The young lady with braids kind of short and thick (usually working in morning). No nane tag to tell her name. Shes Very rude, uncurteous and has no problem showing it. If u dont like people dont get a customer service job. Will use another SHELL.

So the employees reaction was to tell the lady to mind her own f&^%$# business? I think you deserve the same treatment: everybody should MIND YOUR BUSINESS and BOYCOTT it. Hope the locals give you enough business to survive because thats all youre going to get.

The caahiers are so rude... The girls in the evening are the nastiest things. Thats what the world is coming to a generation of disrespectful. Rude with no work eithic.

Your employees need to be trained in dog cruelty and how to handle situations with people who abuse them. Also train employees how to interact with the press appropriately.

The employee Sandra probably dates one of those men that live in the hood and thats why they pick that particular gas station because she lets them get away with it without reporting. Aint no big deal my ass. I hope she loses her job and her man goes to jail. If thats what they do to their dog they probably dont do much better to themselves or those around them.

Employees at Highway 11 Shell condone animal cruelty. Abusive to dogs. Animal ignorance is so bad at this gas station, it made national news on ABC. Ghetto mentality talking about dogs from the hood. Spend your money at any of the other stations in Slidell.
