I wouldn’t even give them a star, Bruce the manager was great Stephan the general manager is a joke, I rented a washer on a Monday and it was broke when I hooked it up. I called they came out and picked it up and I asked for a refund, the general manager said he would call back to do it. Now it’s Friday and after leaving messages all week I finally got him on the phone where he lied and said he didn’t get any messages clearly he’s not a good lier he forgot he himself talked to me twice.

Management is horrible. I attempted to purchase a living room set from slidell. Once delivered I noticed deflated back cushions a cigarette burn hole in one cushion and a broken arm it took 3 months of well get u a new set ASAP. Per management I was assured it was a new set upon purchase which was not the case obviously. Once finally being picked up from being very frustrated drivers were once again very rude. I regret giving them any money what so ever. Management gave excuse after excuse for everything. I dont like Aarons but Ill go to them any day especially after this experience. DO NOT BUY FROM RENT A CENTER

I bought a used couch, they delivered and put it in my place, and I liked that but.. It ended up the cpuch had bed bugs and it took me 2 years to finally get rid of them. Who knows what else has bugs there now

Yeah this is your local guide with you filling you in on the best & populated areas of Slidell Louisiana & very professional businesses, one place in particular is very professional this location of RCA the main manager I believe hes the main manager his name is Stefan hes a great guy hes nice friendly and very polite very professional, & if you do believe that you would like to get involved with Rent-A-Center professionally or as a customer I would highly recommend that you get to know Stefan hes a real nice professional guy

Havent rented from in a while. I rented an entire livingroom suite, but had to return it when I got in a financial bind. Easy rental and return policy.

Super nice people! But while we were waiting for paper work to get done, we saw 3 BEDBUGS crawling on a couch!!!! Nasty! I really hope they take care of it and not actually sell or rent items until an exterminator fixes their problem.

Rude as hell. The manager is amazing but the workers are rude and mean. Beyond late on delivering my furniture and washer and dryer they didnt even show up. I called and Stefan or whatever his name is was so rude and mean then my fiancé called and he was rude to him too he had the biggest attitude. Dont go here youll waste your time.

All employees are always super helpful and respectful, deliveries always on time.

I rented a TV out for 2 weeks but I didnt ge my tv until 2 days later. I called to get a refund they said ok they was coming to pick up the TV.. after they pick the TV up I went to the store to get my money back and the manager said we dont do refund and she wouldnt give the TV back either. My thing is why yall couldnt tell me yall dont do refund on the phone instead of picking up the TV letting me believe I could get a refund!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want to rent from here be ready to be harassed and talked down to. And then if you are EVER late be ready for 2 calls twice a day from these people and when you try and actually pay they just say oh Im tired of dealing with you so Im just cancelling your account
