We went to this locally owned establishment because it was listed on Blackstone’s Website! The owner and his staff were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! We went in there having one thing in mind and quickly realized there was a better and less expensive option that had everything we wanted and more! They had a large selection of all the accessory packs! We will be returning soon for more accessories to go along with our new 28” Culinary edition of a Blackstone!

This place has much more than grills and outdoor kitchens. I went in with a drainage issue and came out with a drainage solution. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely shop here again!

I had been looking to purchase a Napoleon grill recently and everything online said it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. But I’m not very patient. So I called up the Outdoor Home Store and they got it shipped to me in 1 week! Everyone was just super-friendly and did such a great job. I would HIGHLY recommend them. The store had a Blackstone accessory that is out of stock even on the Blackstone site. I admittedly was skeptical but I called the store and was advised that they had the item. I purchased it and it was shipped the same day and arrived in just a few short days. The packing was excellent and my package even included a discount coupon and a spice sample. Clearly I am impressed and will order from them again if my needs warrant it.

I recently bought a flattop grill from here. They were knowledgeable & friendly. They talked me through the setup and maintenance and got it loaded in my car. I highly recommend Northshore Outdoor Home store.

Ok lets start out with the fact I HAVE to give 1 star to be able to leave a review. I ordered 6 bags of paver sand back in July of 2020. It was sent in 3 different shipments due to the weight I assume. I did not receive any of the orders and informed the store of the situation. Apparently they filed a claim with FedEx and sent me 2 bags. As this was not enough for me to complete my project and not being able to wait any longer, I paid a much higher price and bought 4 bags locally and informed Eric to just refund me for the other 4 bags. Which he said he would do just as soon as he filed a claim with FedEx.Well that was in September. After repeated e-mails asking for status I kept being told that they were waiting on FedEx. I even asked for the number of their FedEx rep and the claim number so I could handle it myself, which I did not get. I finally, in November, told them that this wasridiculous. At this time I was told that FedEx denied the claim as Outdoor Home Supply did not file the claim in time. No word on the denied claim in the previous e-mail, just we are still waiting. Eric told me that I would being receiving a refund in December and now its January and still no refund.I have been more than patient in this matter. With hurricanes and holidays I said just give them some time. But the latest was we are short staffed come on this is just ridiculous. 6 months? REALLY?UPDATE: First of all the reason i choose to buy from you was BECAUSE you are a small family business. I try very hard to support family business as opposed to big box stores. I believe that I have been extremely patient in this matter, we are now at 7 months, 1/27/2021.

This should be the ONLY place anyone goes to for patio & outdoor furniture. From start to finish everything was perfect & professional.

Outdoor Home quoted fair pricing and demonstrated excellent customer service. We had trouble to get one piece for the outdoor kitchen but Outdoor Home Store recommended a similar piece which allowed use to finalize the project. Excellent service.

Recently purchased a Traeger Ironwood 650 grill from Outdoor Home Store in Slidell. I am very pleased. First cook outing was a tremendous success. Baby back ribs were delicious. Grill is very easy to operate and has WiFi app for easy monitoring. You can set it and forget it, as it automatically maintains a constant temperature. The owner, Eric DeLaughter provided excellence service and delivery at a reasonable price. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend the grill and Eric to my friends.
