the machine properly, coffee machine pots not cleaned, syrup pumps not cleaned and chocolate sauces for sure not cleaned as shown in the pic. That there is mold in the pic folks. Did anyone order up a side of penicillin with their white mocha? Cause I sure as hell didnt. My advice, keep walking dont go in! There are a few other coffee places at the mall that are more deserving of your hard earned cash!

Just try their turmeric late and you will love it .

9/8/2020 Attendants 2 young ladies too loud screaming and laughing disrupting patrons. This is not a place for a relaxing coffee with this kind of yoinf employees. Disappointed.

Great coffee, quick and friendly service. Located inside Northroom store. My Latte was very good.

Good soups, salads, bakery, coffees... loses a star for being overpriced. Imagine an overpriced Starbucks w/ LESS pretentious clientele. I feel the customers are mainly there for the same reason as I am- I need a bite to eat and happen to be parked near the east entrance of Nordstrom, too far from the madding crowd to be picky. Also, they have those coffee house type kitschy gifts to bring to someone you may be visiting when you finished shopping, forgot about while shopping/really should be on your way. Business-wise, a well placed little enterprise going on here.... Id lease this spot.

I am writing this review for the café in general and for barista Erik who works there,Is not just he makes perfect coffee and he is very nice, but also very trustworthy.I forgot my purse the other day at the café and it has all my important documents and credit cards, he save it for me in his own locker.That means a lot, and people like Erik should be recognized for their honesty and wonderful job!

Ordered 2 drinks, the person at the register told the lady making the drinks 3 times what our order was. She ignored him and continued drinking HER coffee and texting on her phone, he started throwing things at her, lets talk about professionalism!!! Sat there for 30 minutes and watched 3 people go to the counter and order and then said nevermind and walked out. Then both employees left the store.
