By far the best customer service you will ever get. It is very hard to beat their price and if you do I can bet you it isnt the same quality part. They are some of the most helpful people when it comes to advice or parts. I will always call them first for my parts and service needs, know one even comes close.

Not happy with this place at all. My son ordered a piston and has been waiting for over 2 weeks and has not heard a thing from anyone from this company despite many emails he has sent requesting information on his purchase. When you call you get a voicemail box that is full. Order from a different company. Trying to get a refund for fraudulent purchase from bank is difficult. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I highly recommend dickcycles, Ive done business with mr. Charlie several of times. They last time my package was a week off because manufacturing problems and mr. Charlie got me the part as fast as he could and made it right. If youre looking for a good place to take your bike to or even get parts, dickcycles is by far the best choice. He wont rip you off and hes a straight up guy and will work with you as much as he can.
