Went there about 1 hour ago and the man behind the counter had his mask down on his chin. The customer he was dealing with had his mask underneath his nose. Unvaccinated kids come in for snacks but it is very unsafe not to mention not following the mask mandate. When I asked him to please put on his mask, he laughed. I’ll try a different location next time!

Asked to get the 10 piece wings... One of the two types of wings look disgusting is all I can say, so I asked for the other. When paying their reward points wasnt working. So I asked if I could still get their promotion of 10wings for $5 the guy flat out said no. He then proceeded to take the wings he had just taken out and put them back in to sell... Talk about unsanitary! Smh

Just got scammed for 7/11 ATM use when there is a working card machine. CAREFUL THEY REALLY BE WANTING YOUR 3.50$

Most horrible 7/11 in north shore. None of their digital machines work. They refused my reward card multiple times. Their phone pay options don’t work. Staff is always confused. I even know the owner and he dies not do anything about his staff and his store equipments. STOP GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THIS STORE. They owe me so many reward points that i can eat there for free for months. I jeep the app so I can use other stores. Best 7 /11 is at the corner of Main st and Dodge in Evanston. Owner takes pride in his store. Always smiley and all equipment work.

Finally a 7Eleven in Skokie that has nice environment, store is very clean and organized, people who work this store are genuine (they even return your penny). Employees are welcoming, nice, appreciate your business and most importantly they give GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Prices are reasonable, (they don’t charge extra or unnecessary). Unlike other 7Eleven.

Scammed by atm for 3.50, but has a working card machine but they won’t tell you that unless your dressed for business I guess

This location is open 24*7 open which makes it really convenient. Place is clean and organized, and they have a lot of baked stuff (croissants, donuts, etc). I recently found out they have pizza which taste pretty good for the price!

To be honest I come here often bc my job is relatively close. Id just like add that the pizza is always left out and dried up, cashier never lets you claim rewards either. They push buttons far too quickly and then seem to get upset bc now they have to start over to claim the points. Smh dont expect much from this location

Second 7-11 within less than a mile from the other and same issue. Website and App offer nachos at these locations but.... Nachos NOT SOLD at this location, no reason given when asked why.

The quality of their donuts are what Dunkin Donuts used to be! The apple fritters are just perfect! Bismarks and old fashioned. 7-Eleven is doing something right here.

Im guessing the guy who worked there today was the owner. He was very rude to me. I always made sure to check my account if I had enough to buy stuff but apparently the guy said I did not have enough. He then gave me an attitude and was very upset after I apologized and asked if I could take out a few items. You could hear him tapping the screen very hard, he hand me back the items and told me to put them back. Again, I apologized to him many times but he still gave me an attitude was not happy about it at all. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or not, but he needs to work on his attitude.

Store is good and their prices are reasonable staff and owners are friendly people

Brief: As one of 7-Eleven customer I joy contributing to this store. In my opinion this store is the most respectful store in Skokie that I have visited. Every single one of the workers always great me with wonderful greeting words. Either good morning,hello,hi,good afternoon, good evening. Not to mention also great customer service. I also observed they treated other customers the same way they treated me.

Employees dont wear masks while customers are not in the store. This defeats the purpose of masks preventing exhale from contaminating customers.

Staffs are very friendly, they always greet me and asks whats going on in my life and they are helpful, They always make sure that the coffee is fresh.

Cashier was extremely rude. I go to 7-11 for bad food, not for bad service. I asked the cashier to tell me the price of an ice cream bar, which he didn’t put a price for. Once he scanned it for me, I declined to buy it. He got real upset and rude. Avoid it.

When you come in this place theres nothing on the grill and the few pieces that are on it are old and burned. When you request something the staff tries to charge over every little thing is incredibly stupid

I wish I could rate 0 stars for this particular location on two occasions this month I was shopping at the 7 eleven on 8357 skokie blvd in Skokie il the first time I bought 2 buffalo chicken rollers and requested the be put on buns I was told there would be a 50 cents charge for each bun which I paid and thought nothing of at first even though no other 7 eleven has charged me extra for the same request anyway I get to my car and the items where inedible literally cold to the touch like they just came out of the freezer by this I was appalled to the point I called corporate and was told roller grill items if requested can be served with a bun at no extra charge so I check my receipt to find the store number and notice tax they charged me some extra grocery tax as there was no way to charge for the buns basically they just added a dollar to my bill and taxed the grocery tax if u can believe it or not wow so I corporate told me they would send some coupons and let the store manager and or owner know of my complaint which brings me to my next visit where once again they tried to charge me extra for buns on a roller grill item needless to say I will no longer be a patron of the 7 eleven on 8357 skokie blvd skokie il its not about the money but the principle I wonder how much extra money they bring in with shoddy practices I strongly urge any and all to not shop at this location they a rip off artist
