Sold me a fake posh plus for $21

My wife and I live and work in Skokie. This shop is a short ride from home and a walk to our office. We have been bringing our cars here for repairs and maintenance for over 20 years. It is about time I express my appreciation. Tim and his son Bobby run this shop. They are both very experienced mechanics. They are friendly and accommodating and their prices are reasonable. They are honest in recommending what repairs are needed and what can be postponed. For example, my wifes car has a very slow power steering fluid leak. Tim has recommended simply topping off the fluid periodically. And they dont even charge her for this. I have referred other employees from our office who now also use them. I have never had an unsatisfactory experience and highly recommend them.

Old Orchard Shell personnel are friendly, do good work and there are no long waits. Usually same-day service. I trust their mechanics. Over the last 20 years or so, I have purchased gas gotten my oil changed and have had almost all major mechanical work done on my cars at Old Orchard Shell. I have always been satisfied. Highly recommend!

Last week I had an emergency with my car, so I went to ask for an estimate to change five lug nuts. The guy gave the price and it seemed reasonable. Next day I stopped by to get the service and I was waiting in my car so they can give the pass to go in, one guy passed by me, acknowledged me and went to the gas station. Second guy passed by, acknowledged me and went to the gas station. So pushed forward a little and the the first guy yelled at me. jo, what are doing? I explained and he said go next door!!!. So I told him to funk himself. What a stupid kid. He thinks he is the big shot. Yeah right!!!!

Place is awesome. Has free air for your tire. The people manning the gas station are friendly too.

Horrible customer service and I am pretty sure their pumps are not calibrated properly.
