We love our chairs. A power recliner we bought for husband because he struggles with others. It broke. We took it in to be fixed. 5 weeks ago. Tucker now closed and no idea where our chair is??? Anyone knows how I can contact anyone I would truly appreciate the info. Rating would have been 5 stars were it not for this. Disabled veteran would love to have his chair back.

Super polite and knowledgeable staff with a big town selection and small town atmosphere. They sure make it easy to find what you need in a more than reasonable time frame and even though there are HUGE BIG BOX FURNITURE SUPER STORES only a few miles away, this is where us locals get our tables, chairs, beds, and living room furniture from.Great job folks and keep it up.

We couldnt be more happy with the kitchen table we purchased at Tucker Furniture! The sales staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Once we picked out our table, they handled the purchase and delivery information very quickly. The delivery people showed up as expected, and called before they came as promised. I take a chemotherapeutic medication, so masks are very important to us. These gentleman got out of the truck with masks already on, and they were extremely polite, courteous, and professional. We really appreciated it. They protected the entryway and doors, and had everything set up really quickly. I was so impressed. The best shopping experience Ive had in a while! We could not be more happy with the entire experience, rarely do things go so smoothly. Well definitely be back!

Going out of business, stop to see if there was an interesting prices and there were a few items. Most furniture that I liked and been purchased much of it was a bit still overpriced however you cannot be how great the quality is in the furniture at this store

Terri was an absolute joy to meet! She went over and beyond to help us decide on some furniture for a space in our home. Mr.Tucker is so hands on and friendly. Beautiful furniture! Great prices! Terri helped us pick out a really nice living room set, she was very knowledgeable and friendly and we enjoyed working with her! Mr. Tucker even loaded our chair and ottoman onto our truck himself! Glad we found this store, we intend to shop there in the future! Highly recommend!

Ridiculous prices 200 a piece for a walmart lamp and 300 for a end table made of plywood ? Shameful

Spent $1400 on sofa and fabric PEELED off. Told us it was a good deal for a nice Veteran. lasted 2 years maybe. Went to the DuMP. Dont trust them!!!!

I moved here for college and went looking for a bedroom set, so I checked this place out. First, I couldnt get a sales rep to help me because they were all busy. There was one other person in the store and at least 3 salespeople. When I asked about the price of a bed I was asked what my budget was, I told the gentleman that i had already picked out the bed and was going to put it on my credit card. Then i was asked if i was sure I had enough of a credit limit to buy it ..basically the rudest people i ever dealt with. I left embarrassed and eventually picked up a bed at a better store.

We enjoyed the cozy, and friendly atmosphere in the store. Terry was very helpful and answered all our questions. She seemed to understand what we were looking for. We ordered two rocker recliners.

Have dealt with Tucker Furniture a number of times since moving here 12 years ago. Always gracious and helpful people. Im in a wheelchair and they couldnt have been more accommodating to my needs as we moved around the different showroom areas.

We were conflicted between where to buy our couch but we settled on here since they were very confident in providing warranty service on defects. One of the cushions started to come apart at the seam. We took it in for repair and have since called twice to get it back (12 days ago). Now we went to the store and they still dont know where the replacement is and made a point to mention there was dog hair on it. I wanted to write the review since the owner made it very apparent he didnt want to help us out. So anyway, we have a couch for sale minus one cushion if anyone wants it!

Lovely store, great sale staff, very nice delivery people and then there is the Manager of something, she arranges delivery. Not a good time, if you shop there, talk to someone else, get details of delivery in writing. in the future, if I shop in the store it will be cash and carry.

I brought a La-Z-Boy recliner and 2 La-Z-Boy recliner Love Seats...the staff was great and professional, very informative on their products, and also they gave me a great deal on my purchases, everything was delivered the next day, the delivery guys were great and very helpful with setting up the furniture in my home, and they were also very polite and professional. I dont know about the one bad review, but I think if we work together and be patient with the furniture store and the people there, things will work out in the end....again thank you for being so helpful, Ill be coming back with my other furniture needs...

Poor customer service. Ordered and paid in full bedroom set, after waiting for set to show up at furniture store, was informed headboard was cracked and had to reorde reorder from manufacturer. That was no problem because the dressers and nightstand where delivered. Well now 6 weeks later still no headboard and getting the same story from salesman the headboard is shipped should be in first part of the week b.s. We bought furniture from them in the past but after this incident never again. I suggest that anyone that thinks of doing business with them look elsewheres.

Bought a mattress here, delivered the next business day with no issues. Took away the old one. Delivery fee was a little high, but did it anyway to avoid the hassle.

We purchased a bed six weeks ago, and were told we’d get it in two weeks, then four weeks, then six weeks, now eight weeks. They won’t refund our money. Horrible customer service. We spent over $2500 in this store, and they won’t refund $350 for a bed that I’m not sure we will ever get.
