Clean, organized, well stocked, easy parking (including spots in the shade) and the employees have good attitudes.One of the best Dollar Trees.

Definitely comes in handy when you need a few things and don’t want to break the bank. Customer service is at a all time low the Asian guy doesn’t smile just a “you want a receipt” and that’s all not a Hello or a Thank you would be a solid 4.5 if customer service was better

Brand new store built this year everything is neat and nice and recovered well but it would have killed them to have automatic doors. Its a convenient spot to have in in the town.

Carmen, a moody employee who refuses to help! I asked her do you have any balloons of pink and white stars, she says they are already there, than i asked for Minnie Mouse balloons and she says no, I asked can u check and she said no and answered cell. Embarrassing! Not shopping there again!

My vehicle was vandalized and robbed in this parking lot. Both Catalytic converters and more were sawed off and taken during store hours. Thieves had to jack my car up to do this. Its a great store to find exactly what you need but the parking lot needs more lights and cameras to keep your car safe. Thieves are getting what they need too. And I’m quite certain they scope out here bc the parking lot helps them keep discrete. It gets so dark, especially in the winter, that you can’t see what another car is up to a few feet away. Park here with caution.

The dollar tree is one of my favorite place to stop in and pick up trickets. During this shelter in place it was essential for my family because we got 3 addition to our household, the youngest 9 and 5. The have arts and crafts, workbook, flashcards, puzzles, balls, bubbles and other cool stuff.My concern is during this pandemic they are not sanitizing their carts. The protection provided for the cashier worker is not enough. You dont sanitize the credit card machine. But you wrap it up to look proctive. Its not. You would be better off wiping down the machine after every use. I dont know if you care to protect your workers but you should. Place is always full. You have not lost money like other businesses.

It was good! I got the things I wanted, went there yesterday at 10 am and they were close and lost out on good money while I was there at least 20 people came up and they were close. Today was a good day.

Have never been so disappointed. I shop at dollar tree regularly for certain item.I recently purchased a teeth whitening stick done there thinking I would try it.I opened the package and tried to make the product inside come up to the brush. It would not move. Although it was only a dollar it was the principal of the matter that they sold a product that doesn’t not perform. I tried to return the product where I purchased it and they refused to take it back for an exchange. I stated the product did not work but they still refused. When a product is defective I think any reasonable expectation would be that it should be taken back. I will think twice before making certain purchases st this store again in the future. The people that work there are always nice. Its conveniently located down the street from my home. It is a great place to get cheap finds on decor, toys, and maybe some foods. I love the fact I can get something to teach my child for a dollar! Recently they also began to carry movies!

This store has an extended snack section. The biggest snack section i have seen in a dollar store before. Everything from chips and nuts to candy and chocolate. All at a dollar, great to stock up on and something for everyone

They had just the right thing that I needed today. Obviously the price was right. But the best part was my cashier, who was friendly, helpful and lovely.

Extremely disappointed by the rude, dishonest, and unprofessional employees who work here. This Dollar Tree has a lot of items and is fairly clean. However, I will never shop here again because this location has employees who are hostile and outright disrespectful to customers.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I walked in and was greeted by a moldy/ leftover garbage smell. I almost vomited. I thought it might dissipate once I was further into the store but it only got worse. And the store was trashed. Literally stuff everywhere on the floor. By far the worst dollar tree Ive ever stepped foot in. I barely made it through half an aisle when I just had to get out of there so I could breathe without gagging.

Glad there is finally a dollar store in Skokie.

Ok! I slacked off on this review for too long now. I work right down the street from this Dollar Tree, and I have occasionally stopped in to buy personal items prior to heading to work, and sometimes after. I make it no secret that I luv me some Dollar Tree! And Im a regular at just about any location near where I work or live, which I have reviewed most.When I visit, I typically end up with a small cart full, but barely spending over $10 total. The items that I typically purchase and look for are the average hygiene supplies such as soap, shaving cream, mouthwash, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc. There are just certain things that I leave strictly for purchasing at Dollar Tree locations, and cleaning supplies are most definitely one of them. There aint no other place where you can find bottles of Windex, Comet, Mean Green Degreaser, Fabuloso, Bleach, Spic and span, plus many other items for only $1 each. So why go elsewhere and spend an arm-and-leg when you can find those items at a Dollar Tree near you.As for this location the only thing that I can really complain about is the unexpected rush hour in the morning with only one worker at the register. But thats typical for a Dollar Tree location depending on which one you visit. Some have an employee on standby and some do not. My advice is if your new to this location or any Dollar Tree location is to have a reasonable amount of time to spare before going unless you know exactly what you intend on purchasing. And with that being said, I hope this review is helpful to you.Thomas G
