I have an older Kawasaki Prairie 360 4-wheeler. It ALWAYS had trouble starting and would not remain running and kill. Once it was warm and stopped it would not re-start. Over time multiple trips to repair shop with little to no improvement. Finally it would not start at all about 6 months ago. The good folks at Hans Repair Svc (another local gem) recommended R&R - in a word, excellent. Great service, reasonable price and it runs better than it ever has - even when it was new! I will be back for all related needs. Highly recommend R&R!
Bobby and Drew were great. They were very helpful, informative, and fairly priced. They delivered same day on short notice. I would highly recommend R and R Motorsports.
Dropped off my Wildcat LTD for some service this morning. Ms. Sandy met me in the parking lot to write me up for repairs. Excellent customer service!!!

Where do you bring your atv that is new for warranty work?
My Dad just brought his 2004 Yamaha Roadstar to get it serviced and when we brought it in, it wouldn’t start. So after about a month they give it back to him running, but barely, he takes it out the shop to drive it to the gas station to fill up and it cuts off on him, so he brings it back to them tells them with what it was doing and 2 weeks later on top of the month of them having it give it back to him it’s starts doing the same exact thing! He paid over $1,300 in repairs and still couldn’t get the bike running right?? Don’t bring your bikes here. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
UPDATE to owner: You said yourself that there was water present so why would you only tear apart top 1/2? My whole point is that this establishment lacks the knowledge to diagnose what is wrong to begin with and charges by their hit and misses at consumers expense. Smoking yes but your conclusion was top 1/2 not ours we had thought we were bringing it to a knowledgeable repair facility. We brought our atv to be repaired the 1st time and they rebuilt the carburetor $300.00 because they said that was the issue. Still wouldnt run after we took it home. 2nd time brought it back we were told not enough compression and was told it needed to have pistons and rings replaced so we had them fix that. Was called said it was fixed and $900.00 later we tried to take it for a ride and it revved high when turning the wheel at a dead stop brought it back for 3rd time and they fixed the idle. Took it home again and out for a ride it would go about 50 yards and die and you could hear the valves tapping brought it back for the 4th time and after keeping it almost a month they are now saying that the crank shaft now needs to be replaced and they want another $1,200. Whatever you do DO NOT trust them to attempt to fix your bike because they definitely are not able to diagnose troubles and it becomes a guessing game to fix at your expense!IN RESPONSE FROM OWNER: the 1st reason it was ever brought in was due to someone sinking the bike it was never left in the rain after we picked it up from you. It was shedded all the time. So when it came in the 1st time why was the carb overhauled instead of checking compression? Yes we did take a while to have compression fixed because of the cost and we even took it apart to save on cost but regardless it should have been fixed correctly when piston and rings were replaced for $900. .
