Bryan is always very helpful and friendly! Hes always the person we go to see if we need any help at all! He takes our items and brings them to the front desk for us so we dont have to carry them around the store.

It seems everywhere I go for good 8inch lace up waterproof work boots these places dont carry a good selection.or none at all. They can be ordered online. So now people like myself and I have to order our boots online crazy I know.. so now we do all the shopping with 0 help and we still pay the full price. Im disappointed this was my last spot to purchase good none steal toe work boots.

The return policy. I was under the impression, because it was implied by an associate, that I could bring them back within 30 days. Bring them back in almost any condition. Ive work the boots twice and they are in great condition, but thats two too many times. I wrote a book but now I am just keeping it short. The policy is whack. Im not changing that comment

There is no clothing as far as jeans for plus size women they got rid of their miss me and Gracie brand jeans there was none anywhere in the store like I dont understand why its so hard for places to sell plus size clothing? Im not a big woman Im a thick woman so why is it so hard?

It was cowboy/cowgirl store. Leather cowboy boots, purses, belts. Cute clothes. I bought a pair of jeans and I love them. Great quality and they fit well !

Great store. Lots of variety of mens and womens boots, clothes, jewelry, purses, wallets, and belts. The staff is also very attentive and knowledgeable.

Be prepared to spend too much. I have a feeling Ariat boots would be better priced at a tienda Latina that sells work shoes.

The most friendly help and if they dont have it, they can get it for you !

Really nice store and excellent items that are pretty unique in today’s world. However I was not satisfied with how I was treated there. The employees greeted me with a smile and seemed to have a desire to help.But then they followed me and my children around the store as if we were shoplifters. After 10 minutes, we just left. It was very uncomfortable how they were acting. Not sure if they’ve had problems with people stealing, but it certainly not a good way to treat your potential customers

They didnt have any black steel toe boots! As far as boots go, there is a large variety! A lot of the steel toes were non laced or low tops. When looking for boots I automatically think high tops and i always go for the laces. Yet fashion is something always kept in mind. But over all a great store with an assisting staff!

Boots and belts plus jewelry is great but I found everything over my budget but good place if you got the money.

Love this store, the employees are always helpful. The quality of the mens work boots (Timberland), the cowgirl boots (Ariat), and the blue jeans (premiere, II believe) are excellent. I can not afford unless I have points or if it is sale. But, the quality is the best and well made!

Wonderful people, clothing, and boots! This has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop.

If you are on the northshore and need new boots... this is the only place you need to go. Staffed with friendly folks (who were quick with a pretty smile). Pity they dont serve beer in the store.

The only good thing I can say about the place was that the staff was very nice and eager to help.The prices were a little high. Most of the items I looked at were not made in America and the quality was not up to par with items that I have seem in other shops.This place reminded me to much of the Urban Cowboy.
