Rack Room Shoes is a fairly popular place. They have a good selection and decent prices. They have Buy 1 Get 1 ½ off deal that I believe is all the time. It doesnt cover ALL shoes and/or brands. I wear a Womens size 10-11 but that size is not often readily available. Also the store can get messy very quickly. Ive worked shoe stores before and it takes a lot of work to keep it straight. Especially when you have shoes stacked and all the various stuffing and cardboard inside the boxes to continuously pick up. Its a constant battle.

I normally like shopping there but not today. Went in around 945 was looking for mens shoes first wasnt greeted then had to look for someone to help us then when i asked for a different size its like i bothered him!! He didnt offer to look to see if they had it or if he could of ordered them. Everytime i come in there i normally spend well over 200. After what i experienced today i just may have to find somewhere else to start getting my familys shoes.

Cute shoes. Wish there more to choose from. Higher prices than other stores, but you can catch good sales sometimes

The big draw is BOGO(half price), but the shoes are so overpriced to begin with, makes it not worth the effort.

The only place you walk in, and find my granddaughter a pair of shoes, with no problem!

Love this place!! I have 4 kids and recently there was a buy one get one free deal which was a major plus. Purchased 3 pairs got 3 more free and earned a $15 reward. Turned around and ordered a pair online got one free used my $15 reward and its was $5 off if in store pickup. 8 pairs of winter shoes total under $150. Only downside is there isnt a lot of choices for wide feet. I would like to see more choices in the upcoming year.

I went in this location and asked for help with the sizing of the childrens and infant shoes. They directed me where to go but did not want to help me find the shoes or understand the sizing. I wont be back. Im sure there are many other stores with friendlier customer service.

Hard to enforce the mandatory mask I policy when the employees arent wearing theirs. Today the woman at the register had her mask pulled just below her nose and the other employee (manager?) had hers below her chin. The sign on the door says no admittance without a mask but there were several adults and older children without one roaming freely around the store.

Donna is an amazing sales associate. She was very helpful and had a wonderful personality. She made our shopping experience wonderful!

The lady who worked with us was fantastic. She helped the girls get shoes they liked and helped us to maximize our coupons and BOGO promotions to save money on the massive about of shoes we needed to buy.

Got the BOGO and the store staff was awesome. The recommendations were spot on and the no hassle no pressure sales approach was noticeable to my 17 year old.

Love it! Ordered online... Received the wrong items. I called the store exchanged the wrong item for an even better item. The manager is awesome! Customer service reps at the store and over the phone are spectacular, thank you!

I guess all shoe stores have the same thing. But they alsp have a few different ones if you look .

Decent prices on name brand footwear. I got a pair of slip on sketchers that I love for $70
